I hired Norm to recover property I had leased to a third-person who was no longer paying on the lease. Norm immediately took action, filing for a TRO and TI, bringing the lessee to Court immediately. Before the Court heard our case, Norm was able to negotiate with the third-party a new lease that required a higher monthly payment and certain other terms that, if violate, permitted the immediate and non-judicial recovery of the property. During the term of the new lease, Norm worked to make sure that requirements were met on a timely basis. I found Norm to be accessible, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. His work was excellent and my results were more than I expected. I would recommend Norm for any litigation matter and will be hiring him again should the need arise.

To start of, our situation was a nightmare. Our house suffered some damages. A complete nightmare because of our insurance’s lack of empathy. For not wanting to provide adequate protection or reimbursement against the losses. To almost want to have my family and I living in the streets.
They advertise the best insurance with high reputation, but in my experience. When it comes to an emergency you’re left with little to no protection.
Our situation was tough, because not only did we pay our mortgage but we also have to move in to an apartment. That resulted in a lot of debt. A situation that would have been avoided if my insurance would have jumped into action and assisted in the beginning.
At first, I have to admit I wasn’t too knowledgeable of Matthew. At that moment, I didn’t have much trust due to the stress I was in. Worried that I wouldn’t be able to provide a roof for my my three little children. Soon after, I immediately learned that there is good people out there. People with the best intentions and are aware of your needs. That person is Matthew Zar. He personally picked his phone and listened to me. I begged him to get us out of this horrible dilemma caused by the ineptitude of our insurance.
I had lost all hope at some point and yes I didn’t think there was a way out of this predicament. And as I previously said, my thoughts quickly changed when I started seeing Matthew fighting for our case. In one of those few mediations that we were able to join.

Robert Burford is amazing! I had a business issue and my lawyer from most respected law firms in Houston was handling it. This dragged for months and months: tons of aggravation, even sleepless nights, and over $100K in legal bills. A friend recommended to contact Mr. Burford. First he requested to send him all paperwork. After a week, Robert met with me and my partner on the morning before Christmas. His whole office was empty. Will knew every aspect of insurance law and helped me achieve an unexpected result from the very beginning of my large-scale apartment loss. My insurer said my loss wasn't covered, and Will ultimately determined they relied on provisions that didn't exist in my policy to deny my claim. Thank you so much Brittene! We purchased a forclosure property that had a professional squater in it, using many tools on their side to prevent eviction such as multiple bankruptcies. We hired Brittene and her research quickly found the occupant had filed brankruptcy 1 too many times. Brittene convinces the DA and the constable the law is on our side and the constable was able to issue the Writ and get this professional squater out of the house. We took possession and are now able to rehab the property - soon to be re-occupied by a paying tenant.

Brittene Wilson is the most reliable attorney that I have worked with! I was being sued for student loans, and I was so devastated because if I lost my case it would possibly prevent me from going to grad school to continue my education.

After a frustrating battle with our major insurance carrier for over a year from the devastating Bastrop Complex fires of 2011, we decided to seek out legal assistance to get our damaged roof repaired. It was our first time ever using legal means to settle an insurance claim.
