Ryan and his paralegal did an amazing job, got my second chance certificate done where others lawyers said it couldn’t be done. I don’t live in Az anymore but if you need something done, trust them, I did and wasn’t let down!!

Kelsey at Weiler Law has always been really great to work with. I have engaged with her on two separate occasions and each time she has been professional, resourceful and helped me with exactly what I needed. I have never had an issue with getting ahold of her or anyone in her office to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend!

I hired Mr Kanu when my application was redundant for about three years. His taking over my case brought life back to my case file. After reviewing my case ,he gave me his unbiased opinion. And true to his honest and impeccable predictions, my worst nightmare came staring at my face. I remember vividly that afternoon when I called him to tell him about the denial letter and told him that I was dropping out a certification program I was attending in Dallas because of the bad news. In his own words, Mr Kanu said " you ain't going nowhere. Continue with your program, I am gonna take it up from here" That reassuring voice, that it wasn't over was the best therapy I needed at the moment. So calming! Mr Kanu is very meticulous and professional In handling issues. He has a way of telling you the bitter truth without hurting your feelings. Fast forward to August this year 2024 I was invited for another interview and Mr Kanu accompanied us and few days later my case was approved. Not only did I find a good attorney in Mr Kanu,I also found an elder brother in him. I can comfortably, confidently and unequivocally recommend Mr Kanu and his team to anybody seeking for change of status. The law firm is tested and trusted.

Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.

Absolutely amazing experience with David on a brief phone consultation. This firm is one of the few, if not the only one that gives free consultations if you just want quick legal advice. I didn't know how thorough he would be due to the consultation being free, but it was better than any consultation I've used in the past!! Incredibly friendly guy and easy to talk to. I will definitely use this firm for any future needs.

This is my third encounter with an attorney over two different issues in the last 4 years. Deb is what I had expected! Old School, really wants to do the right thing instead of the old 'churn-and-burn' retainer methodology. I will be sending everyone I know to Deb and will absolutely user her in the future. If you are a Marvel fan, think 'Daredevil' attorney!

I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible work attorney Matthew Hayes did on my case. From the very beginning, he demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, compassion, and determination. Despite my prior felony, he managed to achieve what I thought was impossible—getting me into a diversion program. I know how slim the chances were, but Mr. Hayes believed in my case and fought tirelessly to make it happen. What truly stood out was how seamless he made the entire process. I didn’t have to step foot in court even once—he handled every appearance for me. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I always felt like I was in capable, trustworthy hands. As we approached trial, his strategic expertise and negotiation skills were evident. He managed to settle the case out of court right before trial, sparing me a long, stressful ordeal. His efforts not only gave me a second chance but also restored my hope in the legal system. If you’re looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly invested in getting the best outcome for his clients, look no further than Matthew Hayes. He goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly! Thank you, Matt!

The law offices of Ray Slomski were outstanding in helping us get the only kind of justice we could for our daughter, who was severely injured due to medical malpractice. Ray fought hard for our daughter and kept her in mind in every action and word he spoke. Ray, Patti, Deana, Bucky, Adam and the rest of the team treated us with the utmost respect, and they treated our daughter so kindly. The entire team started to feel like family and I know we will always stay in touch with them. They provided us with the peace of mind knowing our daughter will have what she needs as she grows. They genuinely care and will fight for what you deserve, demonstrating patience and perseverance to fight the long fight for the families they represent. They have a passion to help families and it shows every day. I had complete trust and confidence in their abilities and they continually reinforced that trust through their actions. I would recommend this law firm to all who are seeking justice for medical injuries. You will not find a better, more caring or more honest team.

I cannot begin to thank this firm enough for excellent representation in my divorce. They are caring, compassionate, capable, and professional, while not charging and arm and a leg for their services. We were able to work amicably with the attorney on the other Sid and get our divorce settled as painlessly as possible in this situation. It was very evident that they care very deeply about their clients. Thank you again!

Not a good lawyer. My response: I understand what you are saying. I understand how the law works. My review is based on morals and common respect, in which I felt lacked from Dori. While her team was friendly, she could not act the least bit interested in anything not pertaining to her. The amount of money she “took” and how minimum she did, …..or rather didn’t do—-made it impossible to ignore the injustice. It also made me see how easy representing yourself is, which I did -& won. So for this is the sole reason, I stand with my review. Thank you for replying.

Carrie Cravatta is unethical, lazy, will show up to appointments unprepared, cares more about discussing her vacations (European vacations, cruises) than discussing your case. She will take your money, tell you all the things she will do, ultimately not doing them leaving you wondering what it is she did. Run away, this woman is a wrecking ball and will make your life worse off. Follow up. Per the request of Carrie’s partners I reached out to discuss my concerns and the basis for my negative review. We spoke for roughly an hour and a half (lots to discuss!) That was weeks ago we spoke, appears the call was nothing more than a dog and pony show, I have heard nothing further, this law group likely continues their unethical, lazy, criminal like activities. Carrie’s partners should fire her so they don’t wreck what the partners are building, it shows a lot about this group that she is still employed and a partner.

