Reached out for advice of what to do with the home warranty claim issue. There were several pages in home warranty contract that spelled out liability coverages. The attorney offered free-of-charge advice regarding the pursuit of the contractor rather than the home warranty company. Very knowledgeable and concise.

I received legal counsel from Simon and Simon. I feel as though they did a great job and I could not ask for much more. Mr. Michael A. Ventrella helped me understand my sentencing. The county provided me with 2 different conflicts of interest lawyers last minute because the public defense office had a conflict of interest with the case. I didn't find out about my sentencing until the day of. The court appointed lawyer that was representing me at the time had no clue about anything with my case. Thankfully, Mr. Ventrella was then hired by me for re-sentencing because I had no idea what I was even sentenced to. I had 2 sentences in one (a split sentence), which meant I had a state prison sentence that was then followed by county probation. Thankfully, I'm almost done with probation and can see the light at the end. My only issue at the moment is dealing with PENNDOT. I will be contacting Mr. Ventrella today for some help with getting my drivers license restored. I still have to do a year with the ignition interlock installed, but I can't start until I get the interlock restricted license in my hand. My interlock restricted license application isn't going through due to my prison release requirement not being met. The Court of Clerks sent my ACT 151 & 122 to PENNDOT in February. It's now May, and PENNDOT is now telling me it wasn't filed properly.

Josh Camson is a wonderful attorney who isn’t afraid of a challenge. I found Josh doing a google search when trying to have my name expunged from the child line registry in PA. I incorrectly and unfairly was indicated as perpetrator in 2007 . I was very young and afraid to fight back because of the fear of losing my son. I thought that if Bucks county children and youth would indicate me when I clearly did nothing wrong after the other person admitted that my son was in their care that they would certainly not hesitate to do so. After calling many attorneys who specialize in this I began to loose hope because they all declined to take my case or did not call back at all. Josh called me personally and spent about a half hour discussing what I was trying to do, and the history involving this incident . I also had a timeline for when this needed to be done by (02/01/2020). Mr. Camson was empathetic , understanding , and confident he could help me and decided to take my case. I am so glad I found Josh on google. He was prompt replying via email, when I had an urgent issue he would call me back immediately. I was very anxious about this whole process and worried I would not have my clearance in time for my deadline. It is with great happiness and gratitude that I express how happy I am with all Mr. Camson did for my family and I. My hearing was yesterday 01/31/2020, he was on time , well prepared as we prepped the day before via phone , but most importantly , Josh helped me WIN MY CASE! I will recommend him to anyone in this predicament . Josh Camson is your best chance at receiving a fair hearing and trial with Child Line in regards to having your name expunged , not only did he fight good cause but he also proved to the court that this case was incorrectly investigated and came to an incorrect conclusion which enabled my name to be removed from the registry effective immediately. I requested my new clearance online last night and was able to view it the same day because of how Josh pushed the importance of this. Thank you SO MUCH, I will eternally be grateful for how you helped my family move forward.

My husband was facing extremely serious charges. We knew that if my husband was convicted of these charges it would devastate our family and change his life forever. Whenever I’m in need of a Lawyer I know that Mike Carland always has my back. If he tells you he knows what to do, you can trust him and not have to worry about anything except what is agreed on in the court room. As long as you follow his direction you will be very satisfied with his help. He gets to know you personally and cares about each individual he helps. I wouldn`t recommend to work with Lidia as long as she has a very poor customer service.
Sometimes she was very rude over the phone talking to me. She couldn`t get time to call adjuster from other insurance
for over 3 month and every time was finding new excuses. I guess my case wasn`t valuable enough for her. I will never use her services again.

Ok I was going trough a divorce filling. The case was failed against me and marriage, custody, child support, spousal support, property split all was at stake. I was looking for the local lawyers and first one I found was a completely different type. He was knowledgeable but very aggressive. His fees were never disclosed and happened to be a way high. He was pushing for a trial with very uncertain perspectives considering a luck of desire from my now ex-spouse to cooperate.
Frustrated I came to Lidia. She offered a very different approach. She suggested to negotiate with my spouse and explained how can the matter be solved in a peaceful way. She told me that most of the people who go trough a divorce do eventually agree on something and it is a way better to pursue this approach from the start as every hour of a trial will cost a fortune. Even it represented a certain risk I agreed with her.
It happened to be that this strategy worked. Negotiations were not easy but with Lidia help I was able to show what is guaranteed to me by law and could not be disputed. Eventually me and my now ex spouse agreed and we managed to divorce without a trial. I got a great deal on custody. My child support payment were determined by the state law. All other things been resolved by the mutual agreement that satisfied us both.
Lidia fees were more than reasonable. She did a lot of work. Answered all my phone calls and responded to millions of my emails. Also she made multiple changes in the initial agreement to satisfy my ex-spouse demands. Not to say that at the moment I hired her my paperwork was very much messed up by the previous lawyer and Lidia and her stuff had to do a lot of additional work to bring things in order.
Overall I am more than happy about my experience and would recommend Lidia to everyone. Be afraid of lawyers who do not disclose their fees and push you too much for the trial. Trial is a costly process and very good for lawyers. Not for you.
But Lidia is very upfront about the cost and she was always advising the most economically sound solution. Do not know how to express how much thankful I am to her.

