Mr. Albrecht was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to drive do into my case and have everything setup when the time came around.

Adam and team appeared professional and polite, but he dismissed several of my concerns about my ex and told me that they are not usually documented in the official paperwork and that those are just agreements that my ex and I would make afterwards. Well, I accepted his "expert advice" against my better judgement and here I am post divorce and those exact concerns are causing issues and making my life difficult. Had Adam considered my concerns and listened to what I had to say about my ex, I would not be in this situation. As well, he ignored a few emails that were focused on those specific topics.
As well, at times I felt like he was more on my ex's side (or his lawyer's side) than my side. I constantly had to defend myself to him and repeat my concerns over and over and over, and he still didnt hear them.
And after all this and settling our case (3 months ago) without proper language which is causing me pain on a daily basis, "Mesaros finance team" has not sent me the remaining/unused portion of my money back despite my written and verbal requests.
So, bottom line, dont recommend!

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Terri Stupica represented us in a Domestic Relations case. She worked tirelessly to help us with a complex and misleading situation that the EX spouse and CSEA presented to the court. Unfortunately, her work on the case seems to have disappeared... Terri was one the only family law attorneys w ethics and morals... She is now a JUDGE! She was very compassionate , kind, heart of love and she did not back down when people of Hamilton were trying their best to "kick me to the curb" because someone else was trying to blame me for something that they did. When you tell lies on others , God always comes to your rescue, and he does not deliver blessings to the bad people. Even Sheriff Jones helped in this situation cause the you don't be bad to God's children. I do my best to live by the ten commandments and I refuse to go against God's Word. the definition of the Bible is "Basic Instruction to get thru life on a day by day. I hired attorney Gyekenyesi to get someone deemed a vexatious litigator. I had difficulty finding an attorney to take on this case because it's such an uncommon thing that most attorneys were intimidated by it. She rose to the occasion.
She met me outside of the courthouse so that I never felt alone. She thought quick on her feet and shot down all the foolishness the opposition through at her quickly and succinctly.
Through every step of the way she took time to explain the process and what the next steps would be along with time lines. She always prepared me for the next step in the process. She is a straight shooter and didn’t sugar coat anything. She told me it like it was and far exceeded my expectations.
Her motions and filings were all very thorough and she was successful in getting the person deemed a vexatious litigator.
She is knowledgeable and also has a passion for the law and justice. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone that is looking for a good competent thorough attorney.
She helped me get my life back so I wouldn’t waste any more time defending myself against frivolous lawsuits. As well as assisted in saving the county money by not allowing this individual to bring forth any future frivolous lawsuits.

I hired Dan due to a case with a school district due to the way they were treating my daughter with a disability. Dan and the team are doing an amazing job with the case. They are fighting to get her the education she deserves in the setting she deserves them in. We have been dealing with the school issues for sometime now and it has just gone to far and over my head & my parent advocates head; we had no other choice but to get an attorney involved. We still have a few more hurdles to climb but I am confident we are going to have a great outcome. I had lost my children in a custody case and began the huge fight to get them back. This has been a 7 year battle. I went through 3 attorneys each one more inept then the previous. I was getting great at firing attorneys. Found Margaret...it was the best find of my life. She had only been on the case 3 months and accomplished more in those 3 months then all the others. Plain and simple she does her job and takes it serious. She comes to court prepared and with a clear game plan. She knew the case upside down and backwards. I grew very tired of the court system and it's workings. With her I am finally getting my children back. If you are considering hiring her stop your search and sign on, it will be the best move you will have made.
