Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.

Exceptional dedication and care, knowledge and experience. Erica was able to get me the impossible 10 years ago - full custody of my 5 year old daughter after I divorced an abuser. She was the first one to tell me my circumstances will unlikely yield a full custody, I replied I HAD too. We got full custody and a 5 years DVPO, Erica did it! Last November after 6 months of harassment , treats and coercive control , I found myself in court again to ask for another DVPO protecting my daughter and I from the same man, her “ father “. I was really nervous about the process, because I have lived in the US for almost 40 years, and have deep roots here; if anything had gone wrong, it would have been deeply problematic. Andre answered all of my questions, and set my mind at ease. He explained what the interview would be like, and he even reviewed my application before I submitted it. We had a difficult immigration problem that involved my son-in-law. We talked with several lawyers but got no satisfactory answers. Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

I was a bit intimidated by all the paperwork and steps necessary to take as my new wife and I got married and began the process of qualifying for the Green Card. Although I had no complex issues the paperwork and obstacles you must go thru are unbelievably hard. This is a long tedious process and I just don't know how anyone could and would want to navigate it alone without an expert at your side.

I recently hired Betty to assist with processing the forms for my wife and stepdaughter's I-751's to give remove the conditions (from our marriage) on their permanent resident status. They are both from China and we had married several years ago. Betty met with us personally to confirm that we were the right 'fit' and that all of our questions were answered. She promptly answered my phone call and emails, with out fail and her answers to my questions were always detailed and complete. She offered several options for us to decide and offered her expert opinion on the best choice for our particular circumstances. When she had originally filed for us, the wait time was expected to be 18 months. During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case. After waiting for a long time I did get my Visa. John charged me a fee that took in consideration my financial situation.