Attorney Pendergrast represented my son for a 3rd DUI charge. He was looking at a 1-7 year state prison sentence. Attorney Tim applied for every program possible and patiently explained our options. He never gave up. He treated my family with respect and was by my son’s side at every court appearance. In the end my son received a 50/50 sentence (6 months work release/6 months house arrest). My family is very grateful for his hard work and tenacity.

My experience with this practice has been exceptional. Divorce is hard and everyone’s case is unique, but I think my case has some extraordinarily difficult circumstances. My attorney, Jacob, has gone above and beyond in dealing with some just plain weird developments. He keeps me fully informed and has shown remarkable patience and creativity in handling my case. I know, without any doubt, he has my best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes for me to have the best possible outcome. And everyone at the office is wonderful; friendly and helpful. They are a joy to interact with, and very professional as well. I just had my estate plan done here and Vicki was incredible in preparing everything and sorting all the paperwork when I came in to sign.

I recently had four drug charges pending against me, and thanks to the exceptional work of my trial attorney I was acquitted of all charges. Steve answered every question I had and I genuinely felt like he cared about the outcome of my case. His ability to highlight and prove the inconsistencies in the testimonies on cross examination was remarkable. A so call person name Joelle Shanesy said she is a partner with this law firm Lamb McErlane but she is not you can go onto the website and see for your , this not so honest person worked for three law firms in the year and now she is here at Lamb McErlane ready to steal more money but this time I did not follow her to this law firm.
She promise to call me back and she don't, kept telling me that she is going over my case and she didn't but bills me for time that she wasn't working on my case and I have all the proof to show it.
For 5 months Joelle didn't even get a discovery done for a simple divorce case but billed me $2600.00
So I will tell you , your friends and family to not hire her as your lawyer she will lie and if you lie you will cheat and if you cheat you will steal and she did .

Mr. Paletta has gone above and beyond for me from day one. While working as a nurse, I gave a patient a narcotic, but forgot to sign in the computer that I had administered it, eventhough I had signed it out of the book, I was fired and charged with theft. I was referred to a criminal attorney, he wasn't familiar with the nursing board and long story short, unintentionally, made the situation worse, at that point, the state board suspended my license. That attorney then referred me to Mr. Paletta. Frankly, at that time, I had no faith in attorneys and wasn't really interested in hiring another one. But, I made the phone call. From the moment he answered the phone, Mr. Paletta put me at ease, he is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it pertains to medical and nursing licenses and the boards, he's compassionate, kind-hearted, and a truly good, and noble person. He worked with me on a payment plan I was able to do, he went to work immediately on my case, and frankly, my license was returned to me far quicker than I thought would be possible. He's very responsive, he explains things thoroughly but doesn't talk down to his clients. He made me feel "heard" at a time when I had just about given up hope. I would recommend him to anyone, he truly is the best there is. I have a matter in family court and Mr. Paletta not only recommended a family attorney but he made adjustments in my payment plan to facilitate my being able to retain her, i dont know of any other professional who would do that, his kindness has restored my faith in people. I can't recommend Mr. Paletta enough, if I could give him more stars I would.

Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. Rich was great. He explained everything clearly. He told me from the beginning he could not promise me anything, but he would use every option possible to keep me out of jail. Rich never believed in me… I wasn’t a felon before he made me sign a deal that I didn’t want to.. now he made me sign a deal for 21 to 58 months and I wasn’t on probation and I got a drug dealing charge without selling it to a C.I .! I believe that I would have probably received a better deal with a public defender than with him . He charged me 8,500 to go up state anyway. I am an addict, NOT A DRUG DEALER! Not to mention I’m a single father to my 12 yr old daughter her whole life! Which now I have to leave to be with family. I needed rehabilitation NOT incarceration!!!

In a criminal case he Never reviewed the discovery, never discussed the issues of taking a plea vs going to trial. He works with the prosecutions side not yours. Did nothing for the case and he admitted he did nothing for the case. You would be better off defending yourself because you will get convicted using Watkins…the worse attorney because he just doesn’t care…and his oath to defend was him crossing his fingers behind his back!

