We reached out to Mike Pike after our auto insurance failed to settle negotiations following an accident our teenager was involved in. One week from consultation to settlement. I cannot express how much peace of mind we achieved immediately following our consultation and signing our contract with Michael Pike. Mr Glatthorn took my case after other lawyers basically told me I experienced something tragic but don’t have much of a case. My first lawyer barley called me back or even seemed interested in helping me. So switching lawyers still hoping for the best I was still hesitant to trust my new lawyer (David Glatthorn). I lost my life savings from not being able to work and spent all my savings on bills. My medical bills where more then the cost of buying a new home. And I was in the process of losing my home by the time I got to Mr Glatthorn. But sitting with them and switching to there team and working with them for just a week I could see a complete difference from my first lawyer. To there professionalism, perseverance, always answering the phone and calling me back, and They’re always more then happy to answer my questions because this whole process is very foreign and confusing to people that have never experienced something like this before. I know it was for me. And Mr Glatthorn and his amazing team of paralegals are as experienced and knowledgeable as it gets. And are more then happy explaining these complicated insurance policies and any questions you might have. I wish I went to him first because by the time I got to his team I was already in the process of losing my home. But through there guidance and hard work, they got my outstanding medical bills paid. They got the right medical attention for me that I was seeking for my injuries. With more then enough money left over to put in my pocket and repair old debts from when my accident occurred. Sometimes life can take you for surprise regardless of your success and you being careful. I was in a work vehicle as a passenger and the driver fell asleep behind the wheel on the high way. I was lucky to survive but my injuries are long lasting and permanent. And will effect me the rest of my life. I’m just thankful I had David Glatthorn and his amazing team to help me through it getting me the money and medical help that I deserved. I hope these kinds of situations and tragedies happen to no one. But if they do, we are lucky enough to have people like David Glatthorn to help us through it and give us the right advice and fight for what we deserve. If I wasn't available during the week, he will do a phone conference with me on the weekends. I've been here on several occasions and I am appalled at the demeanor these attorneys have towards their delivery drivers. They act as if they're God's gift on earth. I have a little advice for them... just remember that we are potentially customers and being humble goes a long way. Practice what you preach. On January 21, 2010 I was arrested for child abuse when I got into an argument with my baby's mother, while she was holding our child. She claimed that I hit her and since she was holding our baby the police came and arrested me for Child Abuse and Domestic Battery. Upon the recommendation of a former client, I immediately hired John Riordan. John immediately sent a letter to the State Attorney advising that under Florida Law the State could not support charges of Child Abuse. The State had no choice but to drop the felony charge and "No Filed" the Child Abuse charge and moved forward on the misdemeanor Domestic Battery. For over a year this case was fought hard and aggressive and ultimately, we were able to get the Domestic Battery charges dropped too.

He was paid $10.000 of my money, he never communicated with me, only my ruthless sister, I ended up with a felony which has ruined my Problem was he not knowing (especially odd for what I see is supposed to be a attorney with great reviews) what my legal address was since 2014, my license clearly stated that & I had been living with my Mother for a consistent 9 months, & through the years on and off. 2 nd Judge gave me ankle monitor, Mr Scott Skier said "Well if you had somewhere to go we could have fought this, your Mother had many problems." Even the public defender knew that was my address. Never got back in the building, never saw my mail or belongings again. The police report was absurd, my Mother had dementia and also made up stories, she stated that I had just moved in the day before coming from jail....I actually thought the detective made that up. I actually flew in January 2021 from Long Island, NY, she actually was upset I didn't make it there for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I was arrested October 2021 for nothing!!! I have to add that I went to apply for Social security, April 2024, they told me they could not pay incarcerated people, I was in shock.... Evidently the case was never closed. They thought I was an escaped prisoner😱😎😂😡I met attorneys that said they knew him very well, my sisters flew in from NY & changged the locks on my own residence that I shared with my Mother, I was told my new attorneys I could have knocked the door down on the 22 nd. floor

It is a shame that the world of social media has turned into a place of fake and made up reviews that are only aimed at damaging local businesses or harming others. Final Judgment "Mark" and Do not retain this lawyer "anonymous" make absolutely no sense and they are one in the same person. (Try not to use the same "legwork" analogy in two supposedly real and separate reviews. I wouldn't let them draw up a simple power of attorney for me. I called them because they are a big firm I wanted to file suit against a local hospital for miss diagnosing me costing me months of treatment and my cancer to spread and become more aggressive. They said I didn't have a case. I wrote 50 letters and mailed them to 50 different attorneys explaining what this particular hospital did. One attorney responded. A young Lady in Georgia that was also licenced in Florida. She said you have a great case with everything backed up in writing. I would like to handle the case for you. She filed suit for me I never had to go to court or be disposed and she called me in less than a year and said we have a settlement offer from the Hospital and the doctor. My part would have been 275 thousand after she got her part. I said I'm not going to settle for that she said I knew you wouldn't because we talked about what you wanted when we first met. She said I declined it as soon as their attorney called me and I told them you wanted to go to court and pled your case to a jury to decide the amount of suffering they caused you. I thanked her the following week she called me and said they made another offer to keep it out of court. I asked her what the offer was and what my part would be. I settled for a cool 525 thousand dollars as my part she got a total of almost a million dollars on a case these attorneys said wasn't worth it. I still have cancer however I'm getting treatment and I was able to pay off all my debts including my home and set up a trust so my son would have money when I die. I would never call these people again.

Like a previous post, I have no idea how Mr. Cohen has any good ratings. I hired him after I was injured by someone and I felt bullied. He was condescending and rude. I prematurely ended the case because I couldn't deal with him anymore. If you have been traumatized by a personal injury, do not hire him because you may end up more traumatized like I did.

He never really wanted to take the case. The majority of cases he handles deal with family law, not Personal Injury. Mr. Fields didn't want to work, as the case is not an easy one because there are multiple Defendants. Basically called us liars and treated us with little respect and a great deal of suspicion. He didn't inform us that they (LaBovick & LaBovick) were dropping us as clients, we had to find out when we arrived for a procedure from the staff at the surgical center.
