I was working with another attorney and was getting the run around. I was rear ended by a meth head but the attorney didn’t do a thing. After a year of inactivity he accepted what was offered by the insurance companies. I contacted Marc during this fiasco and he kept me advised and helped me at no charge. I got hit by a drunk driver in a high speed head on collision where my head shattered the windshield. I had serious injuries to my head, neck, back and leg. I was unable to work for a long time because of the accident. I was with another injury lawyer that didn't care about me and and wasn't doing anything on my case. I then hired Marc and everything changed for the best. He followed through, worked hard, met with me many times and my doctors. And, we got a great settlement. I felt I had legal issues that were not being handled correctly by my retained attorney and called Mr. Cohen for a consultation as I was looking to replace my other attorney. Mr. Cohen was very matter of fact but helpful with options available to me that either he or my other attorney could assist me with. We reached the conclusion that I didn't need his legal services but nor did I need my current attorney to continue with the current path because it would not change the inevitable outcome. As much as I wanted Mr. Cohen to wave his magic wand and fix my problems I had peace of mind that I received sound legal advice from him. He went above and beyond what a normal free consultation would entail. I never felt that he was in a rush to get me off the phone or pressure me to hire him to provide legal services. Had a problem with a bankruptcy from 6 years previous and the lawyer that i had used in this case was no longer available.
I went in for a consultation with with Rob to see if there was anything that his office could do.
Rob was straight to the point and didn't pull any punches, It was not the answer i was looking or hoping for but it was the correct, legal one that let me know where I stood on this matter.

Mr. Okunade helped me with a contract dispute I had with an interior designer I hired to assist in a house remodel. Her promise to reimburse me the unused portion of my deposit went unfulfilled and after repeated attempts to contact her for a quick resolution, I decided to hire Mr. Okunade.
He reviewed my case, the contract, all emails involved and felt confident my complaints had merit. He handled everything in a timely manner, kept me informed of every step in the process and resolved the dispute much more quickly than I could have ever hoped.

I reached out to Josh for help with an off market real estate acquisition, more specifically drafting and negotiating the contract. The seller was a foreign investor and his lawyer was clearly not a real estate attorney. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, regularly available, had great communication skills and offered a wealth of information, explaining clauses and/or issues in plain english terms. He also worked with the non-real estate attorney to address his / the seller's issues, pushing back on the many non-standard requests for changes to the contract. He was instrumental to getting the deal closed quickly. I highly recommend Josh to anybody needing real estate related legal services.

I really liked talking with Euell. I Don't like dealing with legal issues at all I was very stressed out over my problem. Talking with Euell was calming and I felt Euell and the staff would stay on top of what needed to happen. Euell and the staff at livelihood law kept up regular communications with me. This was huge for making me feel at ease. Euell was easy to talk to and easy to understand. I felt like he would answer any question and I felt like he would take whatever time was needed. Euell’s approach to my case, seamed outside the box to me, not being a lawyer. This was instrumental though, in setting outside of court. I’m leaving feeling vindicated, I’m a case that was an uphill battle.
Although it’s never easy to lose a job. I was devastated to lose a job of 15 years, and second in seniority. Euell definitely gave me a since of not feeling hopeless. Yet was still being realistic with possible outcomes.
In the end, Euell was able to provide a favorable outcome for me. By keeping pressure on the opposing counsel and my former employer. I would not play poker with this man!

I used Euell with a workplace harassment and retaliation case. With Euell's wonderful assistance I was able to negotiate an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My situation was unusual as I had not been terminated, but had an open EEOC/CCRC case and Euell was able to hop right in and assist me with my case.
Even during the strange environment of the C-19 pandemic, Euell did an excellent job guiding me through the process related to resolving my claim through the virtual environment just as well as I believe he would have done in person.

I strongly recommend this lawyer because Mr. Turner Field has certain qualities which we don't generally see in attorneys like responsiveness , very thorough and toy feel confident. Mr. Turner recently helped me in one of the uncommon case "abuse of process" and he went thoroughly and made the well written pleading. He was very good in guiding me as per the laws and rules in CO jurisdiction.
Secondly, he was very- very flexible in all aspects when you take other attorneys views, your payment plan , your monthly invoices and even any criticism.

Mike represented me in an insurance matter that was brought on by a presumed multiple PHd attorney. Mike was so well prepared the litigation once presented in court was hopeless. It was most interesting to see the opposition reduced to foolish rhetoric and admonished by the judge. I should have countersued but I find all of this unpleasant and non productive to a healthy society.
I would trust Mike to defend my children if need be. He means business without the hyperbole.
