I had a bad car accident for there first time ever back in December 2023. Kirk Rankin and his wonderful and amazing associate Bach-Yen did so much for me. They were able to help with getting the needed chiropractor treatment, car rental to get to work and home, and full repairs on my damaged car. Bach-Yen is who was assigned to my case and her patience and professionality is impeccable. Though I had a million things keeping me busy with work, Bach-Yen was consistent in following up with me and trying to get best compensation possible. She took the time to explain how the case I was in involved works and always asked if I had any more questions. They are very clearly on your side all of the time and not focused on their bottom line. I hope I do not need lawyer for situation like I need one in the first place, however if I do... I had a very complicated immigration case, having come to the United States in 2005 from the UK and marrying an American citizen, but criminal record I received years earlier in the UK had thrown a real spanner in the works. My previous two attorneys were happy to take my money yet I still found myself with nothing but an i-130 and two denials for adjustment of status. Rachel came highly recommended and although I have more or less given up in 2021 I decided to give it one more try. By 2012 my marriage had failed, and I found myself separated from my wife. Rachel took her time to understand my case, she went away and strategized as to how we would move forward, and made sure that she laid out her plan clearly as to how we would present our case. Rachel literally showed me in the immigration law book the specific laws which we would use in our favor in order to win the case. Not once did this lawyer give me false hope, but at the same time she was compassionate and confident in our plan. We submitted an incredible packet to immigration, (I had lots of homework to do here together information, letters from people and proof of military service from family). Rachel is a real stickler for making sure that the file submitted to immigration is 100% in order, without errors and without any unnecessary pork. We submitted the file in May of 2022.. Fast Forward December 3rd 2024... I was approved to my green card... After 19 years of all the stress that comes with not knowing what the future will hold for me and my young family.... Rachel, Bianca and the entire team at this law firm are amazing, to the point where Bianca even went to meet with my wife to get papers signed in order to get the packets submitted in a timely manner!! To say that Rachel changed my life is an understatement, and I regard her as family. If you have an immigration issue, did you have that gray cloud hanging over your head everyday, go and see Rachel.

I was hurt at work. What do you do when you worked at the ONLY local hospital??? NO local lawyer seemed to want to take a case against their local hospital. (Makes sense … Where would they go if they needed a hospital? There is only ONE!) It was recommended that I seek a lawyer in the bigger city … then I call the city lawyers and they tell me to contact a local lawyer.
Not being a fan of ping pong I felt completely lost!!!

Words cannot describe how much Mr. Mathew Glinsmann and his team helped my husband and I. After over 15 years and several lawyers I was blessed to stumble upon Mr. Matthew Glinsmann; I believe through a google search. Prior to this, I wasted a lot of time and a great deal of money paying lawyers whowould talk with me and were readily available until they received their payment. Once they received their payments in full they were all hard to reach. I would end up moving onto a new search for a lawyer as there was no communication nor progress.
The first lawyer I used I was referred to me by a hospital that was willing to sponsor me for a work permit and green card. I got the work permit with no problem, but things started going wrong with the green card application. Immigration told my lawyer and myself the wrong paperwork had been filed and said lawyer argued she had done everything correctly. Needless to say she was later disbarred as a lawyer. This is public knowledge through a search of her name.
I shared all this to help you appreciate the night and day difference between Mr. Glinsmann and his team. Mr. Matthew Glinsmann read and reviewed every single document that was ever filed with immigration for me. On our first meeting he knew my case inside out. I did not struggling to explain anything and he actually helped me understanding what was done, what should have been done, and what went wrong. He was then able to advise me on a path attain my green card. Mr. Glinsmann needed a lot of documentation from me. It was stressful getting everything together but his team kept me on track by routinely following up on what was needed from me until my file was complete and ready to send to immigration. They stayed in constant communication by phone, email, and text. This helped me keep on track with documents needed and timelines. I never ever chased them for anything not a single time. Mr. Glinsmann and his team sincerely and diligently work for their all their clients. Lawyers like Mr. Glinsmann and his team are not readily found.

Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.
