First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I am beyond amazed at how I have been treated at Herman Law Group. I worked with Frank, Paige Lee, and Amber. They went above and beyond for me and my case. Frank answered a lot of my questions personally which I really appreciated. I needed extra hand holding and ensuring after my accident due to my decrease in my mental health. Paige and Amber helped me with getting some odds end things taken care of in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident January of 2020. I had attempted to resolve the claim with the other carrier, however my ongoing injuries and prognosis made it clear I would need help resolving my claim. We had reached the statute and needed to file suit. Melissa did a great job of explaining the process, preparing me for my deposition and later the mediation with the other carrier and setting clear expectations regarding settlement. I felt that she truly listened to my concerns and was advocating on my behalf, not just trying to get a case off her desk or get me to accept an offer I didn't feel was fair. She paid attention to the information I provided and knew my case when discussing it with me or the mediator. She exceeded my expectations when it came to settlement and resolution of my liens with my PIP carrier and health insurance. I would recommend Melissa to my family, friends, and/or anyone seeking legal representation. Should I have misfortune of being in another motor vehicle accident, I will be calling Melissa to advise.

I went to Mel after my LTD cut off my monthly benefits. Anyone that is currently looking for a disability attorney knows how traumatic and stressful the whole process is. Mel is an exceptionally skilled, competent, and knowledgeable attorney. Following Mel's guidance, and putting my trust in his abilities, he was successful in resolving my situation to my fullest satisfaction. Nothing happens fast in the LTD world. However, Mel's experience instilled a great confidence (knowing that I was doing the right thing, and going down the right path). While nothing is guaranteed in this world, being able to have confidence in anything dealing with LTD is a rare commodity and hard to come by. My family and I couldn't be happier with the way Mel conducted himself, communicated, and ultimately in the result he was able to secure. I only wish that I would have secured his services earlier on so that I could have either avoided the whole appeals process altogether or that I would have seen it coming a mile away so I would have been better prepared to contend with it when it happened. Regardless, I will now continue to retain Mel's services for my ongoing needs. I can't recommend Mel highly enough!!!

Mel was instrumental in helping us put together an appeal after being removed from long term disability insurance. He guided us through what is a very opaque and stacked process. He was also able to identify nefarious practices and places where Unum was trying to mislead us and make the appeal more difficult. Without Mel, I am not sure we would have been able to get reinstated. His ability to help, his understanding when hearing our story, and his tenacious legal ability allowed us to put together an irrefutable packet of evidence to combat Unum. He was critical to our success.

Mr. Hicks was assisting the lead attorney on our case and subsequnetly took it over as our primary contact. The issue was adverse possession. Mr. Hicks explained what was going on in laymans terms and tried to establish common ground between planiff and defendant. I firmly believe that there are only a few lawyers who are competent, hardworking and active like David.
I met several lawyers in my recent legal dispute and had asked several lawyers to resolve my legal issues. But David was the best lawyer I ever met. He is very abundant in legal knowledge and has a great ability to solve problems as a lawyer. Not only that, but David was sincere and worked my work as his own work. David is also a warm-hearted person with a love of humanity. I think he really understood my difficulties and did his best to save me from legal issues. He is my savior.
Before I met David, I contracted another lawyer. But the first lawyer I met did not show me the settlement, and he just put me on hold and made me nervous. But David was very different. He analyzed my case and found a point to prove my injustice and made a very active effort to bring this case to my advantage.
By the way, my case was settled by a jury trial to solve my injustice. In a jury trial, the role of a lawyer is of paramount importance, and attentive and active preparation is crucial for best results. David did this thoroughly. I attended the trial with him for two days, and I felt he was very proficient and professional in the jury trial.
His words are soft and gave me a detailed answer to my question. Also, I could feel trust in his words based on his knowledge. He always counted my heart and gave me relief.
If someone needs to get legal help, I will actively recommend David.

All cases are tiring and emotional and I appreciated that he took the time to boost my confidence and always responded quickly when I had a question. Despite having been through five suits on a related matter with representation from various regional firms, Richard was the first attorney who was able to strategize a response to the insurer that resulted in a global settlement to all claimants. He has an uncanny understanding of how insurance companies think and of their processes and motivations. I've retained most of the major New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco firms over the years, and still never seen the "bang for the buck" that Richard delivered. The Best Defense Attorney I have ever Met!, If Only there were more attorneys who took as much time with his clients, and I know it wasnt just me, he had a very full plate , and had many clients as it seems the system is overwhelmed with people who need a Public Defenser . And I am sure there are those who use the cities tax dollars of hard working people of King County to pay for some people who are so ungreatful, If they actually had to pay for a law firm attorney and be billed $500/hr. Some abuse the system and try to get away with it because they are being supported by the tax payers dollars.Anyways Mario is extremely honest and genuine and down to earth and I think who every is lucky enough to have him as their attorney should feel very greatful as they are in the best legal hands you will find,, I highly recommend Mario, He makes sure all his clients get a fair shake.

I highly recommend Bharti / Hardie, PLLC with any case you have. They represented me to resolve my claim, fighting every ridicules obstacle that was thrown at us. I recently went on a trial, and Mr. Munish Bharti represented me. I will say that he alone went against the prosecution team. He is very respectful and explains everything that I was not clear at. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he is. He pretty much knows the law in and out. He is well organized. Whenever the Judge asked anything, he had a copy ready for the prosecutor and the Judge.
