I was provided with Ven's information from another trusted attorney through my insurance agency. Ven, Tom, and Mike were incredible to work with for a little over a year. My husband was hit by a semi-driver on his way to pick up our two young boys. Tom was at my house within a few days of the initial phone call (which was well over a two hour drive for him). He sat with me in my home and listened to all the details. He then explained in detail what it would look like signing on with them, as well as what this type of case would look like. Looking back, that information at that first meeting was extremely informative and things went exactly how they said. I felt prepared every single step of the way due to these professionals.
These three men were able to win with their expertise which was significant. However, they were just as concerned with our well-being and checking in on me and my sons with how we were doing throughout the entire court case. As well as making sure I was protected through the courts.
I would recommended them to anyone. The way they fought in court and were there by my side every step of the way is something I will never forget. We asked Leamon to help re-draft a Shareholder's agreement that would represent our practice and (most importantly) help us certify as a Women's Owned Business (WBE). He claims to specialize in this area and came recommended to us. We are a company 100% owned by a woman, but were denied certification because of the shareholder agreement that he produced. We wasted the legal fees on him, lost the application fees, must wait 6 months and will re-apply without his help later this year. Do not use him. He was more interested in selling us on future consulting work than helping us with our immediate issue. His timelines and responsiveness was also a major concern.

Waited 30 minutes past our appointment window with our 2 year old daughter and were told “it’s okay.” PUNCTUALITY
“How do I know this even happened” was her response when she couldn’t find the defendants case immediately. PROFESSIONALISM
Rudely grilled us about what we knew and when we didn’t have the information just sat and smiled at us. PROFESSIONALISM
Believed the defendant “has enough going on and isn’t getting any breaks.” PROFESSIONALISM
Finally told us “we couldn’t get on” after saying we didn’t feel confident and asking what she could do to increase our confidence. QUALITY
Wasted our time and would not recommend unless you’re willing to do all the leg work just to pay an unreasonably high retainer and hourly fee. VALUE

I called this attorney looking for representation for the litigation i am in and all's he had an interest in is trying to argue and not only did we end the conversation which no way what so ever would I pick this man what so ever to be in my corner when all's he wants to know is what any attorney I've talked to "what did they say"??? Really?? All's that tells me is how imcompaten this attorney is that he can't make a judgement of his own and wants to know what everyone else says. Then after us ending the call he wants to call my number back trying to argue some more about what? I would never ever give this man the satisfaction of coming near a case when he doesn't even know a response besides ask you what did he say? What did she say? No knowledge what so ever besides wanting to Rgue "very closed minded"!!!!!!
