I read the past review about Jaime before calling him and knew immediately I'd like this guy and what do you know, 10 minutes into the call, he has me cackling on the phone. I've spoken to dozens of lawyers at this point about my landlord-tenant case, but I can say that out of all these people, Jaime truly cares for your wellbeing. Not only could he relate to the issues I've been dealing with, but he also shows compassion towards me, and is honest, transparent, and thoughtful in his responses. You'll find lawyers that want to take your money and rake up the charges, but I can tell he'd spend the diligent time fighting for my rights to ensure I can sleep soundly at night.

Jaime is a beast at this. I called this man with a situation that had me so mad i couldn't even explain to him correctly . I hung up because at this point i was so mad that im sure he could not understand me. He kindly called me back. I yelled at this man from the top of my lungs assuming he was going to treat me as other attorneys i tried calling prior to Jaime. Some even saying i dont understand you, you sound chinese. This man took his time to research and recommend me some actions i should take towards my situation. Somthing other attorneys could not provide me with. He did all this for free ! I suggest you stop the search and give this homie a call .

Jaime spent one hour and 12 minutes on the phone with me painting the reality of the legal system here in NY for a naïve dork who just moved here and was scammed. He was direct (one big reason I just moved back to the East Coast) and helped create a new angle that may help me with my challenge before I have to jump and swim in a whole heap of bureaucratic mess I would prefer not to play in. I hope I never have to play with the law again after I settle into my life here in the big apple. My wife and I hired Gary after my I-485 process (adjusting from K-1 Fiancé to Permanent Resident) was denied by USCIS (owing to an error that USCIS made on my file) where they deemed I had abandoned the Adjustment of Status process. This decision created chaos for me and my wife, and it came as a complete shock (seeing as we had fully complied with all USCIS protocols to date). Before consulting with Gary, it appeared that our options to fix the situation were extremely limited and there was a chance that we might have to restart the entire immigration process again. Needless to say, my wife and I were completely demoralized at the prospect of incurring the the enormous cost and inconvenience of this option. However, upon our first consultation with Gary, he immediately put us at ease and provided alternative solutions to the problem. He explained to us that, in his extensive and lengthy experience, he had encountered similar situations and he was very confident that he could remedy the situation expeditiously, and without incurring enormous cost. Anyone going through the immigration process will know that the rules and deadlines are always changing, making it extremely difficult to know what the exact rules/deadlines are at any given moment. It became clear to us during our engagement with Gary that he was an expert in this area, and he got to work immediately to fix the situation. He was always aware of the rule changes, deadlines, and updates to the law. Gary stayed in regular contact with us, constantly updating us on the status of the various applications made and all contact with USCIS. Gary was able to resolve the matter within a matter of weeks (when my wife and I were expecting many months, if not a year, for some sort of sensible resolution). In early April we feared the worst, 6 weeks later (as a result of Gary's work) USCIS reopened our case, and yesterday, my wife and I attended my Adjustment of Status interview. In the interview, the immigration officer explicitly referring to Gary's petitions to USCIS on my behalf as being enormously persuasive in explaining our predicament, approved my Adjustment of Status application and granted me Permanent Residency . We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Not alone was Gary able to get our case reopened within 6 weeks, but he also managed to convince USCIS that our case needed to be dealt with immediately. As a result, I am now a permanent resident 11 weeks after engaging Gary's services. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough!

I went to Alfred Polizzotto Esq. for an estate matter involving litigation, 2 complex real estate transactions which involved a lot of money numbers that changed as bills were paid out on the real estate. The first day I went in to his office I felt comforted that the complex issues could be resolved with his calmness in handling and creating excel spread sheets to organize the 2 real estate transactions, private mortgage money, and bank accounts. He was extremely organized, great with computers, awesome in math, and extremely knowledgeable with the laws on all matters. He gave me a list of what documents to bring him. I had to Order 15 years of bank statements and checks. Once I gave him the copies. He put it all on to excel spread sheets. Then he called the estate attorney and told the attorney his demands for me. In the end everything Mr. Polizzotto asked for I received from the estate. Not one item did I lose because he knew how to litigate and apply real estate law and estate law to the facts at hand. I would not use any one else for law matters. He also worked Professionally with the opposing lawyer and the uncooperative executor. He’s a family oriented lawyer and treats such matters with delicacy and respect.

1. My wife and I are both over eighty. During the pandemic, instead of having us go to his office in Brooklyn, Mr. Polizzotto met with us close to our home on Long Island to discuss our case.
2. Mr. Polizzotto and his staff (Liz) always returned our email within twenty-four hours.
3. After we gathered all our original documents, we were not sure if we should mail to his office or hand deliver it. Mr. Polizzotto personally picked it up from our home, after a whole day's work and rush hour traffic in the dark!
