I've been a small business owner in New York City for around the past 5 years, and I've been working with Adam (and his associate, though I'll review him separately) since virtually the very beginning.
Adam has seen my company grow from a tiny fledgling entity to where we are today, and has been an integral part of our surmounting the myriad challenging, unlucky, 'unfair', or otherwise demanding legal situations and circumstances that come with starting and running a business -- both par-for-the-course and very unexpected.
It's tough to condense everything I could possibly highlight here, but to consolidate to concise summation, simply read the title of this review. One of the things I appreciate most about Adam is his comprehensive analysis and thorough explanations on any given set of circumstances, while at the same time remaining efficient and precise in all the right ways. His methods in outlining different legal approaches or strategies and potential ramifications of each is incredibly informative and helpful in deciding how best to tackle certain situations based on practicality. I also very much appreciate that while he is worth every dollar he invoices, he doesn't hesitate to express anytime there may be avenues to spend *less* on legal in a particular set of circumstances (and the various possibilities and outcomes). He's honest and is a person of integrity.
All in all, I couldn't more heartily recommend Adam as a great attorney for anyone in need of highly effective counsel in any fashion.

I was charged with statutory rape in NY, along with several other charges. Mr. Meissner arranged a deal with the Assistant DA for me to have the charges reduced to a misdemeanor and me to attend classes, even when other lawyers said I would have to serve some jail time. I live in the Midwest and required a good security lawyer for my claim against Lehman Brothers, previously one of the top brokerage firms headquartered in New York. Stuart Meissner's office is in New York and his law practice includes security law.
My legal claim was complex and became more so when Lehman Brothers filed what has been regarded as the largest bankruptcy case in history. For over six years Stuart Meissner has had to deal with multiple and substantive issues as well as the different venues for representation and resolution of this claim. This required notifying me, explaining and assisting me in understanding the issues, supplying documentation, and determining decisions. Stuart Meissner also had to engage in handling these legal issues as well as dealing with courts and multiple lawyers first, within the context of a regular security claim and then, within the context of a bankruptcy claim. This claim is currently in settlement.
I recommend others who have security or similar type claims to consider legal representation by Stuart Meissner. The legal path may be long, arduous, and complicated but Stuart Meissner will be your legal representative who can meet the challenge.

Mr. Shahriar, fought for me above and beyond call of duty.
In May 2020 amid the stress of the coronavirus shut down, I went for a Saturday morning motorcycle ride and a breath of fresh air.
After an oncoming car crossed double yellow lines and nearly amputated my leg, we learned that insurance companies tend to believe car drivers over Motorcyclists.
14 months and 12 surgeries later I will eventually walk again. However, it looked like that was going to cost my family everything.
Both insurance companies were claiming it was my fault in spite of evidence to the contrary. Even the famous "motorcycle lawyers" wouldn't take the case since it was just my word against theirs.
Both companies ended up paying out the maximum.
But that's not the end of the of the story. At this point most lawyers would've taken their cut and gone home.
But that's not what happened.
It turns out Medicare doesn't pay for motorcycle accidents and were coming after me for every bit of it. This last bit was not even in his purview.
Nonetheless, Shahriar went to work on them for months even though that was not part of our contract but just because in his own words "it's just the right thing to do".
I don't know if he eventually convinced them of that or if they gave in so he would stop following up with them every day. Either way, they accepted a greatly reduced payment.
I hope you never need to, but if you ever get in a situation where you need someone to fight for you like "a bulldog on a pant leg" and never give up because that's the right thing to do, I highly recommend Mr. Shahriar Kashanian. He won't let you down.

Mr. Gross has worked on my case for approximately three and a half years. I have to say that this experienced lawyer has chutzpah and would transform into a shark if he has to. There were obstacles but he has done extremely well in overcoming them. He helped me get a huge settlement. In so many words Mr Gross is a damn good lawyer. I would give him ten stars if the rating existed.
His staff is excellent and will call you within a few hours if not sooner. I would not hesitate to hire him again and/or recommend him in need of a good lawyer regarding accidents and personal injury.

This was my first experience with an American attorney, in fact with any attorney.
I researched the internet and consulted my American friends with legal background (two retired lawyers) before contacting Mr Dennin.
At the outset I was impressed by his approach, which was encouraging: rigor of his questions, logic in reasoning.
Later I learned one of his basic principle that "preparation is everything", which I particularly liked.
Mr Dennin spend enough time to research all relevant material of the case.
On that basis he was in a position to prepare legal papers that were comprehensive and specific and supplemented by facts and most relevant legal precedents.
He took time to outline and explain to me legal proceedings, and consulted with me - in person, on the phone, via e-mail - on all important matters.
He presented me with copies of legal papers which allowed me to follow rather lengthy development of the case.
Mr Dennin's legal strategy was realistic and results oriented. This was particularly evident during a mediation event.
He was always available for me if I wanted to contact him.
I think that we have established a very good communication.
Being represented by him made me fill assured and comfortable.
As a person, I have found him a pleasant, courteous and ready to listen.
As a professional, he has vast experience spread over many years and success in defending rights of his clients.
All in all I think that Mr Dennin is a kind of attorney which I would recommend with full conviction.

Our former broker, financial consultant, is in jail until 2025. We realized we were in deep financial trouble after losing our entire life's savings to the lies and deceptions of our broker. This "gentle" man was so helpful to us, we honestly did not know where/how to start a claim. Tim's patience with us on the telephone was unbelievable. We won't use any other attorney for Arbitration/ Lit files at our billing company, when we take on a new no fault client we specifically state we won't bill unless we can use him. I don't really want to go into specifics of my case (tl;dr it was sticky, delicate, and messy), and instead would like to focus my review on my experience with Queenie, who I hired to represent me. I'll start with results. Queenie was able to advocate for me, and I ended up with an agreement that provided me better protections. She was able to secure more for me than what I thought was possible. This is significant, especially because in these scenarios we don't always know what we can ask for. It's great to have someone in your corner who does, and will do the work to secure that for you.
The second thing I want to emphasize is how Queenie did this. She is experienced and knowledgeable, there is no doubt about that. But she also sought an environment that would give me the most leverage, using a wide range of tools and tactics. Queenie threw herself into this and was an aggressive advocate when she needed to be, and a measured advocate when it would be most beneficial to me. That was my experience with her. She also affirmed my role as the client and in the end gave me room to advocate for myself in a manner I could not before. I hope to not be in this situation again, but if I do, and for the many of us who end up here, you want someone like Queenie in your corner.

I Saira Mohammed was referred to Frank Trief September 2010. I was driving going home from the movies with my two sons Aidan (5yrs) & Adam (3yrs) in my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I was driving 20mph to 25mph between 12:30 to 1am that Saturday night into Sunday morning when i was t -bone at a right away green light intersection, which i had the green lights. I was struck down by a car ~ 5 yrs. ago. As you can imagine that is a very difficult time in all respects. The doctor takes care of the medical, but Frank took care of the legal issues!
