I want to start by saying that I fully support law enforcement and personal accountability. However, my youngest son made a foolish decision early this year, and a particularly
overzealous police officer not only arrested him but charged him with extreme offenses that were completely inappropriate for the situation. I’m convinced that if it had been the officer’s own son or a family friend, he would have handled it differently—perhaps with a stern warning or, at the very most, a misdemeanor charge.
With little time to find the right attorney, we came across Michael Haworth and Hanlon Law online. I can’t thank Michael and Mr. Hanlon enough for their professionalism, dedication, and understanding throughout this ordeal. They not only achieved the best possible outcome for my son but also took the time to listen to my fears, ensuring I always felt heard and supported.
I was terrified that my son would get trapped in the system, and I couldn’t eat or sleep. But Michael Haworth, with support from Mr. Hanlon, patiently addressed my concerns, presenting realistic options without making unattainable promises. They were committed to resolving this issue, and they did exactly that.
I still believe in “law and order,” but this experience opened my eyes to how one bad apple can tarnish people’s view of law enforcement. This officer seemed determined to ruin my 14-year-old son’s life by pushing for a potential prison sentence when he could have chosen a less severe path to teach him a lesson. He also called multiple times once he had nothing to do with it asking questions that the only motive could be to cause some sort of harm on my child, who is doing great now btw.
Without Michael Haworth and Mr. Hanlon, my son might have faced a much harsher outcome. They approached the case with creativity and genuine care, always communicating clearly and making me feel confident in their representation. They are truly experts in juvenile law, and their experience and knowledge made all the difference.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many attorneys—both corporate and criminal—through my business and for legal matters involving friends, employees, and family. Most attorneys don’t communicate well or fight as hard as they would for their own family. But Michael Haworth and Mr. Hanlon are different. They provided multiple strategies and thought outside the box to make this situation go away. Very few attorneys have such extensive experience and understanding of the legal system for minors in Florida.

Mr. Hanlon and his firm aggressively defended my rights and worked with his counter part from the state's attorney's office..They reviewed the case and it was determined that these charges filed against me should be dropped. As it turns out, my case was resolved before my trial date.

We hired Andrew to help us when our insurance company denied our claim when water and sewage damage completely destroyed our Florica Condominium. Even though Andrew made several phone calls and wrote an initial letter, the company continued to deny our claim. He was persistent and continued to help us negotiate with the company until we finally received a fair monetary settlement. Yes, I think he lived up to his reputation as one of the 3 best guardianship attys. in Pinellas County, and, by far--by a way-way long shot--the most efficient in my time and costs. I was so glad he handled my case. He was so good to us that my husband, who suffered from dementia, trusted him before his OWN attorney afterwards. And I think that attests to what a straight arrow Mr. Pearse is. We put our trust in his personal integrity and honor, and we were glad, all through and in the end, that we had done so. Mr. Lonzo was referred to me by another attorney who could not handle my complicated case. Mr. Lonzo was the 3rd attorney I'd had on my civil case in the past 4.5 years. Within 2.5 hours, he had managed to accomplish what the prior 2 attorneys could not or would not do and had my case settled out of court within two days without going to trial.
Mr. Lonzo has a "heart" for justice like I've not seen in any prior attorney I've worked with in several years of family litigation and civil litigation.

It is stressful finding the precise attorney to rectify an unlawful/unethical housing conflict within a condominium association. I called Vincent when my HOA had filed a lawsuit against me. He took my call, proceeded to calmly explain my situation and my opinions. Instead of just taking my money upfront (which many other attorneys would), he advised me to make an attempt to negotiate with HOA. And then call him back.

I have been dealing with driving without a license for several years about eight to be exact I had gone through a couple of public defenders and paid attorneys from Naples to Fort Myers to Sarasota and here in St Petersburg. I've spent a lot of money and spent a lot of time in jail because of this even accepted a felony charge I was on the telephone with Miss Johansson explaining my situation, with in not even 15 minutes she precisely explained the law to me and that I should have never spent even one minute in jail or been convicted as a felon because my license was suspended for fines just blew me away when we went to court in front of the same judge who had convicted me of the felony missed your handsome was calm cool collective and very professional my opinion the only professional in the building at that time.
Should I ever get in trouble again with the law I will go directly to Ms Johansson and I'd recommend you do the same God bless have a great day.

I am pleased to write a review on Jeffrey Eisel because he did an excellent, excellent job for us as our Attorney. My sister and I were compelled to litigate when Trustees failed in many ways as fiduciaries on a family trust. Mr. Eisel was referred to us by another lawyer I knew (one who did not practice the type of law we required). We were particular in the kind of lawyer we were seeking since the issues at hand were sensitive and hit us personally on account of unethical family. He understood that and never treated us as anything less. He helped us navigate the less personal side of the legalities and did it with genuine care. However, genuine care was combined with tenaciousness. Mr Eisel is polite, informative and once the perfect opportunity is presented, commands from the room a deep respect. Although respectful, he is not easily dispelled, which is a touch combination to find. Mr. Eisel is very, very good with details and very, very good at presenting his side of the information with confidence. Jill A. Schuh handled a case for me when I was at the worst time of my life. She took my case at a discounted fee because she understood my financial situation (which other Attorneys don't care about). She took all my calls, was very assertive and took the time to listen.
