Long story short, resent college grad, no job yet, bills to the moon, car recently repossessed and I was having a hard time making ends meet! I was unsure about filing bankruptcy and I tried to work with my creditors, but when my car got repossessed, I really felt like I was at a dead end. That was when I decided that I needed a lawyer, and I found Joe.
This is the very first time I have had to hire a lawyer to represent me, and for my first experience with a lawyer it was a great experience! The thought of hiring a lawyer for the first time really made me nervous, especially for bankruptcy.
I wasn't interested in hiring a lawyer where I would only be working with his/her secretary or assistant. I was able to work directly with Joe. That really made me feel at ease that I would be getting answers directly from Joe, the attorney handling my case. Joe is very intelligent and very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my bankruptcy case.
He is definitely a people person! He was consistently available for questions and concerns and he has really gone the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt that Joe really cared about his clients and sincerely wanted to help me as he always answered my questions promptly. He really helped reassured me that everything was going to be okay every step of the way!
Filing bankruptcy is embarrassing for me and it was a hard decision but I am glad I hired Joe! l really felt at ease having Joe handle my chapter 7 case! My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. It was not expected and he certainly was not obligated to do this but was greatly appreciated. If we ever need a lawyer again, we will not hesitate to reach out. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. Jonathan fought for a new severance contract against the medical corporation and won. He achieved double the severance i was offered per "their protocol" that was unfair. Jonathan was kind, calm, explained what i didnt understand ( which was most legal terminology!) And worked with me as my own advocate. Advising and suggesting. Steve represented me in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injury to myself that was the fault of the other party. After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine. After reviewing the draft documents, I returned them to the firm for finalization.
At my final appointment, everything was organized and Angela had already made arrangements for the witnesses to be present. Everything went so smoothly, and I was impressed with Angela's knowledge, efficiency, sincerity and her positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none. And along the way, Angela and I communicated via telephone and email.
I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect shown to me, that I am happy to share my experiences with Angela, and to highly recommend the Frozena Law Firm to anyone in need of competent, efficient estate planning services.

While building our new home we had to part ways with our original builder due to plans not being followed and finished the home building project with a second builder.
I talked to two other attorneys that were closer to my location but I chose Anthony even though I would have to work with him remotely because he was not condescending and got back to me within a day (usually hours) instead of days or weeks.
Anthony always responded to my texts, phone calls and emails very quickly. His attitude, approach, knowledge and professionalism was extremely helpful in getting to the end of a difficult new home construction that took 2 years, 2 builders and multiple legal letters. The legal letters were very helpful in getting people to do the right thing when their workmanship or service was poor.
Through multiple issues Anthony helped me understand the different options and then helped me execute the approach.
He also handled any of the difficult contractors that usually wanted to run over me until I started sending their communications through Anthony.
In the end the money I paid Anthony was well worth it and I was very pleased with the outcome (without going to court) regarding ALL of my construction issues.
I would recommend Anthony for any building or remodeling issues.

I had asked SEVERAL attorneys (including our closing attorney AND our family attorney) and most of them told me just to forget it. ONLY when pressed, the closing attorney (not my family attorney who I count on mind you) told me that we should take it to small claims court at least. All the other people in the transaction made us feel equally helpless and like there was no recourse..including the realtor the home inspector and a few friends, acquaintances and neighbors, etc...all we kept getting was like "too bad"..there is really nothing you can do..or "the same thing happened to us"...TY SOOO much attorney Murdock for letting us know that its not over yet! You rock! Have a great day! If you "remind" me later or I happen to think about it, I will let you know how the case turns out.

I hired Jeanne to help me with a complex business litigation matter and she made what would have been a very time consuming and stressful process workable. By this I mean that I was able to continue to handle my other business matters while the litigation was winding its way to a conclusion. She was very effective in dealing with opposing counsel. Attorney Jeanne Armstrong represented my interest in the extremely convoluted and contentious process of settling my father's estate. Although six other attorneys and firms were involved, Attorney Armstrong and her firm were the only ones aware of the statute that was the actual turning point of the process. As a result of her knowledge and legal skills, two of my sisters and I received substantially better settlements than had been proposed. Attorney Armstrong worked diligently for me, often late into the night, over weekends, and on holidays. I was very hesitant in hiring a lawyer for my car accident case but things became so overwhelming I knew I couldn't handle it alone. I called around and talked with a few different lawyers and just didn't feel like they were really listening to me. Tracy was different; from our very first phone conversation I felt he was truly on my side and would be able to help me. He was very straight forward and I knew I could contact him any time with questions or concerns (and I did a LOT). Him and his staff are truly amazing! Tom has the life experience to know how to get his clients what they deserve. Tom listens to what you feel you need and he does everything in his power to get that and then fights for more. Speaking from experience life after a major accident is very hard to overcome. Without Tom Fitzpatrick I would have been forced to settle for much less. Tom cares about his clients and he is not afraid of the courtroom and his opponents know this and try to settle fairly to avoid dealing with him in front of jury. I can't advocate enough for Tom Fitzpatrick if I'm ever hurt again I keep his card in my wallet and you should too.

Tom has done insurance defense work for me for several years. I have worked many mediations with him over the years and he has successfully defended several jury trials for us as well. Tom is always prepared. He does a great job determining liability and has is very good at evaluating injuries. He’s a tough, but fair negotiator.
