Mark did a great job with my motorcycle accident. We didn't have to pay back my health insurer anything and all my medical bills were paid. After a short law suit we settled for over 300k. The insurer offered me almost nothing before I hired Mark. He earned every part of his fee and then some.

Mr. Atkinson represented me for a rental property management negligence case in which I was trying to recover damages done to my rental unit by a water leak from the unit above mine. The case went to trial with a 6-member jury and several witnesses. In the end, we did not prevail, but I do believe Mr. Atkinson did the best that could be done under the circumstances. He was very prepared, spent much time developing the case, and was energetic and poised in court. I would recommend him and would work with him again if the need arose.

I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

I wish words could express how thankful I am for Justin Berg and his work as my attorney on my construction defect case. If I could give him more stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend Justin Berg.
I built a house that had numerous and significant construction defects, and I have had the extreme good fortune to work with Justin for about four years to get my house repaired and hold the builder accountable.

From the moment I met Mr. Kaple he ask me to call him Kurt and I felt that I had found a lawyer that I could confide in. On the verge of bankruptcy I went to Kurt for advise. He gave me the information I needed to make the right decisions but just as important he did not press me into proceeding without weighing the pros and cons of filing a chapter 7 or 13. I wanted to avoid bankruptcy so Kurt suggested we negociate at a pace that would give me enough time to survive my financial crisis. When I got to the point that I could handle it myself and save lawyers fees Kurt refunded the remainer of my retainer to help me in my quest to gather as much funds for settlement as possible. That unselfish act convinced me that I could confidently refer Kurt to my family and friends without thinking twice.

You know that feeling when life has you down, just another example of Murphy's Law? Well, I was there. Stuck in a mess with my insurance company, after I was on my motorcycle and struck by an uninsured driver. Confined in the hospital, lost in paperwork, and overwhelmed by the whole situation. I felt like I was falling into the void, quickly being forgotten.
But then, I had a family member call Law Tigers and was connected to Patrick DiBenedetto, Attorney at Metier Law Firm, and his amazing legal team. These are down to earth people, who ride their own motorcycles, and spoke my language. He listened to my story, the whole thing, like it was the most important tale he ever heard. We hired Mark Levy because we felt we weren't being treated fairly by American Family Insurance Company. We had significant damage to our house as the result of a storm and our insurance company was refusing to pay for the damage despite an umpire’s judgement. We were feeling very vulnerable and were confused by the legal issue issues in this matter. Mark took the time to explain the legal issues including the strengths and weaknesses in our case. Mark was responsive to our questions and concerns. He was professional, hopeful and honest and not unreasonably optimistic. Everyone in Mark's office was professional, courteous and available. It was never a problem to talk with Mark if we had questions. The other lawyers in his office were always available if Mark was away from the office. Everyone always seem to be up to date in terms of the issues of our case. Throughout the course of this matter his office was in constant communication with us.
