When doing a bankruptcy like this it may
typically take longer than one thinks if you
didn't read up on the process..., months !
Also a successful bankruptcy petition isn't a " gimme".
Be aware you will need LOTS of patience as most everything is done online at Sternberg Law.
My advice is learn how to scan & create files onto a flash drive properly.

I want to introduce myself by starting with Saying Douglas Miranda firm is the best law firm .Respectful and trustworthy. My name is David I'm a 2nd striker felon and I was fighting my 3rd strike 25 years. I didn't expect what Mr.Miranda got me after going back and forth and having him work extra for my freedom . My bail went up to 1 million and I was suppose to be arrested . Mr.Miranda got me house arrest and scram monitoring something that they don't give felons. This attorney initially has an office assistant who gets all your vital information such as email and how you heard about the attorney and other self serving questions then after he’s gotten all your information, he ask questions about your case but is dismissive and cuts you off because he never taken you serious or care about the reason your calling for because he then goes to hype drive and will not forward your case to any attorney, instead he refers you to your inbox and informs there you will have 3 options plans for a PAID CONSULTATION. If that is the firms intention, why not freely advertise as such versus bait switch on pretense of PAID consultation and apparently 3 different price points.

Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.

First things first: I thank you guys for the Professionalism, Class, and Attention to Details, while still showing empathy for me - and my case - as I traversed this emotional and difficult terrain. These are the three things Slatter Law Firm impressed me with throughout this ordeal.

Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had.
