The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
My experience? Jim Farson knows how to get it done … and he and his team got it done!

When Atty. Matthew Collett was referred to me to handle my case, the first thing I did was reviewed his profiles against the other attorney profiles that I had in my list. I was impressed with all that he had successfully accomplished and I said to myself "hmmm...this guy would fit in the case". He was actually the one that hit the bell and made my decision to retain him.
He put in his full efforts and worked hard on my case for a reasonable and affordable charge. He listened closely and carefully to and understood my situations and/or opinions and provided with legal advice, he was really easy to work with, he advised me that my case could be referred to other attorney if it were outside of his expertise, and most importantly the untiring patience that he had shown throughout the entire case process.
He was able to resolve my case in a short period of time with positive outcomes. Now, the biggest thing to me is that I am able to retain my employment because of his expertise. He is second to none with his undoubted dedication, knowledge, skills and abilities. Matt Collett was a pleasure to deal with, he got my driving with a suspended license changed to a civil case of not having a valid drivers license. He also got my speeding ticket completely dropped. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won. He was forced to pay us all the services rendered. Kevin and his team did an amazing job of presenting the case. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He's honest, hard working, and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about him. You'll be glad you hired him. I guarantee it!

I've known Ron Reed for three decades. Every thing he told me turned out to be exactly what happened. I was injured in a restaurant by the carelessness of an employee. After months of recuperating I ran into Ron. He asked where I had been. I told him flat on my back. I told him I needed help with out of pocket medical expenses. He said he knew the restaurant owner and said not to worry. The owner of the restaurant apparently had a glib response to my injury. I think he offended Ron because the next time I talked with Ron he wouldn't tell me what he (restaurant owner) said but he did say He was going to help me. He outlined the process and time limit. It ended with all my medical being covered and some left over for lost wages in the very week he said it would end. Thanks Ron

I went through this firm for a case and it was great and everything it's needed to be until paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid, it was a disaster. The lawyer i had was Derrick Smith. He communicated poorly, made sure i was(u uninformed, unaggressive and unargumenttative in court in all hearings, and seemed unprepared. People from my government job came to my hearing and told me he needed another profession and there was no way possible he was a lawyer, It was just that bad. When confronted about it he dropped from the case and didn't return any of the money without reaching trial which was the agreement signed. I called the company to seek another attorney as I was blown off as if my case didn't matter. I have proof. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM, YOU COULD BE NEXT.