They lie about taking sepsis cases (septic shock deaths in this case). The first trip to the hospital in February my wife contacted staph and it turned sepsis while in there that alone is on the hospital. Then 6 months later she ended up back in the hospital for suspected infection due to her CRP and ESR both being well over 100 and she had a history of infections like staph, Osteomyelitis, pseudomonas all in that 6 month period but the hospital didn't run a thorough battery of tests and the issue that put her in the hospital turned sepsis then she went into septic shock and died due to not running enough tests to find the infection that started all this. The hospital didn't even take her off the long term IV antibiotic to do an accurate blood culture and antibiotics will cause a false negative for bacterial infections.

Man was so rude he couldn't wait to get off the phone and didn't listen to what I was saying before I finished saying it, two sentences. I asked him a basic procedural question that he said he couldn't answer unless he reviewed my entire case. Whether you can file an appeal in bankruptcy is universal and procedural, it doesn't change "depending on your case". don't waste money on these idiots, they can only lose for you.

What a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Can Do for You

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer, often referred to as a litigation lawyer, specializes in handling legal conflicts between individuals, businesses, or organizations. These lawyers represent clients in civil lawsuits, helping to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation in court. They can assist with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, property disputes, business conflicts, personal injury claims, and more.

If you are involved in a legal conflict and need representation, a dispute lawyer can guide you through the litigation process - from filing or defending against a lawsuit to negotiating settlements or representing you at trial.

When Should I Hire a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a lawsuit or dispute lawyer when you're involved in a legal disagreement that cannot be resolved informally and may require legal action. Common reasons to hire a lawyer include:

  • Breach of contract: If someone has failed to fulfill the terms of a contract, a lawyer can help you file a lawsuit to seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Whether it's a partnership disagreement, shareholder conflict, or a dispute with a supplier or customer, a lawyer can help resolve business-related issues.
  • Property disputes: If you're involved in a dispute over property ownership, boundary issues, or landlord-tenant conflicts, a lawyer can assist in resolving the matter.
  • Personal injury claims: If you were injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a lawyer can represent you in a personal injury lawsuit.
  • Debt collection or defense: If you're being sued for unpaid debts or need to collect a debt owed to you, a lawyer can represent you in court or negotiate settlements.
  • Employment disputes: If you're involved in an employment-related dispute, such as wrongful termination or discrimination, a lawyer can help you file a claim and represent you in court.
  • Defending against a lawsuit: If you've been sued, a lawyer can defend you against the claims, challenge the evidence, and negotiate a settlement or represent you at trial.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process can help ensure that your case is properly managed and that your rights are protected throughout the dispute resolution process.

What Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Do?

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer provides a wide range of services to help clients navigate legal conflicts and seek resolution. Their tasks typically include:

  • Evaluating your case: Reviewing the facts and evidence to determine the strength of your case or defense and advising you on the best course of action.
  • Filing lawsuits or responding to lawsuits: If you're the plaintiff, the lawyer will file a lawsuit on your behalf. If you're the defendant, they will respond to the lawsuit and build a defense strategy.
  • Gathering evidence: Collecting and reviewing evidence such as contracts, emails, financial records, and witness statements to support your case.
  • Handling negotiations: Negotiating with the opposing party to reach a settlement before the case goes to trial, which can save time and money.
  • Representing you in court: Presenting your case in court if a settlement cannot be reached, including presenting evidence, questioning witnesses, and making legal arguments on your behalf.
  • Exploring alternative dispute resolution (ADR): Suggesting mediation or arbitration as alternatives to a trial, which can be faster and less expensive.
  • Drafting legal documents: Preparing and filing necessary legal documents such as complaints, motions, and responses, as well as drafting settlement agreements if a resolution is reached.

How Are Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyers Paid?

The fee structure for lawsuit or dispute lawyers varies depending on the complexity of the case, the type of dispute, and the lawyer's experience. Common payment methods include:

  • Hourly rate: Many lawsuit lawyers charge by the hour, especially for cases that require extensive preparation, research, and trial work. Hourly rates typically range from $150 to $500 or more, depending on the lawyer’s experience and location.
  • Contingency fee: In certain cases, such as personal injury or breach of contract claims, a lawyer may work on a contingency fee basis. This means they only get paid if they win the case, usually taking a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of the settlement or damages awarded.
  • Flat fee: For specific services, such as filing a simple lawsuit or representing you in mediation, some lawyers may charge a flat fee.
  • Retainer: In complex cases or long-term litigation, a lawyer may ask for a retainer, which is an upfront payment to secure their services. The lawyer will then bill against the retainer as they work on the case.

Discuss the fee structure with your lawyer during the initial consultation to understand how fees will be handled throughout the case.

How Much Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Cost?

  • Contingency fees: If your lawyer works on a contingency basis, expect them to take 25% to 40% of any settlement or court award. For example, if you win $100,000 and the contingency fee is 33%, the lawyer would receive $33,000.
