I hired Mr. Craft to represent me in a lemon law case against BRP AKA CanAm. I hired an ambulance chaser type attorney before I hired Mr. Craft and let me just say that it has been the wisest choice I have made yet. He has been an excellent communicator and I am pretty sure that BRP knows its only a matter of time until they buy back the POS they sold me in May of 2018. As for Mr. Craft I wouldn't hesitate to hire him to take care of any negotiations on my behalf.

Will was my attorney and Sarah was my paralegal, but not the entire time. I started out with a different set and wish communication between the transition was better. But besides that I appreciated their hard work towards my case. I had to get an attorney when my insurance was not taking into consideration my medical bills and injuries. I would like to thank Lauren, from client relations, for showing me so much kindness and answering all my questions and recognizing my raw emotions and not just viewing me as a “client”. I hired Candyce Leeper in 2018 to take care of a real estate matter. I had entered into a contract to purchase a home from a private party. I gave her my down payment, paid the property taxes and insurance to her directly and never missed a payment. During the horrible storms we had in 2015 my home took on major damage. Considering my name was not yet on the deed (which was wrong) I was unable to get insurance on my own, Upon contacting the party I was purchasing from about the damage, she called the insurance and they came out and accessed the damage.
I continued to call the owner because I had not heard anything about the damage and she would constantly put me off.
All the while I had black mold growing on the ceiling in my laundry room, not to mention water leaking from an overhead light in the laundry room when it rained. I contacted Ms. Leeper and hired her to represent me and my interest in the property.
Ms. Leeper found out that the insurance company had paid the claim directly to the party I was buying the home from and they did NONE of the repairs.
Ms. Leeper also learned that due to the insurance pay out in 2015. The insurance had been cancelled and the taxes were not being paid! And no other insurance company would insure the house with the current damage.
Long story short, the house ended up becoming condemned due to the black mold Ms. Leeper was able to get my down payment back, all of the insurance monies I had paid over the 4 year period, the taxes I had paid over the 4 year period, as well as damages for my personal property that had been ruined. I was also released from my obligation to buy the house due to breach of contract on the part of the seller.
Ms. Leeper and her staff were superb in responding to my phone calls and walking me through the entire process. I was treated with the utmost respect and really felt that Ms. Leeper was looking out for my best interest.
I have since hired her to set up my will and trust.

I got a notice for a second interview in July 2024. I was worried and was wondering why another interview was requested. Attorney Wafula prepared me for my interview and encouraged me to remain calm and trust in God.
She was there every step of the way. During the interview I was giving a RFE which we submitted the same month. I am happy to say my 10yrs Green Card finally came this month. Thanks to Mr. Russo, I got my J-1 waiver, despite being told by three other lawyers that I would not be able to because of government funding that was involved in my J-1 stay. Mr. Russo was the first lawyer I spoke to about my situation that gave me sensible advice, a good sense of what to expect, and viable alternatives. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and professionalism throughout the long and complicated process. Because of government funding I received during my J-1 stay, there were additional steps needed throughout the process -- he always advised and prepared me for each step in great detail. I have worked with Mr. Russo for the past two years, beginning my career changing OPT to an H1B and subsequently from an H1B to a Green Card. Since the beginning Mr. Russo consulted with me in great detail and attention. He was able to lay out the path we would need to take since the beginning to the very end, he gave me an idea of the time it would have taken and gave me both best and worst case scenario preparing me for anything that might happen. Something extremely exemplary that made me trust him fully with all my petitions was when I went to Canada for my petition interview. On my way back (since I drove) I was going to cross the country border well after work hours, and Mr. Russo waited on an update from me to make sure I was able to enter the country with no problems and everything went smoothly. Aside from his incredible qualification, he has always been on time and always responded to me within 24h or less. He did his job thoroughly and make me always feel overly prepared. After spending over a year fighting with my ex about parenting plan modification, I approached Lauren and asked for assistance. Emily is helping me with my U-Visa through the Community Legal Center here in Memphis. Once she got all my documentation she filled the applications, send them out and now after my biometrics appointment I'm just waiting. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I became a client of Mr. Coates because I needed help with my divorce case, which was quite complicated and difficult, because I am from an foreign country and was married to an US citizen.
Even though there was a time difference of 7 hours, Mr. Coates always stayed in contact with me via Email or phone to keep me updated on the process.
If I had questions or concerns he always took the time to listen to them and came up pretty fast with solutions.

I couldn't think of a better way to pass on my gratitude for the amazing job Mr. Coates did for me with my divorce and custody hearings. If you are a customer looking for an attorney that is going to see you through every single step and process of any legal situation you really don't need to look any further. I have hired attorneys before from Tennessee and Georgia and all at great cost and none of them had done, even remotely close, to as well of a job as Mr. Coates did for myself and my family. Those previous attorney's weren't cheap either and pretty sought after in the area.
One of the things that I liked about this firm is that he and his staff treated me like I was as important to them as if I were one of their own family members. I ask a lot of questions and dont hesitate to call and I got either immediate answers or responses back from mainly Mr. Coates personally or his assistant. This was reassuring that he is always taking time out of his schedule to not only keep no stone unturned in my case but also to keep my mind at ease. Going through a divorce can be very scary and heartbreaking, especially with children involved, yet this was drastically different in so many ways possible from previous experiences I have had with other attorneys, that I still can't thank Mr. Coates enough. If you are looking for an attorney, please, hire this man. He is not like many of the others who give attorney's such a bad rap. He is straightforward but kind and very trustworthy. Everything he told me he would get done or accomplish for me he did. I will never use another attorney again. I did not know what to expect going in and had a lot on my mind as it was, but instead of just feeling like I was "guided" through the process with, "the best hopes", I actually came to soon realize that if it were at all possible for a person to care as closely as I did about me and my child's future, and provide us with the service as someone could if it were their own family member, it was Mr.Coates.
