After the first experience, I would not chose/consider another firm. From the receptionist to legal aids and attorney's, all of Mr. Weiner's staff are cordial, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They put you at ease no matter your situation. Should you have questions, they will always get back to you in a timely fashion. I wouldn't put my fate in anyone else's hands. Absolutely a first class firm!

I see all these amazing reviews, but that was not the case for my family. My 28 year old niece with an anoxic brain injury, has been neglected severely and suffers from a sacral stage 4 injury right down to the bone and Osteomyelitis all within one month of being in the nursing home. We contacted this firm early last year, and to this day, nothing has been done. We provided, pictures, information right from the patient portal.completed and submitted every update. I am at a loss to understand how my niece fell through the cracks. Here we are 2025, 1 year later, being contacted via email to say they now have sufficient information to submit for medical review. They had the authorization to get into her patent portal, supporting documentations of everything. Medical notes and pictures..She is still being treated for that sacral wound suffering through surgery due to the intensity of her wounds. Now more pressure injuries on her heels, hips, pressure points with constant infections. This has taken a massive toll on our family. Her mom, died in January, Now my niece is stuck where she is. Our experience has not been positive at all. Good for those who were properly taken care of.

When I started looking for an attorney to take my case I've called a lot of lawyers, and got declined by all their offices, before I even had the chance to speak to the actual lawyers. Steven Rudin in a knowledgeable and diligent attorney. I was the victim of an automobile accident in Tacoma, Washington. Mr Rudin became my attorney in S. Fl and he was able to secure co-counsel for us in Tacoma., Washington. There were 4 passengers, which included myself, in the vehicle. We experienced varying degrees of injury rangin from broken ankle to a broken wrist.
Mr Rudin, with the co-counsel in Washington State, was able to win us almost a total of $1million dollars from the different entities responsible for the injury.
