Caleb was amazing! He handled two out of state traffic offenses for me. He not only got the offense reduced from 10pts to just 4 but he also got the reckless op removed from my record so my insurance will not go up as much. The best part was I did not have to fly there to attend court and he got the offense reduced. Amazing service! Caleb was also very responsive through this process, despite this being a small case and new client. What a great attorney!! Would recommend to all!

We ran into a situation where we had purchased a home that started to show signs of major hidden damage only 6 months after we purchased it. After hiring multiple contractors to come look at the damage and doing a lot of research on our own, we realized that the sellers were aware of this damage before selling us the home and they chose not to disclose anything to us when we purchased the home (nor did they properly repair the damages).
When looking for attorneys, we came across Kevin's name because he had written a very informative article on this very subject. We hired him and after 2 years, we received the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his background and skills as an attorney. He was incredibly patient with us, he did not overbill us, and he truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.
I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years and if you find yourself in a similar situation as we were in here, look no further. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we have ever made and we are very grateful for everything he did for us.

Steve represented me in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injury to myself that was the fault of the other party. Steve never hesitated to take on the case, despite the fact that the other party was driving a company vehicle and they were self insured. I would NOT recommend Ken Pletcher for anything! I followed all his recommendations and paid him $5,000 yet I went to all 3 of my court dates alone! Before my case was resolved he Quit! Seriously? How can you take my money and do NOTHING and then QUIT!???
My case has been dragging for over a year and is still not over because I had to hire another lawyer.

Long story short, resent college grad, no job yet, bills to the moon, car recently repossessed and I was having a hard time making ends meet! I was unsure about filing bankruptcy and I tried to work with my creditors, but when my car got repossessed, I really felt like I was at a dead end. That was when I decided that I needed a lawyer, and I found Joe.
This is the very first time I have had to hire a lawyer to represent me, and for my first experience with a lawyer it was a great experience! The thought of hiring a lawyer for the first time really made me nervous, especially for bankruptcy.
I wasn't interested in hiring a lawyer where I would only be working with his/her secretary or assistant. I was able to work directly with Joe. That really made me feel at ease that I would be getting answers directly from Joe, the attorney handling my case. Joe is very intelligent and very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my bankruptcy case.
He is definitely a people person! He was consistently available for questions and concerns and he has really gone the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt that Joe really cared about his clients and sincerely wanted to help me as he always answered my questions promptly. He really helped reassured me that everything was going to be okay every step of the way!
Filing bankruptcy is embarrassing for me and it was a hard decision but I am glad I hired Joe! l really felt at ease having Joe handle my chapter 7 case! My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. Jonathan fought for a new severance contract against the medical corporation and won. He achieved double the severance i was offered per "their protocol" that was unfair. While building our new home we had to part ways with our original builder due to plans not being followed and finished the home building project with a second builder.
I talked to two other attorneys that were closer to my location but I chose Anthony even though I would have to work with him remotely because he was not condescending and got back to me within a day (usually hours) instead of days or weeks.
Anthony always responded to my texts, phone calls and emails very quickly. His attitude, approach, knowledge and professionalism was extremely helpful in getting to the end of a difficult new home construction that took 2 years, 2 builders and multiple legal letters. The legal letters were very helpful in getting people to do the right thing when their workmanship or service was poor.
Through multiple issues Anthony helped me understand the different options and then helped me execute the approach.
He also handled any of the difficult contractors that usually wanted to run over me until I started sending their communications through Anthony.
In the end the money I paid Anthony was well worth it and I was very pleased with the outcome (without going to court) regarding ALL of my construction issues.
I would recommend Anthony for any building or remodeling issues.

I had asked SEVERAL attorneys (including our closing attorney AND our family attorney) and most of them told me just to forget it. ONLY when pressed, the closing attorney (not my family attorney who I count on mind you) told me that we should take it to small claims court at least. All the other people in the transaction made us feel equally helpless and like there was no recourse..including the realtor the home inspector and a few friends, acquaintances and neighbors, etc...all we kept getting was like "too bad"..there is really nothing you can do..or "the same thing happened to us"...TY SOOO much attorney Murdock for letting us know that its not over yet! You rock! Have a great day! If you "remind" me later or I happen to think about it, I will let you know how the case turns out.

I hired Jeanne to help me with a complex business litigation matter and she made what would have been a very time consuming and stressful process workable. Attorney Jeanne Armstrong represented my interest in the extremely convoluted and contentious process of settling my father's estate. Tom has the life experience to know how to get his clients what they deserve. Tom listens to what you feel you need and he does everything in his power to get that and then fights for more. Speaking from experience life after a major accident is very hard to overcome. Without Tom Fitzpatrick I would have been forced to settle for much less. Tom cares about his clients and he is not afraid of the courtroom and his opponents know this and try to settle fairly to avoid dealing with him in front of jury. I can't advocate enough for Tom Fitzpatrick if I'm ever hurt again I keep his card in my wallet and you should too.
