My wife saw their add and decided to call I was skeptical. Lots of paperwork to fill out and evidence to submit but after almost three long years she received a significant settlement + secondary insurance for her 9/11 Illness (Co-pays). BM takes a 10% fee the rest is yours and tax free. Not sure how much BM did but I'm sure they were working in the background. If you qualify don't expect a settlement in a few months it takes years assuming all your paperwork is in order. They probably have 1000s of clients so don't expect monthly updates.

I cannot say enough good things about Ben Rubinowitz and Allan Zelikovic at Gair, Gair, Conason. I was dismissed by two other lawyers who hardly listened to me. Ben and Allan listened closely, compassionately, and asked the most detailed questions. They enlisted all the right specialists to understand my case and support us. In 2018 my 11-year-old daughter was in a horrific school bus accident. It was very serious and were told that her survival rate was at high risk. We had many law firms contacting us every day. Thankfully we were introduced to a highly recommend Law Firm Gair, Gair, Conason. We will never forget how accommodating they were to meet us at the hospital for our introduction and meetings. On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian. You are constantly familiarizing yourself with new information pertaining to a wide array of topics that come along quickly and consistently. At times you require help and insight from those with more experience specific to the legal intricacies that you may suddenly be encountering. I am thankful that in the vast sea of attorneys to choose from, that I was referred to Alison Arden Besunder of Goetz Fitzpatrick to assist me and the Guardianship in addressing an appeal brought on unexpectedly. Appellate work appears: unique to your case, detail focused, time consuming and requires nuanced skill and approach in response and execution. Ms. Besunder and the members of her team understood the record at hand and responded professionally, with a tone that was very much welcome and tracking with my efforts and focus as Guardian. The Poppalardo Law group You never think one day you’ll need to go through the process of fighting for custody of your children. Unfortunately that day came me. I found myself in a love-less relationship with an unfaithful partner who I shared 2 beautiful children with. I felt helpless because you always think the law favors the mother in most cases. Being an extremely involved father who coached and was very active in my children’s life, I knew I didn’t want to be the typical every-other-weekend warrior father, I had to fight for my children. I was referred to The Pappalardo Law group from a friend of a friend who was also an attorney in Connecticut. She was very confident that this was the best Law Firm for my situation. I reluctantly made the call and set up the appointment. Turned out to be one of the best most important decisions I’ve ever made. John Pappalardo assigned his associate Sam to my my case and from day one they both worked tirelessly to understand our circumstances and put together an amazing case to present to the court. It was a long stressful road but being able to be in my children’s life on a day to day basis made the tough journey worth it. Sam was an amazing partner through all of this even going on maternity leave, having a baby and still returning to my case to close it out. She was extremely attentive and the communication always made me feel like I was a priority. We recently hired Artisan Law perform community services in which we paid our full retainer in advance. ($1800.00) Artisan Law did not render the services and is now withholding our money in which they agreed to compensate us. I spoke with Shaina Magrone who agreed and promised to refund us our money as agreed upon mutually. She and the firm has ceased all communication after agreeing to refund us money for services not performed. It has been several months since our deposit with no update. I hope this is an isolated incident and not a pattern of behavior towards customers. Any customer or community member who has paid for legal services not to have them rendered should not have to post a review just to get an update. I truly hope someone in leadership follows up on this matter as it not ethical or professional. We hope to provide a positive update to this review when leadership responds this matter.

Clair from this law firm was very rude and I don’t understand how she is working in law firm her communicating with her. Client is very disrespectful. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. I was trying to get a breakdown and understanding of my payments and she wasn’t trying to hear anything that I had to say which I find is very rude and discriminating of my work situation and what I’m able to afford and payments at this time I do not recommend this law firm at all

Started using ZR for a few months now and wish I started earlier. Unlike Per Diem Services Inc which significantly over charges (and has tried to rip me off a few times), ZR is professional, reasonably priced, and reliable. Their online platform is very easy to use and makes ordering services far easier and seamless than its competitors.

They committed malfeasance on two cases our office referred them. In one case, the attorney was late and the motion was granted on default. We had to beg them for an affidavit, and luckily the default was vacated. After not learning our lesson, we referred another case in which we gave them specific instructions which the covering attorney ignored. Having failed to advise the Court of our instructions the case was dismissed. Requiring a motion to restore. On this basis, I would not recommend this business.
