Attorney Stephen Sobin was efficient, personable, on point, knowledgeable about the matter, and very accessible. He wasted no time in coming to a very agreeable r solution. He is extremely bright and was able to provide his analysis in "plain language". Attorney Sobin was very easy to deal with and always returned my calls regarding questions in an expeditious manner.
After my first experience with Attorney Sobin, I again consulted with him on other unrelated matters (a probate matter and a professional work-related complex right of publicity type legal entertainment matter. He was able to deal with both without a problem. He's a very intelligent attorney who is quite competent in handling any and all questions I've posed -- even those which he typically would not be expected to be proficient in. The levels of difficulties varied in all of matters Attorney Sobin handled for me, and he dealt with them all in an efficient, successful manner. Attorney Sobin recently represented me on my motor vehicle accident case, and I have to say that his work ethic combined with his empathy was extraordinary. He treated me as if my case were the only one on his desk, which I know was the farthest thing from the truth. Attorney Sobin was always available to answer my many, many questions and never once made me feel bad about my inquisitive nature. He managed to seek out little details that I think even surprised the opposing attorney! At times I was unsure that I wanted to follow through due to the long process, but his confidence in my case kept me going. Ultimately, it paid off! We hired Tim and his firm to help on a managed care dispute where we felt we were owed a significant amount of money and were having difficulties resolving it independently. They handled the case impeccably. Their inside knowledge of the company and the people involved was instrumental and helped expedite things. They researched our claims thoroughly and put together a case that was almost impossible to dispute. Most importantly, they were appropriately aggressive and achieved an extremely favorable outcome for us but did it in a way that allowed us to maintain a cordial continuing relationship with the company. We have dealt with many lawyers and many firms and this was one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had.
On a personal level, Tim was a pleasure to work with. He is calm, reassuring, does not patronize, lays out both the good and the bad, is timely and stands by his work. Everyone at the firm was professional and always helpful.

Attorney Jennifer Rossi recently represented me in an issue that had me at odds with the State of Ct Health Dept. The State either wanted me to fix a “problem” with a job I performed many years ago or hand them my license to do business in Ct. Atty. Rossi was completely successful in defending me and the case was dropped. I was impressed by her attention to detail, and her dogged pursuit of this matter. She showed an expertise where a few other attorneys I contacted feared to go or were going to research the statutes, or put their younger staff members on it all on my dime. Twenty-two years ago I received a notice from a lawyer representing a vendor over a relatively small bill that I firmly felt was bogus. Went to my lawyer and he agreed the claim was weak at best and would likely be voided if the vendor/lawyer pursued the claim. My lawyer then recognized who the notice was from - Kerry M. Wisser. At that point he indicated it might well be better to just pay the bill rather than go up against Mr. Wisser. Being quite stubborn and armed with solid facts I excused my lawyer and would handle this claim myself. I contacted Mr. Wisser and over a period of a month spoke to him no less than a handful of times. Mr. Wisser's advocacy for his client was creative and unbending, to the point he made me feel I in fact owed the contested amount. Not being able to convince Mr. Wisser to drop the claim I attempted to negotiate and settle it, that didn't work either. Finally, I agreed to pay the entire amount under one condition - Mr. Wisser would meet for lunch and pick up the tab. Paying that bogus bill was the best money I have ever spent. From that luncheon to this day Mr. Wisser has represented me exclusively in all ligation matters both offensively and defensively with great success. I recommend few people because of the obvious responsibility for such a recommendation. However, I have easily recommended Mr. Wisser to at least a couple of dozen individuals who have utilized his services over the years and I have never heard anything but glowing thank you's. If your looking for a lawyer that is as comfortable in a courtroom as he is at a ball game, he's your man. Kerry M. Wisser is in a class by himself!

I am in the type of business where litigation does come up at times, and I have found Kerry Wisser to be a super lawyer in the affairs that he has managed for me. He has accomplished things involving cases that I have been involved with that I know other lawyers just wouldn't have been able to do. I have found that nobody can pull the wool over Kerry's eyes. He knows the law in and out and he knows how to apply it in the best way possible to protect and / or promote his client. There can be a lot laying on the line with any case. And there are many lawyers out there to choose from. However, just getting a lawyer for the sake of having a lawyer is not the way to handle it. I have found that if I really want to give my self the best possible chance of winning, it's not just any lawyer that can make a difference but what lawyer. So when I have a case come up, I know that hiring Kerry will put me in the best and strongest possible position to achieve a favorable out come to my case.

My husband and I recently had some hardships and had to file for bankruptcy and foreclose on our home. Attorney Antonacci and his colleagues were there for us every step of the way. We utilized Mr. Burdett over the course of 4 years after having had a bad experience with another lawyer. He is well versed in the law but is also well respected by his peers and the judges, putting him in a position to negotiate or take a stand as needed. He is very effective at litigating and retains details as needed to react on his feet to counter arguments. That being said, he does not waste time or money on frivolous motions and billing. He tries to find the most effective way to solve the problem at hand and works at it efficiently. I highly recommend him, especially in cases that involve children and that may be more complex.

First I would like to say that if it were not for the fact I consider Attorney Donofrio to be one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever meet, I would not even consider writing a review.
in addition, while his responsiveness and keeping his clients informed of all on going situations is with out question, his most important value is his knowledge, and ability to communicate that knowledge.
Specifically on the municipal side, there is no delay in looking up statue or precedent, his experience has that information at his finger tips. Of course there are situations that require research, but what i would refer to as the bread and butter issues are answered to departments heads instantly.
In regards to construction contract documents, ordinances,and opinion drafted, I have found his legal opinions to clear and precise. Designed to be fair while protecting the towns position.
In reference to construction law,(non municipal side) I have used Attorney Donofrio on several occasions and I have been more impressed then my dealing with him on the municipal side. His service has resulted in at times a positive outcome or a outcome that was mitigated as best as possible.
I have in cases of arbitration, I have always felt I had the best lawyer in the room.
in closing it would be hard to find a better lawyer then Attorney Donofrio, he is a credit to his profession.

