A federal indictment should be soon for this office for the amount of money stolen from their clients. This office represented my wife grandfather personal injury and wrongful death case. Peter was hired in December 1996, a year after opening this firm. My wife father died from asbestos lung cancer in 2003. Sadly, the estate only saw 100k over the past 20 year and her grandfather never received the settlement money neither did she or her grandmother who are both named in his Will. Had rachel Sevearance assist my neighbor in retrieving a peace order for.. “ banging trash cans, reaving engine, leaving a review of a business on google.” Just a very hateful and nasty lady. During the communication and mediation, she would drag it out as much as she could to charge her client as much as possible. Not only did she write a completely joke of a complaint that slandered me and my company, she tried to throw dirty on me and ruin my life. Just a complete joke of a situation. Mind you i am black and her client is a old white lady. This lady and my neighbor are clearly hateful. If you are black and work with this lady i would reconsider. At the very minimum, she will do anything for money. Gassed her client up just to charge many hours. A joke. I got the reciepts. She thought she would just spit on me. Collect a check her client and move on. Gods got you Rachel.

We are extremely disappointed in our representation by Stallings and formally Niles, Barton, & Wilmer, LLP. Many failings were met throughout 5 years of litigation, including the advice that "any pursuant of unjust enrichment will torpedo your chance at an appeal." After 5k in the appeals lawyer just to read the case and determine there is no chance at an appeal, we consequently lost any chance at pursing the unjust enrichment, totalling more than 600k of losses.
For the first 4.5 years, Stallings allowed the defense to walk all over us, he lacked strength, and the will to win his case. If you want a lawyer to fight for your rights as if they were his own, look elsewhere. Frustrated doesn't begin to cover the feelings with our representation, or lack there of.
We hoped to have adequate representation at our hearing, Stallings would not alow us to bring questions to him throughout the day nor would he ask any questions that we had. If you're looking for an attorney that is worth his $350/hr, look elsewhere.

We are extremely disappointed in our representation by Stallings and formally Niles, Barton, & Wilmer, LLP. Many failings were met throughout 5 years of litigation, including the advice that "any pursuant of unjust enrichment will torpedo your chance at an appeal." After 5k in the appeals lawyer just to read the case and determine there is no chance at an appeal, we consequently lost any chance at pursing the unjust enrichment, totalling more than 600k of losses.
For the first 4.5 years, Stallings allowed the defense to walk all over us, he lacked strength, and the will to win his case. If you want a lawyer to fight for your rights as if they were his own, look elsewhere. Frustrated doesn't begin to cover the feelings with our representation, or lack there of.
We hoped to have adequate representation at our hearing, Stallings would not alow us to bring questions to him throughout the day nor would he ask any questions that we had. If you're looking for an attorney that is worth his $350/hr, look elsewhere.

A federal indictment should be soon for this office for the amount of money stolen from their clients. This office represented my wife grandfather personal injury and wrongful death case. Peter was hired in December 1996, a year after opening this firm. My wife father died from asbestos lung cancer in 2003. Sadly, the estate only saw 100k over the past 20 year and her grandfather never received the settlement money neither did she or her grandmother who are both named in his Will. This place doesn’t want to help those in serious accidents that matter for customers. First off the receptionist in the front desk Kim is very rude, unprofessional and doesn’t like returning calls. The lawyer himself Jeffery talks a big game about helping and fighting for the clients but he doesn’t!!!! He looks for his money only for the law-firm and five other more money just for being refurred to them, more than the person that’s being handled on the case. Nobody returns calls until they get annoyed by the client/clients!! I can recall calling 4 times in one day just to hear back for information then waited additional 15 till they can to the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using him for help. There’s no real justice dealing with him except laying him off and making him look good when truly he’s not!!!! And he take weeks to resolve issues and get any updates on what’s happening with the case.

BALTIMORE OFFICE IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK.
I interviewed for this company and was told that I needed to dress professionally and I did exactly that. I was only going to be a File Clerk but the way I dressed you would have thought I was an attorney myself.
In the interview I expressed how I didnt like jobs with idle time. That I liked to work during my entire shift even sometimes through break if I had to. They assured me I was right for the position and hired me almost immediately.
My first day the woman who was to train me came in wearing flip flops. In the coming days as I learned more responsibilities I realized that I would be walking around the office several times a day and be moving boxes from one area to another and then to the final pickup destination, I realized heels were not going to be comfortable for me.
A few days of that and I carried a pair of slides with me. One day i decided to put them on as my feet couldnt take it anymore.
The boss lady, well one of then Debra, who barely even wanted to speak and always turned her nose up at me when I said good morning, reported that I wore slides. I was coming to work doing everything I was supposed to do and for some reason these people seemed to hate me, for coming to help them.
No one intorduced themselves, there was no warm welcome at all. I was supposed to stock the kitchen and when I did they acted as of they didnt even want me in the kitchen. it was so weird.
There was no order or structure at all . When I had to put bunders together I had to look all over the place for the index tabs. Not to mention many of the secretaries sent files and indexes with errors that my attention to detail was able tocatch, and they made it as if I was worthy to catch a mistake.
The entitlement was pathetic. There would be documents of up to 746 pages and id pront it and have the others come and wait by the printer as if I was supposed to stop my documents and let them print.
False advertising, borderline racism, workplace gaslighting, disrespectful, unprofessional, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FANCY OFFICE. THE ATTITUDES ARE TRASH
