Lawrence and Rose Ben, as well as their paralegal, provided me with an excellent and exceptional level of care.They were always available to me by phone, and treated me with kindness! They quickly got me to physicians to treat my injuries. They always discussed my experience while undergoing these procedures. Larry and Rose (and Sandra) are a rare find these days in the legal world. They treat each client case the same (big or small) and work aggressively on your behalf. A real quality that seems to be lost in this day and age for people. Mr. Ben and his staff took the time to explain to me what may or may not happen in my son's case. Never once did they "tell me what I wanted to hear" they were honest and clear and never made any promises. They actually took the time to call on numerous occasions to see how he was doing and to make sure he was feeling better as time went by. It was refreshing to know we were more than a case number or a dollar amount. It has been a pleasure to work with them and if the need arises in the future and I need them again I will not hesitate to call.

Vincent Law was able to successfully defend me in my landlord-tenant dispute. After vacating my unit and leaving the premises in impeccable condition, the landlord had decided not to follow the statue and not return my security deposit. My case was during the holidays and after we signed everything the office went silent. I had to email to check status and then they would move the case. I wasn't even informed on when my divorce was finalized, I found it on public records. Although I am knowledgeable and know it was my mistake for not reading the terms, I hope this helps someone to ask about refundable retainer fees. My divorce billable hours were about 2,500. My retainer fee was 5,500 so the office made an easy $2,900.00. Hope this review helps someone in the future!

We petition between 20 and 30 cases per year for our business, and recently we found this firm after a failure from another global firm, who told us a visa could not be done in a specific case we had.
VisaNation submitted it within a week, had it approved less than a week later.

This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years.

Our attorneys have overlooked MAJOR details in our case, we ended up signing settlement papers (SIX MONTHS AGO) and agreed to a fraction of our out of pocket expenses. Where is the check? Who knows! I am not getting anywhere with these lawyers. They don’t seem to care that we never got our settlement. Stay far away.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.
