Pick Murray. Here is WHY:
Murray was recommended to me by an unavailable lawyer whom I'd reached out to for guidance. I was upset at first but decided to contact Murray anyway. He provided a free, phone consultation in which he walked me through the whole process of applying for my husband to be a US permanent resident. After the phone conversation, I asked for a second call and sent several emails with follow-up questions. Murray was patient, kind and made me feel confident about the process.
Fast forward, the filing process was a breeze with the office's online portal. My husband and I constantly communicated with Stephanie (paralegal) and Oscar (legal assistant). We were kept updated with all changes regarding our case. We completed the process, as recommended by Murray, and were approved for a green card and SS card in 3 months. The whole team treated us well, and we are thankful for the smooth experience.
Personal update:
Our case was very straightforward. Here is our situation and how we filed if potential clients of Murray may wonder:
I am a US citizen and my husband is a Canadian (former Indian) citizen. We filed for his permanent residency so that we may live together in the US. We provided all our documents with the initial filing to avoid any delays. We filed for the Green Card, SS card, work permit, and travel document all at once. We included my husband's medical examination as well. We did have to complete a biometrics appointment (took 10 minutes tops), but the immigration interview was waived. My husband received his Green Card before his work permit or travel document applications were processed. Hope you have a great experience and good luck!
We live outside of Dallas and never visited Murray's physical office. Everything was virtual.

I felt that Lisa always was there for me and she was calm and in control which helped me a lot. She was also very experienced working with lawyers on the other side and different mediators too and that gave me confidence also. There was plenty of drama and twists and turns and Lisa kept us in control and moving forward. She also understood my priorities (kids) and focus and never lost sight of that. Lisa had strong co-workers too which made me feel like we were a team. In the end she was able to make sure the settlement was relatively fair and reasonable and she was able to get it done as efficiently as could be hoped for. There's a myth as one searches for a great family lawyer that in order to get results, you have to hire a bad *** - who will treat your former spouse (and probably you) like dirt, but it will be worth it because you will get results. Joe is proof that you can work with a fantastic, caring human being and still get the tough negotiation skills needed to get the results you desire.
As a former lawyer myself (JD, LLM), I can affirm that his knowledge of family law is thorough & detailed.
If I had to do it all over again (hopefully never), I would select Joe every time. He made a troubled time bearable and saw that I got the things that were most important to me during my divorce & custody battle.

Joe was recommended to me by a Defense Attorney whom I trust and respect as "the one I would go to if it was my Divorce." Joe 'literally' does Family Law , as both his Son and Daughter followed him into his profession and are the second and third Attorneys in the Milner Law Firm. As Bob Bowman, a Mediator, put it: "I couldn't think of a better recommendation than to have your own kids want to work for you!" Joe was attentive, concerned, and supportative, and more importantly, was perceptive as to the attack plan of the opposing Counsel and how to counteract it. He also was able to uncover deceptions and expose false statements made by my Ex during deposition. We ended up settling our case,and although we did not go to trial, I was able to walk away with the things that mattered most to me and he helped me engineer a plan to cut the chains that had been laid out to bind me financially to her for the next 6 years. If you are the "good guy" in a Divorce, you can't do better than Joe.
