I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I met Karen when she represented several people in a minimum-wage/overtime case with a previous employer. Although the process took quite some time to resolve, Karen was honest, straightforward, and forthcoming throughout the process.
But that's not the reason I'm taking time to write the review.
Towards the end of the mitigation, it became obvious that Karen and her firm were not going to be making much money (if any) on our case, even if we "won." That's when she proved that not all lawyers are snakes. Karen made recommendations to each of the members of our case based on what would be best for us, even at the cost of her own financial gain. That's incredible, it really is. I ended up walking away with a settlement check that was more than I had anticipated and a new found faith in at least one lawyer. I mean, all lawyers have passed the bar, but how many can you trust? I can submit Karen as one of that number. If you're reading this review, save yourself the time of reading more and just hire her.

I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. We had a case that was being handled by another firm and just before trial we were told that there was a conflict..... Thankfully we were referred to John Case and he took on our case though it was a tough situation pushed through all the obstacles and got a final resolution to a very emotional and stressful ordeal, from an injury sustained and no one would come forward even though there were plenty of witnesses, he and his investigators stayed diligent and sent the message that got this case resolved with the best results that could be had. we are very greatful to him for all his hard work!

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Mr. Casey helped me with a car accident in 2024. I was hit from the rear at about 30 mph by a pickup and ended up injured and with a totaled car. Mr. Casey stepped in as my shield against the risks and aggravation of dealing with the insurance company on my own. The entire process went much more smoothly because he was there to support me.
Throughout the entire ordeal, Mr. Casey was responsive, warm, experienced, and never rushed. I called his firm as soon as I knew an injury was involved and was able to sign him as my representative the same day. He was usually available to pick up the phone right away and, if not, never failed to return my calls quickly. His experience was invaluable, too, because it saved me pointless effort bickering over issues for which my evidence didn't support an outcome in my favor. Yet, simultaneously, he pointed me toward issues I never would have known to pursue that helped to round out my total compensation and compensate for the weaker areas of my case.
I was always honest with him and we turned out to be matched well in terms of integrity. He never ignored inconvenient facts of my case or coached me in any way to get me to fit the bill for a person with worse injuries than I truly had. I respect that kind of honesty. I will absolutely call him again should the need arise.

My case in the hands of a bad lawyer would have been a disaster. I found Michael on Avvo after reading all the great reviews. I knew my immigration case was complicated after one lawyer told me she could not in all honesty take it on, because she would be putting me in danger of deportation. The second lawyer just didn't seem capable at all. When i brought my case to Micheal, he carefully looked at everything i had, did amazing research and was able to reassure me that i might have a good chance to adjust my status.
