Absolutely worst lawyer you can hire. I lost my case because the lies this lawyer said. STAY AWAY FROM HIM! Years of experience yet so few reviews. I wonder why? He doesn’t work for you he works with prosecutor to secure his pay check. Hire him and you guaranteed to loose. If I could go back I would definitely go with a different lawyer.

Michael is a very competent and responsive lawyer.
The preparation stage of the documents was done with his special attention and accuracy, and he would send me the incomplete documents so that I could correct them. The preparation of the petition was also done much beyond my imagination. The petition was very complete and almost did not need to be corrected by me. Being in a gay marriage and undocumented at the time, I was both excited but extremely apprehensive about the immigration process. It can be a pretty stressful experience to say the least!

Jason has represented me and my family many times for all types of cases, including traffic, drugs, alcohol, probation violation and fraud. He has also given me free legal advice when I didn't hire him and recommend me to different lawyers when necessary. I would definitely recommend him. He genuinely cares, he fights hard for you, he has literally begged a judge on my sister's behalf. He is direct with you, he tells you the truth on what he thinks he can do for you and he does it. I have only had positive experiences with him. He has got me out of trouble everytime and kept my record clean and he also fight for a low sentence like less probation and less drug testing. Super nice guy, always picks up his phone and gives the best advice possible, even when he's not representing me. He's always gets me in and out of court quickly and usually is one the first lawyers to be seen by the judge. Also he's super smart and thinks of unique ways to keep you out of trouble. My job was trying to withhold my check saying I was overpaid 3 days before Christmas. I told them to hold off until I can review all the information myself and agree to this matter. My job informed me they didn't need my permission and they were going withhold my check. I contacted Ms. Tracey and my problem was solved. We reviewed everything in detail and seen what really happen and we worked out great payment arrangements.

We hired Attorney Martin on a juvenile court case and she got our son justice. The court botched the plea under advisement deal when it switched the case to another courtroom. When Attorney Martin discovered this glitch she advised us, went into action, ordered the transcripts, gathered all court documents, then she scheduled a hearing before a judge and presto!! The plea deal was back and our son completed his probation and now has a clean record thanks to her. We were never focused on the money to retain her services, just the outcome and what Attorney Martin could deliver and she made good. But, she also worked with us on payments and I really appreciated that. We're all very relieved and pleased and if you're ever in a legal jam she's the one you should want by your side in court. She's worth every Benjamin and Hamilton invested.

Kreuza and her colleague Sufen are knowledgeable, sharp, dedicated and very responsive. When you deal with the government and immigration issues, you want to work with lawyers like Sufen and Kreuza, having a peace of mind even if it means paying a little more. They worked with me on my J-1 waiver application. Half way through the process, I found out that State Department had no status update on my case while other people applied the same time all had their cases reviewed. I panicked, called the Embassy that issued my NOS and also the US State Department. Neither government was willing to give me more information and pushed the responsibility to the other one. So I called Kreuza and Sufen. They were able to talk directly to the authority, get a clear picture of what happened, track down my case and get it reviewed right away. On top of that, they also helped me understand my H1B and green card situations and gave me helpful advice. They are also very fast in responding emails and phone calls. Overall, I’m glad that I hired Kreuza and Sufen as my immigration attorneys and recommend Hilf and Hilf to other people seeking similar services.

I have had the best of intentions to share the great experience I had dealing with Mr Swor and his team. After being aquitted, it has taken time to try and get my life back to what it used to be. That being said, as I continue to get back on my feet, I will forever be greatful.
I retained Mr Willam Swor as my attorney in September 2014. On my way back home to Canada from a routine buisness trip, I was accused of smuggling cocain into America. This accusation if convicted, carried a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years. Needless to say this was the start of a 6 month nightmare that I would never have imagined and had the possibility of becoming a 10 year nightmare if convicted. Mr. Swor and his dedicated and brilliant legal team did everything within their power, scouring the globe to find evidence to connfirm my innocence.

I decided to visit family in a city nearby Detroit. When driving to their home, a police officer pulled me over claiming that she believed I was under the influence. I let her search my car and cooperated with her by conducting a field sobriety exam. To make a long story short, a crumb of marijuana, 5/100th of a gram was found in my car and I was arrested for OWI and Possession of Marijuana. I called Attorney William Swor, as soon as I got out of jail the next morning and he was very helpful on explaining and comforting me on the situation.
Right before my pre-trial came up, Mr. Swor and I received a letter stating I violated Bond as well. So upon entering the courtroom, I had three charges making me unbelievable anxious. But after going to court, I had the OWI and my Bond Violation dismissed thanks to Mr. Swor. For the marijuana charge, I am currently on a drug/alcohol testing program, in which if I pass all the tests, the charge will be dismissed as well.
Throughout the case, I was extremely nervous and anxious because I have never been arrested before, yet alone for what I believe was a ridiculous charge; 5/100th of a gram of marijuana. Yet, this attorney was there for me when I needed him, treated me as if I was family, and most importantly fought to get my charges dismissed. Overall, he is a very pleasant attorney and would recommend him to anyone that is facing a criminal charge.

Albert Valk managed to correctly (and quickly) settle a difficult money fraud case that had been unsuccessfully attempted earlier by a few other lawyers over the course of years. Albert Valk not only did win the case (the latter involving evidence spanning many months of financial documents and statements), but also explained to us in simple terms what the related legal expenses were (rather reasonable given that the help of a detective was required) and how these expenses were important for the case. Ms. Sheldon was a wonderful change of pace for me in my court action.
My previous attorney had taken part in establishing a common practice with-in the county courtroom and failed to inform me, he was good friend of the plaintiffs Mother, but let my bill roll up, knowing the entire time that primary custody would not be awarded when I lived more than 100 miles away, I fired him once I found out.
Jennifer took over and was honest with me since day one.
Many of us out here in the world can not afford to retain an attorney every time we need one. I hope that this service helps everyone.

i have needed the services of Wendy Bailey a couple of times during the progression of a divorce with custody and parenting time challenges.
