Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Firm
Smith & Eulo handled my sisters’s case with complete unprofessionalism and negligence. In the middle of her criminal case, her attorney left the firm, and no one bothered to inform her that a new attorney had been assigned. She was left in the dark about who was representing her, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, she retained them for an injunction hearing that took place in June, yet they have failed to provide her with any information about it. Their lack of communication and transparency has caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
To make matters worse, they sent her to sign a legal contract without reviewing it with an attorney—despite the fact that she has a learning disability. This is a serious ethical failure and shows a complete disregard for their clients’ needs.
If you are looking for legal representation that is professional, communicative, and competent, do not go to Smith & Eulo. They have failed my sister at every step of the process.

The state is currently waiting for my attorney to approve and sign the PTI contract. I have not been contacted to discuss the stipulations of the contract with my attorney. They are refusing communication and I have called:

They have not discussed terms of the PTI agreement with me. I will be signing this contract blindly with a learning disability. I have begged for someone to reach out and have only been told “I will have someone call you”. I paid in full while retaining Smith & Eulo, so money cannot be a problem.
My assigned attorney, Nicholas Langenkamp disappeared with no prior notice. During a pre-trial to a criminal case. I retained him for a criminal case and an injunction hearing.The 2 charges were punishable by life in prison.
He showed up to maybe 2 court dates and gave notice of the court dates the night before. No complaints from me, I’m in a tough situation and need everything resolved.
Fast forward, I have court scheduled in November. Shana Bailey shows (it’s normal for your attorney be different each court date). She is very knowledgeable in hillsborough county, we agree to PTI.
During all of this I am reaching out to Nicholas to get information regarding my injunction hearing set for December. I am getting no response. I decide to call Smith & Eulo after a month of no response, December being half over, and a court date that’s supposed to happen in December. ^refer to the call made 12/16/2024.
During this call they let me know that Nicholas Langenkamp no longer works for the company and tells me the name of my new attorney. I am asking questions regarding the injunction hearing, the paralegal is unable to give me answers. So, we agreed and are just hoping that it’s closed?
This is my first time in trouble and I am neurodivergent and lost. No one will speak to me or explain anything. This has honestly been a terrible experience.

Mr. Ligori handled 2 separate cases for me. Both cases he made site I got the treatment needed to recover. I felt like I was treated with respect, and with a personalized service. And every detail mattered. My file was huge, it seemed like several thousand pages thick. In more than one occasion I was impressed about how much knowledge he had of my case. I know there are assistants who help compile the documents, but when I asked Mr. Ligori about any specifics, not only could he turn right to the page, but he knew what was on that page without even looking at it. To me, that showed he was dedicated to getting the outcome I deserved. If I'm ever in the position where I need his services, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

I would definitely recommend Mickey Keenan's firm, although I hope to never need them again! At first, I tried to navigate handling my injuries, property damage claim, and dealing with insurance on my own, but it was frustrating, and I knew I needed help. Joe Uccello was recommended to me. Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. We did and it was the best move we could have made. Mr. Miller gained 10's of thousands in settlement for us, and we are now restoring our home properly. Thank you Gary, for restoring our hope.

Marie is an exceptional human being, and the greatest lawyer you will ever find. When our house flooded over two years ago, we didn’t know what to do. Our house was destroyed, insurance denied our claim, my newborn baby was ill from the water/mold damage, and I was lost. It was such a dark time. I didn’t know where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. All I knew is that I needed to leave my home to keep my child in a safe environment, and that my house needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. But where to begin? How could I afford it? Why wasn’t insurance doing what I paid for? I didn’t know how to answer ANY of those questions. Marie was like a knight in shining legal armor. At no upfront cost, she not only went to bat for me against my homeowner’s insurance, but she also helped me navigate where to go, who to talk to, and in what order to start tackling the demolition/reconstruction of my house. She was there with my family every step of the way. She communicated, even if there was nothing to say. She got angry with me, she got angry FOR me. She fought for us where we couldn’t, and NEVER gave up. It wasn’t easy and it was a very long road, but Marie knew our worth. She put us first always, even if it meant putting herself on the backburner. I have worked with Mr. Davis on a professional level at several Mediations (both court mandated and non-mandated) which have always resulted in a settled case due to his professional negotiation skills, knowing the case better than anyone and persistence in reasonably settling the case. I was able to obtain liable information on handling a family matter and termination of temporary custody. I was able to contact and discuss situations regarding my children with Will at anytime. I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves!
After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid!
I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

After a plumbing malfunction caused a major flood, I needed guidance on getting indemnified for an insurance claim and and a dispute with the landlord. Patrick did a great job keeping me calm and confirmed everything I needed to do before he even began representing me.
He attempted to negotiate for a faster settlement. Neither party involved attempted to move from their original position, in fact one party tried to issue payment for less than the amount they agreed to pay prior. We ended up filing in court and managed to settle for a fair amount on both cases.
I would recommend Patrick as he was extremely responsive to all my requests and questions. He kept me in the loop on all hearings and gave me the option of involvement on each step along the way.

We hired Patrick Brennan for our case against a major timeshare corporation - and we WON! My husband and I were losing sleep over our pending lawsuit. Patrick was very calming and reassuring to us. Mike Koulianos was a great help in a stressful situation. He never made me feel like I had to give him a call for an update of where he was with the case.
