Lucas is all rounded/comprehensive professional who holds integrity of his practice to a higher level. He is strict about the rules of conduct being a lawyer. He will say yes and no right on the topic, and also points out the reasoning and gives factual advise regarding topics that is discussed.
In addition, he has knowledge and experience living outside United States, which gives him broader mindset when dealing with other culture and background of business.

I I met Lucas at a startup event, and I hired him to assist with the formation of my new company ( a C-Corp) shortly thereafter. What I really appreciate about Lucas and his work is that he very obviously cares about understanding his clients needs and tailoring his work to match that need. Compounded with his obvious knowledge of the business / startup space, this makes him really effective at delivering what people actually need at the time they need it.
As an example, being a first time entrepreneur, there was a lot of uncertainty around what I *actually* needed to get my business formed properly, legally, and set me up for future success. When I asked these questions of other lawyers prior to Lucas, they came back with a huge list of documents I ended up not needing, or came back with not nearly enough information for me to be able to act. When asked of Lucas, he asked me about what my business did, timelines, and ultimate goals for the company. Then he was able to layout the specific steps, documents, and milestones I'd need as well as why / when I'd need them based upon my own specifics.
The other thing that makes working with Lucas easy is that he's *very* available. He always picked up the phone when I called. It wasn't uncommon to get responses back from him at 10-11pm at night, which was nice because I was also working at those times. I never really ended up waiting on him for an answer I needed to move forward.
Lastly, I can tell Lucas takes a lot of pride in his work. He wants to make sure his clients get what they need from him, rather than just being a money-mill. I ask a lot of questions and spend more time trying to understand details than most (because that's just who I am), and he was willing to indulge me in that pursuit. Never once was he short or annoyed with me for asking a million questions. It was important to me to work with a lawyer who wasn't just a paper-pusher, but could offer me real guidance and advice. I'm sure my company is much better off because of his help.
I highly recommend Lucas, and intend to use him again in the future.

Ashton assisted me in negotiating the contract for the lease of a property. He reviewed and revised the contract multiple times to get me the best deal possible. We had given a rather large sum, over a million dollars, to a non profit organization for the purchase of a religious center. The management failed to do so and even secretly used the funds to invest in a fund. Unfortunately, we did not have a contract or document but just a 2 line email to prove what the money was not a general donation but given for a specific need. It was sheer luck that I found Hozaifa and to this day I say he was a Godsend. He handled the case so beautifully that we won every single motion. The non profit played every dirty game they could and even hired an expensive law firm but their lawyers were no match. Hozaifa was smart, articulate, impressive and very thorough. He did not forget even the tiniest detail. We won the case and all thanks to Hozaifa. I recommend him very highly.

I highly recommend Josh for IP projects. We worked together on a collaboration agreement, a nondisclosure, and a US trademark registration. All of his work was excellent. Law, and especially trademark and copyright law is a very difficult area for non-lawyers. There are so many ways to mess up without meaning to.
