Michael's expertise and commitment made this happen. Michael has been supportive and always available through this process. He is trustworthy, altruistic, and down to earth. I must add Michael's lack of greed and willingness to work with his clients on the financial part of the appeal was another reason it was possible for me to go forward with the appeal.
After having a malpractice attorney with 40 years of experience that was able to significantly hurt my case was devastating to me. No one should have to go through that.
Michael was able to put the pieces of my case together and convince the Appellate Court that the lower court erred on a decision, which really hurt my case.
If I didn't have Michael to do my appeal, I'm not sure where I would be today in terms of my case. I can now proceed with confidence that my case will be settled or won.

I was at a point in a medical malpractice case where a judgment summary left me deciding, do I go forward with an appeal or not. The original attorney who represented me no longer wanted to remain on my case. I knew my case had merit to it, so I decided to pursue an Appeals Attorney. Tube un dui en el 2023, el abogado Carlos Rendo, me representó, el hablo con el fiscal, y ante el juez me hizo hablar a mí persona, pero creo q un abogado es el que tiene q hablar por ti por algo le estás pagando o no?, bueno con mis nervios y eso, a lo que yo entendí, el juez dictó, 4 meces de suspensión y 9 con Intoxalock, a lo q el abogado me explicó lomismo, los he cumplido, fui a MVD y me dicen q’ son 13 meces con Intoxalock, que lo debí aver puesto durante la suspensión, o sea que tuve que haver pagado durante 4 menses sin poder usar el vehículo.
Cuando regresé a su oficina, me dijo q eso apuntó también, y q para ver q paso necesita el transcrip o algo así?
Tomé la decisión de continuar por 4 meces más, no voy a perder más dinero.
espero esto les sirva a alguien y no paguen por un servicio no bien echo.
Y no digo q sea malo, por que no lo se, si un abogado lee esto q me diga si yo tenía q haber hablado o el abogado en mi representación.

I do not recommend this firm. As seniors, we needed a will - a simple will. We went to T. Dengler who, as an estate lawyer, was trusted to advise us properly. A few simple questions turned into a Trust that we did not understand nor did we ask for and we told him so. He gave us a brief explanation and we told him we still didn't understand - he encouraged us to sign. Also, although we were quoted a price for this will, the Trust fees were never discussed or mentioned. Asking him how much he replied he had to "figure it out". We were distressed and sleepless worrying how much this would cost. I will state that this was settled after our complaint but now we have to start over and this has left us to distrust lawyers, Do your homework, you can get more info from Google.

I was denied in my long term disability claim by an insurance company. I was recommended another law firm with who I was familiar with. The lawyer listened to our explanation and told us it didn’t sound promising, but to send the supporting documentation. A few days later I received an email from the lawyer stating I had NO appeal left.
I felt I needed a second opinion. Not having another recommendation, I searched the internet and came across Michael
Quiat. Mike had a wealth of experience and seemed like a seasoned professional. We spoke to him on the phone and he was very sympathetic to our plight and seemed very enthusiastic about our chances on appeal. He was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and documented and supported all the facts that the insurance company had to accept the claim. I highly recommend Mike!

Mark represented me in 2010 on a criminal case involving charges that included aggravated assault and possession of an unlawful weapon. He was extremely honest, open and real. We were faced with two legal disputes with contractors who did very shoddy work at our home and refused to fix their mistakes. Mr. Denver filed one lawsuit in Ocean County Special Civil Part and another in Monmouth County Superior Court, Law Division. Bill worked well beyond the call of duty to pursue my medical insurance co, who simply needed to perform their obligation of approving a medication, even rejecting it. was fine to expedite the process, and Bill got them to do that through his tireless work. I would have faced a severely depleted financial retirement future had it not been for Mr. Denver's patient persistence in pursuit of Insurance coverage related to the excavation and remediation required as a result of oil seepage from an abandoned oil tank discovered in the process of my selling the house in which I had lived for 40 years, The soil contamination was found to be deep and close to the house foundation, requiring multiple installations of steel foundation supports. With the cost of the remediation building close to 6 figures, and the Insurance Company I had for over 40 years denying my initial Homeowners policy claim, I had the good fortune to have a friend recommend retaining Dr. Denver at the Denver Law Firm. Mr. Denver studied survey maps, engineer's and soil boring reports, and voluminous material and documents related to the Environment Company's work. He worked with me to gather as much documentation as I could find related to past insurance policies even though in the anticipation of moving, I had shredded ancient records. He pursued the Insurance Company to conduct a policy search, established sufficient proof of coverage going back many years, and through negotiations and persistence, and without litigation which could have taken years, successfully obtained for me a significant contribution from the Insurance company toward the cost of the remediation. I was very happy with the work Brielle did as an associate to the Bianchi Law Group.
