I used these guys for a case back in 2020, I was not very impressed with them then and I am not impressed with them now. You don’t speak to an attorney you speak to a case manager, who is not an attorney or have experience with information that pertains to the legal process.

After a fender bender, I enlisted the help of Jim Farson and Anne Raimondi, paralegal, to help me with my claims to the insurance company because my injury kept getting worse and required two surgeries. They were able to file the claims and get them settled and paid in a reasonable amount of time while educating me and through the entire process. I highly recommend them for experience, knowledge, professionalism.

If you are in a bad accident … make sure you engage a good personal injury attorney. James Farson and his Paralegal Anne Raimondi (Lindell, Farson & Zebouni, P.A., Jacksonville, Florida) represented, advised and guided me. They are very good!
The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
My experience? Jim Farson knows how to get it done … and he and his team got it done!

When Atty. Matthew Collett was referred to me to handle my case, the first thing I did was reviewed his profiles against the other attorney profiles that I had in my list. I was impressed with all that he had successfully accomplished and I said to myself "hmmm...this guy would fit in the case". He was actually the one that hit the bell and made my decision to retain him.
He put in his full efforts and worked hard on my case for a reasonable and affordable charge. He listened closely and carefully to and understood my situations and/or opinions and provided with legal advice, he was really easy to work with, he advised me that my case could be referred to other attorney if it were outside of his expertise, and most importantly the untiring patience that he had shown throughout the entire case process.
He was able to resolve my case in a short period of time with positive outcomes. Now, the biggest thing to me is that I am able to retain my employment because of his expertise. He is second to none with his undoubted dedication, knowledge, skills and abilities. I would definitely recommend Attorney Matthew Collett for consultation and eventually for retention to handle your case all the way through the end.

Matt Collett was a pleasure to deal with, he got my driving with a suspended license changed to a civil case of not having a valid drivers license. He also got my speeding ticket completely dropped. He also did not charge me a ridiculous price, I was very happy with the deal he gave me. I hired Kevin when I was injured in an auto accident. He did a super job of representing me and was totally fearless in handling the insurance company adjusters. He has a lot of experience and obtained a settlement for me that was far beyond my expectations. The big firms don't have the personal service that Kevin Jakab and his staff provide. If you need a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend Kevin.

I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won. He was forced to pay us all the services rendered. Kevin and his team did an amazing job of presenting the case. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He's honest, hard working, and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about him. You'll be glad you hired him. I guarantee it!