I'm currently working with Attorney Chris Wall regarding a disaster at my home, and a claim against my neighbors who caused it. I can truly say that I couldn't be happier with all he has done for my family. He was there for us on Day 1, helping us scramble to pick up the pieces and make sense of what happened, and what was going to happen in the coming months. Chris and the paralegals at his office (who are also super nice and helpful) have made themselves available to us at a moment's notice whenever we need them, which is not something you get with a huge firm, but I think is really a reflection of them being in our community for many years and really caring about who they do business with (my other family members have worked with Wall, Wall, and Frauenhofer many times over the years). My husband and I have so much on our plate right now, we're stressed about so many things in our lives, but Chris has taken so much of the burden off of our shoulders. It's a huge relief to know that I don't have to be an expert in all of the legal and insurance issues we're dealing with, since he's helping us every step of the way. Whenever I'm in doubt, or overwhelmed, or just have a question, I can speak to him and he'll walk me through what's going on, and gives me advice or direction, and so far everything he's advised us to do has been the right move. Being able to trust that he'll guide us in the right direction is HUGE, and not something you find every day (in a lawyer or anyone else for that matter!). I think what I like best about working with Chris, though, is that not only is he an expert in his field and always very professional, respectful, and thorough, he has shown genuine concern for my family's well-being during this whole ordeal. I was a client of Attorney Laudati.
He knows the judicial system inside out and directs you through the myriad of courts and paperwork.
The advantage of Attorney Laudati is how available he makes himself to your questions and explanations. There was nothing I did not like about his services. He saw me through my divorce and always made me aware of the pitfalls and aftermath of the process.
I don't think there could be a better attorney in the Hartford County circa than this lawyer.

My case seemed simple at first. I believed I owned my condo and that it was in a Grantors Trust with my brother as Trustee. I wanted to do a reverse mortgage. Turned out we had to dissolve the Trust and that was was very complicated indeed. Amy was awesome. She was creative, persistent, pro-active and diligent throughout the course of the very long year it took for this extremely difficult transaction to take place. Tony was suggested to me by another attorney. This was an motor vehicle accident where I was rear ended. Insurance company wanted to settle for 2k. I tried to work with them with out an attorney bad move. Tony came in and when they didn’t offer a fair settlement we went to trial - he was prepared and did a great job with jury selection. Atty. Minchella represented my law firm and me personally when my ex-wife (also a lawyer) filed a lawsuit against me - years after our divorce was finalized and after a lengthy trial. What she didn't get from the state family court Judge, she tried to get by attempting an end run in Federal Court - claiming the lawsuit was a contractual claim pursuant to our former law partnership and thus "wasn't part of" the earlier divorce case. Needless to say, I was worried and thought I had seen the end of this woman's constant legal maneuvering and scheming. Plus, there was potentially millions of additional dollars at stake. Atty. Minchella stepped in and after a long fight, convinced the Federal Judge that the claim was baseless and contrary to the existing law. The case was dismissed and judgment entered in my favor. Attorney Hwang, in my opinion, did a great job coaching me through "the process". Sure, I was furious, and ready to sue my former partner (probably at great expense) but Sung-Ho showed me reality (at least for my case) and helped apply enough pressure to capture what was a good settlement. There's always risk in doing business but it was refreshing to see the process actually work. Specifically, Attorney Hwang help me recover funds that were invested in a (former) friends company via a convertible note. Later on, after the business failed, rather than providing assets/IP to the lien holders, as the owner should have, he sold himself all of the company IP, subsequently exchanging it for a large position in yet another company. The owner told me the IP had no value but yet he exchanged it for nearly 30% of another company? Anyway, a morally and ethically corrupt former friend got what he deserved and I got a reasonable settlement. I learned a hard lesson. Good coaching, reasonable fee, and I got closure and a good settlement.

I live in north central North Dakota. I love the state, and area, and it has been home my entire life. The problem with the area is that, through past trials and tribulations, I know, as does anyone else living locally, that finding a lawyer that is willing to work with you is near impossible, especially in civil cases. In talking to a friend, I was given the name of Jonathan Friedler, and his current firm, Solem Law Office, based out of Beulah, North Dakota. I had been served a temporary, yet false domestic violence protection order. The order certainly infringed on my constitutial rights, and after a lot of back and forth within myself I decided I should find legal consultation. I left the time frame fairly narrow at this point. I contacted Jonathan four days before my court appearance date, and without even asking for a penny, he went to work for me in an extrodinary amount of time. He helped me file the proper paperwork, and left me with an amazing sense of ease. He assured me that we would get through this, and I did not doubt the urgency and honest infliction he put upon his words. To cut a long story short, I won on my day in court, with the help of an honest man trying to help a fellow human. That is almost unheard of these days, and he completely shattered my expectations. He went as far as to have given me every piece of advice possible to a common man, to have told me that he lives a fair amount of miles away, and that I could retain the documents he had drafted and brought it to a lawyer who was closer to save me money. I was not having any part of that. When a person puts in the type of work Jonathan did in the time frame he was given, they should be awarded with your business. In short, the decision to hire Jonathan was a calculated one, in that I knew I was working with someone who actually took the time to care, and understood every part of the law. I recommend him, in the fullest reguard to anyone else who needs representation.

I have been going through some extremely trying family issues as of lately. My son was taken across state lines without my consent, and the only way to get him back was to file through the courts and start the custody proceedings.
