My husband and I hired RJ Fisher to represent him. He was charged with a felony (person not to possess) and 2 ungraded misdemeanors. RJ was able to get the firearm and one of the misdemeanors thrown out! I have so much respect for RJ because he was always honest with us, he was so thorough, we were never left in the dark about anything, he listened to our concerns and we always felt heard. RJ was fighting with us, not just for us. We never felt like “just a paycheck” to RJ. He was always reachable when we needed him and he never procrastinated. When we were having issues with my husband’s transfers, RJ was on it immediately! My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. I hired him on the spot to represent me and, he won my case for me. Between the time of initial contact to the end of my trial date, he stayed in contact with me via phone and text, replying back to me immediately with answers to my questions. 3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

In July of 2024, I was involved in a 3 car accident that could have gone terribly wrong. I was mailed multiple citations that would have ended my driving privileges. Also in the mail was an advertisement from Mr. Katz Law Office. Thank God I decided to acquire him, beacuse he was able to get all tickets dismissed due to negligence. The small fee was worth it. I'd rather have him fighting for me than to go in alone not knowing what my fate will be. I always say, money comes and goes, so pay for good representation to keep that cycle running.

About 5 1/2 years ago I was bit by a dog and had retained this law firm. For some reason they chose not to represent. Not a big deal, but what I am about to share is. I was cleaning out some old files and came across a unlabeled CD. I put it into the computer and saw it was the files from Dallas Hartman, PC. As I was looking through it I found information for two other people that was blended in with my documents. I have complete strangers names, DOB's. medications, and other information that I should not have included in my CD. I can only wonder where my information was accidentally sent out to. I am going to try to find these two people to notify them. This is irresponsible and should not happen. I do know the attorney's legal secretary name but choose not to call her out. I can only hope she is no longer employed there.
