I hired Melanie to draft business documents for my SaaS (Software as a Service) platform and they were specific to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Those documents are very important in terms of ensuring that they are properly tailored to my business offering. It was key that these documents give my business the protection and risk mitigation it needs when providing a paying service and dealing with user data.
Melanie was thorough and the processed was not rushed! We went through several document reviews together and we also held a 2nd demo of my product just to make sure she understood the nuances intimately. Based on that, Melanie was able to draft additional policies that gave us the coverage domestically and internationally to ensure compliance.

Really 4.5 stars. Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied.
