I can’t say enough about Curt, Nicole, and Robert. My situation is extremely contentious and complex. They came into my (messy) case five years later trying to clean up another attorneys many mistakes and unjust rulings. I spoke to numerous attorneys prior to retaining them and most of the others practices refused to sign on to my case because of the complexity of the matter. Curt and his team not only reviewed my case and accept the challenge, they embraced it, learned my case inside and out and are determined to provide the justice my children and I deserve. Mr Glatthorn took my case after other lawyers basically told me I experienced something tragic but don’t have much of a case. My first lawyer barley called me back or even seemed interested in helping me. So switching lawyers still hoping for the best I was still hesitant to trust my new lawyer (David Glatthorn). I lost my life savings from not being able to work and spent all my savings on bills. My medical bills where more then the cost of buying a new home. And I was in the process of losing my home by the time I got to Mr Glatthorn. But sitting with them and switching to there team and working with them for just a week I could see a complete difference from my first lawyer. To there professionalism, perseverance, always answering the phone and calling me back, and They’re always more then happy to answer my questions because this whole process is very foreign and confusing to people that have never experienced something like this before. I know it was for me. And Mr Glatthorn and his amazing team of paralegals are as experienced and knowledgeable as it gets. And are more then happy explaining these complicated insurance policies and any questions you might have. I wish I went to him first because by the time I got to his team I was already in the process of losing my home. But through there guidance and hard work, they got my outstanding medical bills paid. They got the right medical attention for me that I was seeking for my injuries. With more then enough money left over to put in my pocket and repair old debts from when my accident occurred. Sometimes life can take you for surprise regardless of your success and you being careful. I was in a work vehicle as a passenger and the driver fell asleep behind the wheel on the high way. I was lucky to survive but my injuries are long lasting and permanent. And will effect me the rest of my life. I’m just thankful I had David Glatthorn and his amazing team to help me through it getting me the money and medical help that I deserved. I hope these kinds of situations and tragedies happen to no one. But if they do, we are lucky enough to have people like David Glatthorn to help us through it and give us the right advice and fight for what we deserve. Which I can say Mr Glatthorn has fought hard for me since the day I came into his office and signed paper work for him to be my new lawyer. If something tragic like this was to happen to me again, or family member or close friend. Thers no other person that I would suggest then Mr David Glatthorn and his amazing team of paralegals.

I'm so happy to have found an excellent attorney like Mr. Glatthorn and his staff. I never received so many calls from an attorney like I did from Mr. Glatthorn. If I wasn't available during the week, he will do a phone conference with me on the weekends. I knew I chose the right attorney when I received a phone call on Sunday to discuss my health and injures. This is not my first auto accident. My first auto accident. My first accident, I never spoken with the attorneys or seen them until the day I picked-up my check. But Mr. Glatthorn, I talk to him ALL the time and his staff. If you want an attorney to treat you like a person and not a number, CALL DAVID GLATTHORN. I DID and I'm glad I made that choice.

On January 21, 2010 I was arrested for child abuse when I got into an argument with my baby's mother, while she was holding our child. She claimed that I hit her and since she was holding our baby the police came and arrested me for Child Abuse and Domestic Battery. Upon the recommendation of a former client, I immediately hired John Riordan. John immediately sent a letter to the State Attorney advising that under Florida Law the State could not support charges of Child Abuse. The State had no choice but to drop the felony charge and "No Filed" the Child Abuse charge and moved forward on the misdemeanor Domestic Battery. For over a year this case was fought hard and aggressive and ultimately, we were able to get the Domestic Battery charges dropped too.

Horrible experience with Mr. Strolla. He took my case never informing me that I had court dates, one I was required to be at and could have ended with me having a bench warrant. He pleaded for me based on a misinterpreted text message. I consistently asked to meet him in person and was ignored. When asking about my case, ignored, when I finally said I may need to hire a different attorney, he immediately answered and said let me know and i'll sign the paperwork. $5,000 completely wasted I would have been better off with a public defender and they would have cared more. Worst experience of my life and the worst part he was referred to me .... he is a great talker in the beginning and then never follows through...
Going to court is scary and you want an attorney that has your back and fights for you, not one that takes your money and ignores you.

Had a consultation with Cristie Sennett. She was 10 minutes late for the appointment and ended our appointment 25 minutes early, saying "you can talk about this on your own time". She offered very little legal perspective, but freely shared her personal opinion on our family affairs (unrelated to our pursuit) and made the current conflicts even worse. She offered personal stories of her family member who has Multiple Sclerosis and qualified to have shower bars put up in their home. Again, unrelated to our pursuits. I would not recommend this lawyer.

It is a shame that the world of social media has turned into a place of fake and made up reviews that are only aimed at damaging local businesses or harming others. Final Judgment "Mark" and Do not retain this lawyer "anonymous" make absolutely no sense and they are one in the same person. (Try not to use the same "legwork" analogy in two supposedly real and separate reviews. A dead give away) Anyone that truly knows Mr. Russo or has been represented by Mr. Russo realize the absurdity of "Mark/John" who is probably someone Mr. Russo refused to take their case because they were bogus or unethical.

Like a previous post, I have no idea how Mr. Cohen has any good ratings. I hired him after I was injured by someone and I felt bullied. He was condescending and rude. I prematurely ended the case because I couldn't deal with him anymore. If you have been traumatized by a personal injury, do not hire him because you may end up more traumatized like I did.
