Steve represented me when I was involved in a car accident on the interstate last year. I suffered a closed head brain bleed. Steve was able to recover my medical expenses, wage loss, and damages for my pain and suffering. He also was able to detect multiple sources of insurance coverage to provide me compensation. He did not think we had a case but even still they spent time they did not have to spend explaining the circumstances why and wishing us all the best. When I was hurt five years ago by doctors that I trusted in Casa Grande, I had no idea who to turn to. I read about Dr. Shah and Kyle Shelton online and met them both. I could tell right away that Dr. Shah, with his medical knowledge, was able to figure out how the medical malpractice happened to me. From that point forward, I knew I was in great hands. Kyle and Doc have treated me like family. I spoke with Kyle on Christmas one year, just to talk about my case. Kyle and Doc told me that they only take the cases where doctors clearly broke a safety rule and where someone has been seriously injured. That is what happened to me and I am so glad I have them in my corner. I have seen Kyle in action in court, and he is smart and means business. They have pursed justice for me and continue to pursue justice for me 100%. I can't recommend Kyle enough. Steve assisted us when my wife's parents moved out of a retirement home due to being unhappy with the food. This was a "purchase" type of unit, where they paid $200,000 when they moved in but were promised 90% of that would be returned to them if they moved out. After moving out they were told that they would not get their money until their unit was sold and occupied. Sure enough, buried in the legalese of the contract was that provision. With the housing market down in Phoenix, that could be years. We found that the retirement home owners had subsequently changed the contract such that that provision had to be initialed because others had complained of being misled. Steve filed suit and successfully negotiated the refund of the deposit.

Steve Sparks educated himself so well with our case that he learned more about our products performance than we even knew. He knew nothing about the paint industry and water vapor transmission before he started but became so knowlegeable through his investigation and research that he was able to discount the claims against our products performance. Steve worked extremely hard and he and does his homework. We found him to be a very intelligent, fair and honest attorney. He kept us well informed throughout the ordeal with his findings of the false claims against our products performance which gave us hope that things would go our way. We were more than satisfied and highly recommend him. We would definitely use him again should the need arise.

We have used services of Randy Sassaman's law firm for our negotiations with a big insurance company. He was recommended to me and my wife by another lawyer, who was not able to take our case at the time. And we are so glad now that Randy and Mike took that case and pursued it so tirelessly. They prepared exhaustive arguments to defend our side and were almost successful in doing so. The judge seemed to be leaning our way, so it's still not clear how the decision went the other way.
Randy suggested and we decided to appeal the case to the Ninth Circuit. Fortunately it was accepted there and Randy traveled to San Francisco for the hearing and presented our side of the story so convincingly that the case was returned back to Arizona for retrial.
That was enough to eventually reach a settlement with the insurance company that helped us financially a lot in our situation.
We will sure recommend this law firm to anybody seeking help with personal injury and insurance cases.

October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. Mr. Richter was professional, kind and understanding. He handled our daughters, my wife's and mine. He handled all the billings, dealt with their insurance company and ours, and was able to give us the help we needed. His legal assistant, Kim was excellent. Tyler is the absolute best lawyer that I could have used to represent me. Knowing that Tyler not only competed and won numerous awards when competing in mock-trial in college, but is also a coach for the ASU Mock-Trial Team, I knew that I was getting a lawyer who is top tier. When Isabel first took our case it didn't look very promising. Our mother lost her job and insurance benefits in the summer of 2016 and she passed the following winter. She did not successfully transfer her life insurance to a separate policy so we didn't expect to receive anything. Isabel fought with the insurance companys to get our family the life insurance, and she went above and beyond when it came to making sure all our affairs were in order. She communicated to us every step of the way, and even if we didn't get the payout I would still highly recommend Isabel and her firm to anyone needing legal assistance.

My husband and I highly recommend Gary to anyone who is overwhelmed trying to handle the aftermath of a car accident. Gary has brought us safely though two totaled cars, serious injuries, and the tangled web that is insurance/health care.
We found Gary to be conscientious, effective, and an excellent communicator. He provides a reasonable overview of the initial claim, and the case as it evolves, which is crucial to a solid resolution. Not only would I refer this attorney and his office to other but I have… to at least 8 other people. Through my experience, I was well informed, kept up to date, my concerns were addressed, issues were promptly taken care of and best of all… I was educated! My insurance company initially tried to patch my home from scraps in order to save themselves money. Their actions wore not only a breach in the policy agreement but downright wrong. The whole reason we have and are legally obligated to carry insurance is so that when things like this happen, they are there to help, and not try to squeeze by with the least amount of cost as possible.
Going through my claim with Mr. Dieker and his staff was the equivalent of going from initially total despair to confidently knowing that everything would be fine and just, in due time. I would highly recommend them for anyone going or starting the claim process. I had just been released from jail a few months ago and came out with my son taken away, my car gone, my money cleared out and within a week my jobs gone.
