I retained Stanna Slater to represent me in a matter that seemed minor at the outset, but soon morphed into a dispute over citizens’ rights relying on “plain English” interpretation of State law.

Today I have victory over a four year battle with Social Security Administration to receive my rightful Widow's Survivor Benefits.
At every turn reasons were thrown in our path like nails strewn in the road to halt our progress. Didn't work. We prevailed. And I do mean we, for that is another essential attribute that Stanna processes...she works with the client not in front of our in spite of. I had a rough accident two years ago. The driver at fault didn’t have his own insurance. However, the person who owned the vehicle that (Driver at fault was driving). Had insurance but it was liability. So I think you know where I am going with this. I was pretty much at a loss. I had a friend who recommended Wade and Nysather P.C to me. I was in a tough spot, spoke to them I was able to get my old loan on my vehicle paid off because of them. Also get a pay out after all said in done. I had a nice lady Sara! Not only would I refer this attorney and his office to other but I have… to at least 8 other people. Through my experience, I was well informed, kept up to date, my concerns were addressed, issues were promptly taken care of and best of all… I was educated! My insurance company initially tried to patch my home from scraps in order to save themselves money. Their actions wore not only a breach in the policy agreement but downright wrong. The whole reason we have and are legally obligated to carry insurance is so that when things like this happen, they are there to help, and not try to squeeze by with the least amount of cost as possible.
Going through my claim with Mr. Dieker and his staff was the equivalent of going from initially total despair to confidently knowing that everything would be fine and just, in due time. I would highly recommend them for anyone going or starting the claim process. Call them as soon as possible, before you get talked into something that will cost you tens of thousands by the insurance company without you even knowing. A simple conversation could save you time, headache and untold amounts of stress. I have told Mr. Dieker and his staff to have anyone who wants to know more contact me directly as a past client, as I am more than happy to share my experience.

Mr. Page helped me to settle my car accident claim against two very difficult insurance companies. It was a long process due to its complication, but Mr. Page walked me through the whole process. At one point, he told me if this were going to the court, he would still stick to our original engagement letter (you know most attorneys charge differently for the trial) just because he could not stand what the insurance company was trying to do on my claim. Fortunately, my case got satisfactorily settled without going to the court. I think he probably should have retired by now, but I would highly recommend him because he knows what he does and more importantly, he has the ethics that are the key to everything. As for Medical Malpractice Dominique Barrett is a sorry excuse of an Attorney, she gives the opposing side confidential information and does not work for the client, she is a suck up to the state. I got the maximum sanction because she sat there an did nothing, she is ignorant when it comes to nursing or medicine. I highly recommend staying away from her.
