Bueno mi experiencia con esta firma de abogados desde el punto de vista de ayuda a sus clientes y el estar pendientes de tu caso es realmente deficiente ya que decidí que me representarán en mi caso y al principio como todo te ofrecen los mejores abogados el mejor servicio y una gran representación ante tu caso. Pues resulta que no es así me cobraron más de $3000 dólares por llenar una forma y enviarla a USCIS, eso fue al rededor de 2 años atrás y pues ellos me enviaron una extensión a mi caso que está en revisión, y resulta que el día de hoy llamo a la oficina de abogados que supuestamente me representa para que me den una actualización sobre mi caso ya que dicha extensión ya expiró y por ende ellos debían estar pendiente de eso pero no, la respuesta de la persona que atendió mi llamada me dice que el caso con esta oficina ya estaba cerrado que iban averiguar que había pasado con eso y me devolverían la llamada, entonces queda uno con un sinsabor de que todo lo que dicen que van hacer pues a la final queda ahí plasmado de momento porque después de que te cobran para representarte y recibir un apoyo de una firma de abogados se convierte en que solo lo hacen por quitarte tu dinero que tanto cuesta obtenerlo en este país para que te digan después de 2 años su caso está cerrado sin Investigar primero antes de cerrar un caso de un cliente que pagó más de 3000 dólares por nada, se deberían tomar al menos el tiempo de eso de actualizarse en los casos que ellos toman, pero lamentablemente no es así solo buscan es el beneficio de ellos y no de los clientes. No deberían jugar con eso!!!

Omar and his case manager Anjum have been extremely helpful in all my immigration matters. I finally got my employment-based green card after years and years of wait, and the last few years, Omar and Anjum helped with all my immigration matters. I was given a ticket for 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. I have an out of state license and was told by the officer I would need to appear in court. I received a letter in the mail from His law firm and after talking with his staff retained them to represent me. Everything the Administrative assistant told me was accurate and the case turned out exactly as they had suggested. Thank you. Case was voluntarily dismissed.

The process of filing my EB-2 was not only making nervous but also giving me alot of challenges in terms of providing accurate information in the USCIS forms. Each check box matters on every USCIS form, and there is only correct way of doing it! I was nervous that I would make errors. When Mueni Muli and team came onboard, they did all the paperwork, consulted me all through the process and successfully filed and obtained an EB-2 approval!! It did not end there, the team reached out to me later and informed me that since there is a nearly 18-month delay in visa availability, we should file an EB-1. They assured me that it is doable, and the petition was very professionally put together to meet the EB-1 criteria.
Through an exceptionally seamless interaction with Mueni and her team, we successfully filed an EB-1, and I am now a green card holder! I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. I've been having problems with immigration for the past four years. In this period of time i had several lawyers that represented my case. all of them were suggested by friends and family. truth is, if a lawyer helped you in "Your" specific case doesn't makes him/her a good lawyer. as result i gave up on their suggestions and start looking up for a good lawyer online. i found Mr Massard rate was a very good lawyer on avvo ,"as a young gentleman" . now he is my attorney and have been represented me for six months now. he is being a very good lawyer, he really fight for my case and always keep me informed . i strongly recommend him and so i did to my brother.

My husband and I initially contacted two other attorneys to help us navigate the process involved in changing my husband’s immigration status from TN to green card, and we were feeling demoralized by our experiences. The first attorney was nonresponsive; the second was ill informed and exploitative. Soon after we had consulted the second attorney, an acquaintance of mine recommended Jack. He was the perfect fit for us: friendly and accessible, professional and easygoing. His fee was reasonable, and being able to rely on him in helping us prepare and submit our application eased the stress and sense of uncertainty that my husband and I were feeling. I am so impressed with Professionalism and Integrity but mostly I am touched by her caring and compassion.
I was going down a list of lawyers from AVVO hoping I would get to talk to a lawyer. By happenstance I got through to her. She really listened to me; even though my thinking was warped and incoherent. I am human derelict; suffering from mental illness trying to keep it altogether and function as a normal human being with dignity. My case full of dumb human mistakes made by me and now as I am gaining more of my sanity, I am trying to unravel them get myself straightened out. Most lawyers want to get rid of my call as fast as they can. Or charge me $150 for a consultation. This lady quitely and patiently explained things to me. Despite other phone interruptions, she put me on hold yet came back to me. At one point she even called me back. She explained things to me without looking down or taking my dignity away. She eased my fear, even encouraged and gave me the confidence to file my own paperwork to sort out my green card. Since I still my lack of confidence in myself; she offered a very reasonable price. For lot less than what another lawyer offered to do it for. Bless her heart. This is the only way I know to say Thank You to a Amazingly compassionate human being.

First, she listened to everything that we needed and what we had already done. For example, we had already filed an I-130 but could not locate a copy of the I-94. She walked us through the steps of requesting a copy and then guided us through steps on where to go to actually find out what information was on the I-94 when a copy could not be found.
Then, she was very honest with us about what we needed to do next. Unfortunately that honesty included the need to file another I-130 after the information we needed from the I-94 was found.
She also had an incredible wealth of knowledge about different programs and paths. For example, we applied for a parole in place since I was former military. While we were denied for this it was crucial for us to find the information for our I-94 as the I-94 was the reason we were denied for the parole in place.
Finally, she was available. We e-mailed, texted, called and she always got back with us. She never made us feel as if we were forgotten or neglected.
If I ever had another immigration issue or knew anybody who did, I would recommend her first.

After a very difficult Visa process, we hired Tanya to help us get my husband to the US. She was so very thorough, I still have the two boxes of "proof" she submitted to USCIS. Finally his second interview came and he was approved after a 5 year ADministrative process. When his citizenship was an option. We reached out and hired her again. It took us less than a year, she made sure he had all of the documents, all of his quesitons answered and made sure he was prepared for the interview. He passed the interview and took the oath, registered to vote the very same day. Just received an email from her to let us know she has closed his file. I should have hired her in the very beginning. However, she did a fantastic job making sure we followed the rules and submitted all of the correct documentation. I'm glad we don't have to do this again but if we did, I would reach out to her immediately and let her to the job she does so well.
