We hired Brock to defend my son for a DUI and the results were absolutely amazing! In the end, he made sure that my son walked away with no DUI on his record! I can say that being charged with a DUI is overwhelming, stressful and confusing because it also has the potential to ruin your life. When we hired Brock it turns out that we hired a Pit bull of a defense attorney! Brock is fearless and his experience, extensive training and certifications in the field sobriety testing make him a formidable opponent in and out of the courtroom! Brock also meticulously broke down all the legalities of my son’s case, carefully explaining it in layman’s terms so that we understood exactly what we were up against. Though he was confident, Brock was never short or rude. It didn’t matter how many times we asked the same question or called him wanting reassurance, Brock was always very understanding and took all of our concerns seriously. Throughout the pendency of my son’s case, no matter how excited or nervous we were he still remained calm and level headed! This guy is as cool as a cucumber under pressure and that is so reassuring when you feel like you are dealing with such a turbulent time in your life! We would give him 10 out of 5 stars! Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. Him and I always kept an open communication during this process which made it easier to respond to certain steps during this. He was overall a Great Person to work with and Fought for what he felt was right for the children in the process. Him and I put together a great case and in the end I (father) was awarded resident parent for my 2 children. Would recommend him to anyone that is going through the same thing I went through. I'm from out of state, and I got a speeding ticket on the outskirts of Dayton - not paying attention and surrounded by fools while trying to get out of the left lane. It was plenty high. Kyle was excellent and his staff patient with my need to stay abreast of what was happening and assuring me that the "letters to appear" I was receiving were being taken care of by his team. He took care it, and had it reduced to a non-moving violation with no points added to my driving record. Let's hope I never have to, but if I do, I would absolutely use them again - no question!

Mr. Kruse was always straight with me on my options. I first met with him when considering divorce and I didn’t follow his advice and failed to file sooner. So I hired him when I needed to fix things. He understood my case and my concerns and continued answering questions after our case was closed. He took ownership when his paralegal made a mistake (her replacement was great!) and he dealt with abuse and drama from my ex’s attorney with complete professionalism. Brian started out strong for the first month... talked a big game. He then stopped replying to emails and phone calls for several weeks. I met Brian last year, and the circumstances of my case were very hard and difficult to deal with. Let me say this, Brian was easy to work with, felt like he had my back from the day I retained his services. Let me give you a piece of advice when dealing with Brian, always tell the truth no matter what. If you give this man and his firm the truth and information he will fight for you and do the best job he can! I never lied to Brian i told him the truth about everything. He assured me over and over to trust him and while sometimes it was hard, Brian and his firm knew what they were doing. He assured me it was a marathon and not a sprint but to stay the course. It was the longest 12 months of my life but being a religious man and having Faith in God and in Brian I knew that I would be okay. As opposing counsel and my ex tried to use false restraining orders to gain the upperhand over and over, Brian tore them up and showed the truth! The thing that I admired about Brian that you don't see hardly anymore is that he would never take a shortcut or lie to gain the upperhand. He did it the old fashion way, hardwork and using the truth! He never once tried to take a fast shortcut to gain the upperhand, he just assured me that we needed to trust the system, and show the truth and put the work in and everything would be okay! Again easy to work with him and to set a plan. As time went out and Brian and I were able to show the truth to the court and the parties involved appointed by the court it was deemed that I should be awarded full custody and that I had the best interest for the children. That's my story in a nutshell, and to tell you where I came from and where I ended up Brian and his firm worked their tails off and got me custody of my kids! Their was times I spoke to Brian at 11 pm at night to have my mind put at ease or to go over my case, sometimes on the weekends, he always returned calls and emails. As a matter of fact my mother just passed away and after the custody and divorce was over he still reached out to me to let me know that he was sorry for my loss. I haven't had a lot of dealings with lawyers but I assure you of this he cares about his clients and he fights for them! I went from only being able to see my children based off lies from my ex to getting full custody as he fought hard for me. While I may sound like a broken record here, I am trying to show you the reader who may be looking for a lawyer that will fight for you, Brian is the man that you need to use! Thank you so much for your help, your partnership in walking with me as it was the hardest time of my life, but thank you! I am very thankful and when I looked you in the eyes and shook your hand I meant what I said! You took care of me like family, I won't forget that! I hope you nothing but the best, and hopefully I won't need you again but if I do, I know that I got the truth on my side and a lawyer and firm who will fight to win for my children and myself!

I used to work for DGM&S before moving out of state in 2008 to join a family practice in West Virginia. During my time there I saw daily how hard the team works for its clients, always trying to help them through a bad time which was not wanted and certainly not expected. Since moving I have continued to keep in touch with many there and continue to consider them my friends. I had two separate cases with her at one time. The outcome for one was BS. The other case she did very little and she used the money for the other case. She failed to keep me updated on the time and money spent. I finally receive it after requesting it many times. Now I owe more?! She is a joke of an atty and don't know how she is still one. She's rude, she does not return calls, you can't get ahold of her, she's worthless! I will NEVER refer her to anyone. I didn't even want to give her a star.

I went through heather for my divorce . And honestly I didn’t really need a lawyer just guidance on filing out the paperwork . I knew my ex wasn’t going to appear so there wasn’t going to be a fight . I paid heather in full up front . After 8 months I finally got a court date . Due to covid I understood that . My divorce has been final since October and I am now getting notices from the court that my filing fees haven’t been paid . I contacted another party from her office who adviced me it would be taken care of immediately, however obviously it wasn’t because I have now received another notice and just contacted the courts to learn it still haven’t been taken care of . I don’t even care that she didn’t appear at court and sent another lawyer in her place . Like I said there was no real need for a lawyer in my case . But atleast make sure my filing fees that I have already paid are taken care of . I have messaged many times in regards to this matter and have received no response .

