My husband hired Kimberly Bishop for a business litigation matter, and she was able to help bring a close to the matter within 6 months! The case was in Texas, and we live in CA, so everything had to be done remote. However, Ms. Bishop did a great job representing my husband, and she always responded quickly to any questions he had and explained the process if he didn't understand. Ms. Seiler is super attorney. I was so lucky to have her as my attorney. Other attorneys only care about their fees. Ms. Seiler genuinely cared about me as person, and had my back every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate attorney. Sean did a superb job from start to finish in a rather contentious Jones Act injury case. He aggressively set the pace in order to drive a successful outcome. While the case settled before trial, he was very adept at anticipating the various approaches contemplated by the plaintiff. He adroitly balanced the transaction costs leading up to trial against the imperative to be fully prepared for a jury trial. I work as corporate counsel for a medium-sized company based in the NE United States and deal with hundreds of lawyers across the US and Europe daily. We have operations in Texas, but no actual offices there. We occasionally have legal needs in a wide variety of areas in Texas from real estate to general corporate work and Ryan has been very good to work with in all areas that we have hired him. He was pleasantly approachable and didn't have the air of cockiness and superiority that so many other lawyers seem to have (and which I find to be very distasteful). Upon meeting Attorney Joeckel, he was thorough in asking questions, but equally as important, he listened and was genuinely compassionate.
I experienced employment discrimination: racial discrimination, bullying, harassment and ultimately wrongful termination.
This company had a culture of systemic racial discrimination, bias, and inequality. Fear for your job, you were reluctant to speaking up without the fear of reprisal such as bullying, harassment and discrimination to name a few.

I hired attorney Kimberly Hall to represent our family in a complicated parental termination/step-parent adoption case. Not only was Ms. Hall professional and nonjudgmental, but she was also responsive and extremely competent. I also found the rates she charges to be competitive as well. I've worked extensively with Kimberly Painter Hall in my child custody case. She's the epitome of professional yet very personal. My wife was rear ended while driving my truck. She was stopped at a red light and hit by a senior citizen. Her insurance company was totally unresponsive to our requests so we had to hire an attorney. Chadwick wrote a few emails, made few calls and the insurance company started listening. They immediately called and took our statements; they became very cooperative. They took care of all our expenses and because my truck was totaled, we were able to get a new truck to replace it. You can never know how your injuries will heal, or if you will completely heal, but so far, she has healed well. Overall, it was unfortunate that we had to go through this, but Chadwick helped us through this inconvenience seamlessly. I would recommend Chadwick if you need help in this area.
