John is one of the best lawyers you could possibly hope to work with in the Lehigh Valley. Why can I say that with confidence? Because I've worked or consulted with > 10 other lawyers over the past 5 years; John has represented me on 4 cases in the last 4 years; and John has consistently exceeded all expectations while blowing other lawyers out of the water.
In one case, outside of John's legal specialty, he managed to accomplish EXACTLY what I asked for despite another lawyer, who specialized in the area of law for 30+ years, stringing me along for multiple months and saying that what I was asking for was IMPOSSIBLE. My wife and I were hit by another driver with the same insurance company. I did everything they asked and almost 2 years after my accident the insurance company still had not settled my claim.
I contacted Mayerson Law and Ben took over from there. He and his team quickly got up to speed on my claim, injury reports, possible medical liens, and started working for a resolution. It was an unusual claim with many moving pieces and injured people.

I had the pleasure of having Ben work two separate cases for me in which he was exceedingly successful in both.
Ben has an incredible combination of intelligent determination and patient, kind customer relations.
In our first case, I had suffered a motorcycle accident that he was able to compensate me for, and the second was a bicycle crash that he, again, demonstrated determined success.

Mr. Garibian and his team are true professionals. I had a previous employer contract come back to haunt me and needed some help. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

Consulted with Attny Pavelle on two encroachment matters; he is incredibly knowledgeable. He made me certainly feel that I'd have someone in my corner should issues arise where I may need more help; but, for now, we are writing letters to give our neighbors the chance to do the right thing.
Attny Pavelle offered useful, specific information that provided not only ideas of what we need to do first to protect our property from further damage but how to handle each encroachment matter. He also emphasized that we must decide on what we'd be willing to accept to make us "feel" whole again from the damage done to our property, even though one of the issues cannot possibly be restored but simulated. He also quoted the law section several times, provided calculation resources for evaluating the destroyed privacy and other encroachments, and he advised me on how our issues could play out.
He was very thorough and thoughtful.
I would highly recommend him!

I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

I first learned about the legal services that Rob Slutsky and his team can provide from a previous client. This client spoke highly of his experience and recommended I contact Rob because we had similar needs for home care assistance for our wives.
It became apparent to me on our first meeting that Rob and Sheila, a team member, were well organized and knew the DHS system inside and out. Ours was a more complicated case but with Rob's guidance and instructions and Sheila's review of the documents that were required for the DHS application, we were able to get the home care assistance in a timely manner and at the same time protect assets in a manner that was acceptable to DHS. There's no way I could have navigated the application on my own.
During preparation of the application and afterwards, in fact to this day, there were and still are questions related to the home care assistance approval. In all cases, questions have been addressed in a timely manner and within the scope of the original contract fee.
I also feel that Rob and Sheila understand the challenges that a caregiver for a loved one has and the importance of providing some home care assistance to support the family caregiver.
All in all, we made a good decision to work with Rob and his team.