I was assigned Keith A. Fricker through the Xenia District attorney's office as a public defender, and my experience with him was far from satisfactory. Initially, there was a communication breakdown, but this was due to my changing contact information rather than his negligence. However, once we did get in touch, I found Keith to be overwhelmingly unprofessional and dismissive. He has a very rushed demeanor, which came across as him being disinterested in my case and my circumstances. Despite known logistical challenges, such as transportation issues, he had no empathy or understanding, which resulted in him ridiculing me for being late to my court date. Keith's attitude was outright despicable; he spoke in a manner that was highly disrespectful and condescending. At times, he made me feel as if he doubted my mental capacity, despite my ability to articulate my situation clearly. Furthermore, this was all before we had even met face-to-face to discuss my case adequately. His behavior made me question whether there were underlying racial biases affecting his interactions with me. Counsel from the courts replaced my original lawyer with Keith at the last minute, and I am still baffled by this decision. He barely took the time to understand my side of the story, and instead, his primary focus was on pushing me to accept a guilty plea. This lack of genuine interest in my case and his failure to explain the full spectrum of my legal situation left me feeling unsupported and misrepresented. In conclusion, I would not recommend Keith A. Fricker for any legal representation, especially in criminal cases. His lack of respect, understanding, and basic professional decency makes him unworthy of trust in such critical legal matters. I plan to explore options to appeal my case, as I believe the outcome was unjustly influenced by inadequate representation. If you're considering Keith Fricker for your defense or any legal issues, my advice would be to rethink and seek a more accountable and respectful attorney. Your legal representation should fight for you, not against you.

Ms. Sellars was my attorney in a criminal case. I desperately needed her to file one Motion that was very significant in the case. She ttok an eternity to actually file the Motion and then she did not follow up properly. Mrs. Sellars would never return my phone calls, was very rude and unprofessional. Pat hands down Jay Adams is the best attorney I have ever dealt with. He doesn't lie he tells it like it is he's very open about your case to you letting you know what to expect. I do not like to disparage another person, but the management of my case was continually unprofessional. Simple things like failing to bring proof of my income to a temporary orders hearing—the most essential document— requesting multiple times the same document that I had previously sent and blaming me when the other party expressed frustration for her mishandling papers. She didn’t respond to emailed concerns. She scapegoated me to the other party as I saw in conversation threads and only skimmed my messages regularly as I could see by her response—one time acting very dramatic about the shock of something I mentioned in a previous email she replied casually to when later it was an issue for the other party. At 35 days to the trial, I confronted her on various concerns which I had previous brought up and that second opinions from other lawyers seperately identified where she was failing. She withdrew that day as counsel rather than demonstrating accountability and maturely responding to my concerns and I was left to myself at the trial. The outcome was dismal because of her unethical behavior and my family with many children is permanently harmed.

I used Duff back in 2006 for a divorce. The case lasted 2 years and cost me a fortune. She did not answer phone calls or emails. She does not have her clients best interest at heart. She is a scammer who makes deals with other attorneys depending on whose turn it is to win. I am still paying in some aspects of life due to her negligence.

I hired Trisha for my divorce. She did not return calls or emails usually for weeks. When I did sit down with her, she was brusk and did not take my concerns seriously. I felt like she was more interested in playing nice with the other attorney than advocating for what was most important for my child. In the end, I have an agreement that is so poorly written, that no one can figure out what should happen. Several lawyers have also told me how inappropriate the agreement Trisha pushed me into is for my situation.

After taking my money his zeal to go out and get information was poor. He showed very poor skill of communication ,being a skilled professional . his knowledge of the law was not as sharp as one to charge the amount of money he received from me. He had me to dig up my own evidence to defend myself. I seen his laziness from the beginning to the end of my case, which by the way he loss. I felt it was because he didn't,t prepare.

Once Ben Swift received the retainer in my child custody case, his concern waned. He was unresponsive to calls or emails from me and once missed a filing deadline. Needless to say, my child custody case had devastating results. I had to settle for an unfair decision. Once I took my business elsewhere, I had to spend thousands of dollars to undo the damage Ben's laziness and ignorance of the law cost myself and my daughter. Fortunately, a true professional was able to rectify this case. I would never recommend Ben's services (and I use the term loosely).

This is my opinion and based on my 5 months of being a client. I really felt I was given what I wanted to hear from Steve when I questioned him about representing me as my new lawyer in my divorce case. He was responsive for the first two months via email and phone calls and even texts. Then everything changed and I don't know why. My calls and emails went unreturned for weeks and his admin would tell me she was working on getting a con call set up and then nothing. I would call back in a week and receive more excuses. The opposing counsel is difficult at best to deal with and in my opinion just pushed Steve around. I was forced to file an extension of my 2009 taxes because of lawyers from both sides. My case did not move along and we were not prepared to go to trial so I had to eventually find new counsel.
In my opinion I would not recommend Steve for a divorce lawyer and would suggest you find a lawyer who specializes in Family Law

I hired Steve for OVI charges. His fee was 3500.00, but what I got for that I believe I could have done just as well arguing for myself. He was on time to the several court hearings, but that is about the only positive thing that I could say with my experience with the man. Each time we met at the court , he would go behind closed doors to talk to the prosecutor which is probably the norm. He didn't hardly explain anything to me afterwards about what went on or what was said. As I write this review, I'm still waiting for him to return two previous phone calls that I made to his office within the last week. He hasn't returned one of them. After the court sessions, he would just state let's go home and told me when we were suppose to meet again. In the end, I feel he didn't fight near hard enough for me. I think I was basically an easy payday for him. I don't feel he explain my situation well enough to the prosecutor or judge. In my opinion, Steven didn't me justice in the court room and it cost me a lot of money.
