I’m not sure about any of the other lawyers but do not go to Crystal A Yautz. She literally charged me 2,000$ and didn’t do the one thing I asked her to do which was to get text messages that says that I threatened somebody. She literally took the easiest way out possible! She has zero litigation skills at all!!! I will now hire a new lawyer and keep you guys posted on the out come. This lady once again is a terrible lawyer!!

Whenever I’m in need of a Lawyer I know that Mike Carland always has my back. If he tells you he knows what to do, you can trust him and not have to worry about anything except what is agreed on in the court room. As long as you follow his direction you will be very satisfied with his help. He gets to know you personally and cares about each individual he helps. I recently had four drug charges pending against me, and thanks to the exceptional work of my trial attorney I was acquitted of all charges. Steve answered every question I had and I genuinely felt like he cared about the outcome of my case. His ability to highlight and prove the inconsistencies in the testimonies on cross examination was remarkable. He was quick to object to hearsay and speculations and he ultimately convinced the jury to find me not guilty of all charges and they deliberated for only 1 hour and 15 minutes. A so call person name Joelle Shanesy said she is a partner with this law firm Lamb McErlane but she is not you can go onto the website and see for your , this not so honest person worked for three law firms in the year and now she is here at Lamb McErlane ready to steal more money but this time I did not follow her to this law firm.
She promise to call me back and she don't, kept telling me that she is going over my case and she didn't but bills me for time that she wasn't working on my case and I have all the proof to show it.
For 5 months Joelle didn't even get a discovery done for a simple divorce case but billed me $2600.00
So I will tell you , your friends and family to not hire her as your lawyer she will lie and if you lie you will cheat and if you cheat you will steal and she did .

Kelli was a poor excuse for an attorney. She advocates for the mother in custody cases even when the mother is opposing counsel. She did little to help and provided no advice throughout the entire process even when it was clear that the children were an inconvenience to the mother. She clearly had no interest or intent to advocate for the father and didn’t care what was best for the children. No matter what information the father provided or options were put on the table, Kelli always agreed with the mother, no matter how unreasonable. She also responded to emails with flagrant disregard for the children. What a waste of time and money. 0/10 recommend unless of course you’re the mother.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. Rich was great. He explained everything clearly. He told me from the beginning he could not promise me anything, but he would use every option possible to keep me out of jail. We ended doing an open plea and Rich spoke on behalf about who I was, and why I did not deserve jail. The Judge listen and agreed with Rich. I am very thankful for everything he did for me.

Mr. Garibian and his team are true professionals. I had a previous employer contract come back to haunt me and needed some help. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

I came to Scott after a LegalShield referral, and while he initially seemed confident and caring, it quickly became clear that he overpromised and underdelivered. He assured me my “coffee cup” marriage with “no real assets” would be an easy case, even claiming his 25+ years of experience and familiarity with opposing counsel would make the process smooth. Unfortunately, none of this held true.
Communication was almost non-existent. I had to constantly chase down updates, and emails or calls were often ignored. When I did get a response, it felt like I was the one driving the case, constantly repeating details or providing new information because no one seemed to track my file properly.
After several months of zero progress, I had no choice but to fire Scott and find another attorney (also through LegalShield, but thankfully a much better experience). Despite paying a significant amount, I was left with minimal work done—most of which I had prepared myself in Excel, only for it to be scribbled over on paper.
I’m aware that others may have had good experiences, but mine was incredibly frustrating and costly. Both can be true, but I cannot recommend Scott based on my experience.

This firm was recommended from a friend for an accident my daughter was involved in. My daughter was rear ended by another car and being that my daughter only had limited tort insurance even though she was not at fault and the driver the hit her had full coverage, Valerie Williams would not take the case. Josh Camson is a wonderful attorney who isn’t afraid of a challenge. I found Josh doing a google search when trying to have my name expunged from the child line registry in PA. I incorrectly and unfairly was indicated as perpetrator in 2007 . I was very young and afraid to fight back because of the fear of losing my son. I thought that if Bucks county children and youth would indicate me when I clearly did nothing wrong after the other person admitted that my son was in their care that they would certainly not hesitate to do so. After calling many attorneys who specialize in this I began to loose hope because they all declined to take my case or did not call back at all. Josh called me personally and spent about a half hour discussing what I was trying to do, and the history involving this incident . I also had a timeline for when this needed to be done by (02/01/2020). Mr. Camson was empathetic , understanding , and confident he could help me and decided to take my case. I am so glad I found Josh on google. He was prompt replying via email, when I had an urgent issue he would call me back immediately. I was very anxious about this whole process and worried I would not have my clearance in time for my deadline. It is with great happiness and gratitude that I express how happy I am with all Mr. Camson did for my family and I. My hearing was yesterday 01/31/2020, he was on time , well prepared as we prepped the day before via phone , but most importantly , Josh helped me WIN MY CASE! I will recommend him to anyone in this predicament . Josh Camson is your best chance at receiving a fair hearing and trial with Child Line in regards to having your name expunged , not only did he fight good cause but he also proved to the court that this case was incorrectly investigated and came to an incorrect conclusion which enabled my name to be removed from the registry effective immediately. In a criminal case he Never reviewed the discovery, never discussed the issues of taking a plea vs going to trial. He works with the prosecutions side not yours. Did nothing for the case and he admitted he did nothing for the case. You would be better off defending yourself because you will get convicted using Watkins…the worse attorney because he just doesn’t care…and his oath to defend was him crossing his fingers behind his back!

