After doing an initial consultation with Lyndsay in regards to a child support dispute, I felt very confident that Lyndsay was the right attorney for the job. The family court system is very subjective and tough to navigate. Lyndsay handled my case like the expert in the field that she is.
In the end, you should pick an attorney that can get you results. Lyndsay presented the merits of my case, worked out a suitable settlement, and ultimately got the results I needed. And she did so, without charging an exorbitant rate.

After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation.
I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife:
Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report.
He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. Unlike some attorneys, Gary is soft spoken; explains his recommendations, and lets his client make all important decisions with guidance, rather than dictation, from him. He is also well-respected in the Colorado personal-injury legal community.

I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. It took over 3 years, but a fair settlement was reached, and I feel I can move on with my life. I would recommend Gary without reservation.

I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. I was working with another attorney and was getting the run around. I was rear ended by a meth head but the attorney didn’t do a thing. I got hit by a drunk driver in a high speed head on collision where my head shattered the windshield. I had serious injuries to my head, neck, back and leg. I recently got a speeding ticket and had Mr. Friedman represent me in court. I thought the ticket was unfair and Mr. Friedman traveled 2 hours to appear in Court on my behalf, argued my case and reduced my points from 6 to 3 and my fine from $250 to $100. I felt I had legal issues that were not being handled correctly by my retained attorney and called Mr. Cohen for a consultation as I was looking to replace my other attorney. Mr. Cohen was very matter of fact but helpful with options available to me that either he or my other attorney could assist me with. We reached the conclusion that I didn't need his legal services but nor did I need my current attorney to continue with the current path because it would not change the inevitable outcome. As much as I wanted Mr. Cohen to wave his magic wand and fix my problems I had peace of mind that I received sound legal advice from him. He went above and beyond what a normal free consultation would entail. I never felt that he was in a rush to get me off the phone or pressure me to hire him to provide legal services. Rob was straight to the point and didn't pull any punches, It was not the answer i was looking or hoping for but it was the correct, legal one that let me know where I stood on this matter.

After an painstakingly difficult custody battle with my ex, Rene’ was able to get me 50/50 parenting time of my son. I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me.
