I had been been in car accident where the driver was under insured and I had to make claim against my uninsured motorist coverage. My insurance company started jerking me around with unnecessary treatments and less than recommended treatments that were not helping me until my pip coverage ran out then tried to deny my claim all together. That is when I obtained the services of Mr. Clay MacCaslin. He took over and helped me navigate my way through doctors appointments, depositions and taking my insurance company to court. I could not of asked for a better outcome and got my maximum amount I was entitled to for my coverage and now I can get my medical bills paid with a little in my pocket. it has been a long hard road and I am very happy with the results and I would recommend to anyone the services of Clay MacCaslin. During Vacationing in Las Vegas, my Wife Suffered a Stroke.. Fortunately she pulled through and was able to start a couple of different rehabilitation program.. Unfortunately she was unable to go back to work, however we were very grateful that she had been paying for many years for a supplement Long-Term Disability Insurance... After her regular work benefits ran out.. The Long-Term Disability Insurance kicked in.. However after just 4 months we received in the mail a letter of denial for benefits.. And our ONLY option was to Appeal the decision.... That is when we Hired Nick Gower,,, Nick spent extensive time researching and working on his appeal letter for us... We couldn't be happier... When he got the Insurance company to giving us a second chance with a Independent Medical Examiner,,, we were so happy.. after we finished with the IME .. We just waited to see what would happen.. We found ourselves in need of a lawyer regarding an insurance claim and were referred to Nick Gower. After our initial meeting, we retained his services and have been more than completely satisfied. He walked us through the overall process and our alternatives along the way. Nick was able to give us easy to understand explanations of complex issues. He was also key in setting expectations at each step and was always accessible by phone, email or text. He also would continually update us as to the status and or progress of our case, which included many evenings spent at our home. He would project timelines and expectations at each meeting.
In summary, Nick went above and beyond our expectations of a lawyer. He was professional as well as knowledgeable. I was rear-ended a couple of years ago. I called Dean Heiling's office for advice on settlement and closing my claim with the insurance company. The insurance company did not want to pay me for what I thought was a fair settlement. Mr. Heiling settled the case for me and actually got more than I was asking for. I hired Andy to represent me after my girlfriend at the time threatened to accuse me of abuse, then apologized and told me that she was simply drunk and acknowledged that I would never hurt her, then punched me in face on a later date, then followed through with her threat to accuse me of abuse when I asked her to move out. On our initial consultation, Andy met with me personally and was attentive, professional, and impressive. Two days after the incident the police decided not to charge me. With Andy's help we discovered that this woman had a history of violence and abuse of the legal system with other partners. One of her partners warned that I should file a restraining order and to expect her to do the same as she had harassed him, thrown hot coffee in his face, hit him, and called the police on him many times while she was intoxicated and fighting with him about their son. She had me served with a restraining order while I was seeing patients in my office two weeks later. Andy helped me to reconstruct the events and uncover digital evidence showing my partner admitting on multiple occasions that she had fabricated her claims and that her previous threats of abuse accusations were nothing more than the result of her intoxication. Andy even hired a private detective to investigate my former partner. During this time my former partner continued to harass me, stalk me, and break in to the home we had shared together. Through all of this Andy was more than a great attorney, but a reassuring presence that helped to get me through this tough time. He always responded to me quickly and fully. I frankly don't know how he could show me and my case so much personal attention while doing the same for his other clients. But he did. This guy is an outstanding attorney and I couldn't have hired anyone better.

I hired Tom after a referral. The window of opportunity to file my personal injury and property claim from a vehicle accident was near. Eric was chosen to represent us in a lawsuit that was filed regarding an injury on a former property that we sold. The plaintiffs Attorney's were known to be very successful at representing individuals for this type of case. From the day that we were introduced to Eric he made us feel comfortable and took much of our worry away, I should say, "as much as he could when your'e being sued." We were defendants and the new home owner was the other defendant and had their own councel. Once Jury selection and the cross examination began it was clear that the plaintiffs attorney didn't want my attorney in the courtroom. He was articulate and fearless, played very well with the co defendant Attorney and had a clear path in his mind to victory. The co defendants Attorney also did very well but Eric picked up the ball where he left off in cross examination and made the facts very transparent. After only 2 days in a 5 day trial, the plaintiffs attorney's dismiss the case against us. Im sure there were many reasons for that decision but I truly believe that their motivation was to get Eric Schilling out of there before he destroyed the credibility of their plaintiff and witnesses. Thank you Eric for your professionalism and a superb job representing us in this case. You are Top Notch!

Jim was amazing. We contacted him after consulting with another Attorney that we are not comfortable with. Our issue was with a neighbors bamboo damaging our Cinderblock wall. The neighbor was difficult and said her home owners insurance would not cover it and wanted to leave it at that. Jim advised the neighbor that he felt strongly that the insurance company had some responsibility. Jim then began dealing with the insurance company to reach a fair settlement. Bankruptcy is a process that takes patience and diligence to get through. When I met with Mr. O'Brien, I was in a bad financial situation and his guidance and advice helped to drastically improve my position in 5 years. I filed Chapter 13 with his representation and he worked to get me a very favorable monthly budget to manage repayments and still enable my day to day life. He's very good at his job. Mr. Piteo was amazing to work with. My elderly mother was scheduled for an eviction hearing within a week or less. I called more than a dozen lawyers but they either said it was too late or they were just too busy. Mr. Piteo was able to find a way for my mother to keep her house.