I hired Attorney Watkins for a simple matter; someone wasn't truthful to a police officer and I was surprised when I discovered I was being charged at the magistrate office. I had a free consultation; he was thorough, attentive and very organized. I hired Attorney Watkins to represent me at my hearing; but my hearing was rescheduled for months later. Not only did he remember my case; he was prepared, he spoke on my behalf and all charges were withdrawn. Attorney Watkins also dispelled false information; I was being accredited with another woman's criminal record because she had a similar name! I would hire his office if I am in need of another attorney and highly recommend him.

I wouldn`t recommend to work with Lidia as long as she has a very poor customer service.
Sometimes she was very rude over the phone talking to me. She couldn`t get time to call adjuster from other insurance
for over 3 month and every time was finding new excuses. I guess my case wasn`t valuable enough for her. I will never use her services again.

Ok I was going trough a divorce filling. The case was failed against me and marriage, custody, child support, spousal support, property split all was at stake. I was looking for the local lawyers and first one I found was a completely different type. He was knowledgeable but very aggressive. His fees were never disclosed and happened to be a way high. He was pushing for a trial with very uncertain perspectives considering a luck of desire from my now ex-spouse to cooperate.
Frustrated I came to Lidia. She offered a very different approach. She suggested to negotiate with my spouse and explained how can the matter be solved in a peaceful way. She told me that most of the people who go trough a divorce do eventually agree on something and it is a way better to pursue this approach from the start as every hour of a trial will cost a fortune. Even it represented a certain risk I agreed with her.
It happened to be that this strategy worked. Negotiations were not easy but with Lidia help I was able to show what is guaranteed to me by law and could not be disputed. Eventually me and my now ex spouse agreed and we managed to divorce without a trial. I got a great deal on custody. My child support payment were determined by the state law. All other things been resolved by the mutual agreement that satisfied us both.
Lidia fees were more than reasonable. She did a lot of work. Answered all my phone calls and responded to millions of my emails. Also she made multiple changes in the initial agreement to satisfy my ex-spouse demands. Not to say that at the moment I hired her my paperwork was very much messed up by the previous lawyer and Lidia and her stuff had to do a lot of additional work to bring things in order.
Overall I am more than happy about my experience and would recommend Lidia to everyone. Be afraid of lawyers who do not disclose their fees and push you too much for the trial. Trial is a costly process and very good for lawyers. Not for you.
But Lidia is very upfront about the cost and she was always advising the most economically sound solution. Do not know how to express how much thankful I am to her.

She took my money, let the case go on for years where nothing happened and then tried billing me thousands over several months when it started again and didn’t even speak to me during that time. Refused to take my calls and her staff billed me when I sat on hold and was told she wasn’t available. She gave the opposing side information I didn’t authorize her to release then withdrew when I had her on several ethics violations, claiming I would not pay her and there was a break down of attorney client relationship-which was on her part because she wouldn’t respond to me. Her staff read all her emails and respond, so there is no true attorney/client privilege. Stay far away from her!

I hired John Kerrigan to represent my son, Coco Wallace, who was charged with first degree murder. Mr. Kerrigan took the case, handled the Preliminary Hearing, a Habeas Corpus proceeding, and trual in the Bucks County court of Common Pleas. After the trial, my son was acquitted of first degree murder, and also, the other counts of murder for which he was charged. Mr. Kerrigan did a great job for him. Hello My name is Gregory Orlowski, I’m writing on the behalf of John Kerrigan. He was my attorney of record in my case and represented me from the time I was arrested in 1980 to my release in 2009.
I was tried and convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to life without parole. Thru out the years John has always believed in me that is should be released.
In 2002 I got in touched with John to get a letter from the Trial Judge and asked him to represent me for commutation from the Board of Pardons. He told me that he would represent me at the Public Hearing.
In 2004 I was granted a hearing, John also accompanied me to my interview with the Board of Pardons and was very helpful to me. On April 1,2004 I was recommended unanimous from the Board of Pardons to the Governor Desk for a signature .
On June 2, 2009 my sentence was commuted and I was released to a Halfway House for one year.
John has always been there for me thru out the years. He has always help me if I needed any legal advice.

I am a single father who made a horrible mistake, so I paid $1500 to mr Kerrigan to help me through my case. He literally went to court once, and had the case moved to trial and then tried to charge me again. So I paid $1500 to have him go into court and tell the judge it was moving to a higher court. That is what I could have done by myself. So now I am going to trial by myself because I cannot afford another attorney. Thank you sooo much for doing NOTHING. Keep in mind this is a MISDEMEANOR offense. If he cannot handle it for that money why is he a defense lawyer