I hired Attorney Watkins for a simple matter; someone wasn't truthful to a police officer and I was surprised when I discovered I was being charged at the magistrate office. I had a free consultation; he was thorough, attentive and very organized. I hired Attorney Watkins to represent me at my hearing; but my hearing was rescheduled for months later. Not only did he remember my case; he was prepared, he spoke on my behalf and all charges were withdrawn. Attorney Watkins also dispelled false information; I was being accredited with another woman's criminal record because she had a similar name! I would hire his office if I am in need of another attorney and highly recommend him.

Kelli was a poor excuse for an attorney. She advocates for the mother in custody cases even when the mother is opposing counsel. She did little to help and provided no advice throughout the entire process even when it was clear that the children were an inconvenience to the mother. She clearly had no interest or intent to advocate for the father and didn’t care what was best for the children. No matter what information the father provided or options were put on the table, Kelli always agreed with the mother, no matter how unreasonable. She also responded to emails with flagrant disregard for the children. What a waste of time and money. 0/10 recommend unless of course you’re the mother.

I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are fake. They keep you in the dark, hold internal meetings without your awareness and make decisions without your input or knowledge (only to learn about it at the next billing cycle) and are very, very difficult to get hold of. Almost all emails are met with out of office replies and no voicemails ever responded to. When a status hearing I did not know existed was extended by my attorney without my knowledge (only to learn this in the next billing cycle) and saw my attorney had answers to interrogatories for nearly a month without telling me only to discover this from OJS = you're fired. OJS literally laughed and smiled... like yeah good luck with that, seemed par for the course. Not to mention a strong, positive person for my case was not contacted three separate times my lawyer told me he would, only for him to say when I finally called him out that he didn't think he was important, is more than messed up, it's unethical = you're fired. Didn't trust me, and didn't even contact the person... so how would you know? That's just a small piece. I highly do not recommend this "law" firm.

Wasted my time. Took my retainer and never really did anything. They gave up on my case about a poa and never really gave me options. Rice was hard to contact and never seemed to care. Stay away from this place. They did return half of my retainer but never wanted to meet with me or look over the case with me. Terrible experience

She took my money, let the case go on for years where nothing happened and then tried billing me thousands over several months when it started again and didn’t even speak to me during that time. Refused to take my calls and her staff billed me when I sat on hold and was told she wasn’t available. She gave the opposing side information I didn’t authorize her to release then withdrew when I had her on several ethics violations, claiming I would not pay her and there was a break down of attorney client relationship-which was on her part because she wouldn’t respond to me. Her staff read all her emails and respond, so there is no true attorney/client privilege. Stay far away from her!

I was 19 years old, a stripper, and about to lose custody of my child. After the attorney Jan Grossman had me pay him, he had me plead guilty. (So much for having a lawyer) I ended up losing custody of my child for about 3 years to Child Services. He couldn't get a hold of me for a week and said I owed him another $1200 because he had his assistant call all the stripclubs looking for me. All because he couldn't get a hold of me for a week. I'm in my 30s now and even though I have a felony now because of this case I have still turned my life around by going to college, but he seriously judged me saying he never met someone like me. The one who suffered was my child. She hasn't recovered after being in different foster homes from ages 5-8. Jan Grossman is not a good attorney at all.

We went to Mr Grossman with very serious charges. We were given bad advice to wave the preliminary hearing. He showed up to court completely disheveled. Before our hearing, he dropped us and told us to get a public defender. I am completely disgusted with his unprofessional manner and would advise steering clear.

I hired John Kerrigan to represent my son, Coco Wallace, who was charged with first degree murder. Mr. Kerrigan took the case, handled the Preliminary Hearing, a Habeas Corpus proceeding, and trual in the Bucks County court of Common Pleas. After the trial, my son was acquitted of first degree murder, and also, the other counts of murder for which he was charged. Mr. Kerrigan did a great job for him. I was tried and convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to life without parole. Thru out the years John has always believed in me that is should be released.
In 2002 I got in touched with John to get a letter from the Trial Judge and asked him to represent me for commutation from the Board of Pardons. He told me that he would represent me at the Public Hearing.
In 2004 I was granted a hearing, John also accompanied me to my interview with the Board of Pardons and was very helpful to me. On April 1,2004 I was recommended unanimous from the Board of Pardons to the Governor Desk for a signature .
On June 2, 2009 my sentence was commuted and I was released to a Halfway House for one year.
John has always been there for me thru out the years. He has always help me if I needed any legal advice.

I am a single father who made a horrible mistake, so I paid $1500 to mr Kerrigan to help me through my case. He literally went to court once, and had the case moved to trial and then tried to charge me again. So I paid $1500 to have him go into court and tell the judge it was moving to a higher court. That is what I could have done by myself. So now I am going to trial by myself because I cannot afford another attorney. Thank you sooo much for doing NOTHING. Keep in mind this is a MISDEMEANOR offense. If he cannot handle it for that money why is he a defense lawyer
