From the time I contacted Mr. Carr until our date in front of the judge, Chris showed professionalism by knowing the law, my rights, and communicating all aspects of my case to me. In front of the judge, he explained the facts of the case in the same manner as I told them to him. This showed how importnat I was to him and it built a relationship of trust that I never expected to have for a lawyer. I appreciate everything he did and the way he handled my case.

Mr. Carr understands the legal process and has an appreciation for it more than most attorneys I have ever met. By representing a criminal case, there is an obligation to the client but also an obligation to the truth. Chris is fair and accurate on both accounts. Getting a more than fair judgment is what you will get if you work with Chris and his firm. There are very few folks that are willing to fight so hard for a client knowing that some clients make it impossible. I have seen that first hand in many court rooms and just appreciate his integrity and advice. He is always willing to take time to listen and recommend options, but at the same time he does allow clients like me to make the final decision. He will settle or go to trial depending on client wishes, but only after he explains the legal process and the reality of the outcomes on both ends.

Chris did a great job on a speeding ticket I received a couple of years ago. He was able to plead my speeding ticket down so it would not go on my record. He saved my driving record and prevented my insurance from sky rocketing. Chris has also provided me some great advise on a recent photo enforcement ticket for a red light violation.
Chris was straight forward with his fees, and what he could do for me in my situation. He is the lawyer I trust to go to if I am in a legal situation and my first call for legal advise.

Harris Law Firm has done a wonderful job on my divorce. I would like to thank Kim Gent and her paralegal Maureen McAllister for all the hard work they have done. Dealing with the back and forth with the petitioner and their attorney and really paying attention and handling the responses from the petitioner, her attorney. I was really glad that Kim and Maureen got them to settle out of court to where we wouldn't have to make an appearance. I am still working with Kim and Maureen because there are some other things the petitioner still has to sign and get notarized. I like that they still want to help until every little things are completely done. Even though the divorce is over and I don't want to have any contact with the petitioner, and they understand that. Kim and Maureen have always listened to me and gave their opinion and figure out our strategy on how to approach the situation. We recently moved Jarret and his bill is yet to be paid. If your looking for a lawyer don't look here. We reimbursed him 22.50 for a 4-6 dollar planter. He owes us over a thousand dollars and we may have to take him to small claims court. I can't say he's a bad lawyer because I'm not sure but if you are serviced and your only gripe is a 6 dollar planter that we told you we felt uncomfortable moving was broke. Then you found a way to not pay while it looks like you did. Jarret Benson has no morals. Find a lawyer who will have a ethical code.

Danny Foster was beyond fabulous helping me w my pi claim as I was hit by a car while riding my road bike. Not only did he get me top dollar for my claim but he was straight forward, calm and dealt w me directly. I spoke to 2 other law firms to handle my case and came away from those meetings feeling like I a ping pong ball being passed around the office of intense lawyers. Mr. Israel hired me to perform work for him as a process server on his various cases. Towards the end of 2022, beginning of 2023 Mr. Israel stopped responding to my calls, emails, etc.
Mr. Israel does not contact me, return any communication, respond to third party debt collectors, law enforcement, or any other person I have reach out to him.
**2024 update**
Mr Israel now has a judgment against him for invoices owed to me. A court has found that he did in fact owe me money, that he did in fact not pay, and failed to follow the court ordered stipulation agreement. He continues to refuse to pay, defying court orders, judges orders, and the legal process entirely. I will continue to update this review as the process continues.

In the beginning it felt like this firm truly had my children's best interest at heart. My case played out for over 3 years. After "winning" at trial with further litigation to take place, I was struck with an uneasy feeling. I felt bullied into a settlement as the attorneys were fed up with my case. Many people had told me over the duration of my case that things weren't quite adding up and that my attorney did not seem to have our best interests at heart. I began to reflect on the case and all the inconsistencies, placating to the other side and capitulating to them as well. I then conferred with another attorney and ended up retaining her services to finish out my case. Upon the new attorney's review of my case, she stated this case was a mess, and she was flabbergasted at all the litigation that was allowed to take place. She mentioned there was a much more direct way to have gone about this case, less money and time wasted, not to mention my children's mental and emotional health. My worst feelings had been confirmed. It is a relief to finally have someone on my case who is truly for the children and not the money.

I hope for the future Google Reviews can provide an option of (—) Negative starts in the mean time I’m gonna rate this little mediocre house “business” a — 9. I schedule an appointment with a month of anticipation for March 18th on the first place, mind you I create this appointment around February if not sooner around last weeks of January. I call to confirm on March 15th to my surprise a lady answers and says “we hope you called us back, we are gonna have to reschedule due the person in charge of your case is out for an audience” My initial thought was, there’s no one else that can take my case? There’s just one lawyer? Didn’t thought that much of it, they rescheduled me for today April 8th at 4pm. I call today in the early morning to confirm my appointment before I do so I found a v-m in my phone form some lady saying “please call us back as soon as you hear this” so I do, for my surprised the First Lady that answers doesn’t have any idea of how to help me, they transferred me with another person and this one tells me we are gonna have to reschedule the reschedule ONCE AGAIN! Due the lawyer taking your case is out sick.” I am beyond upset at this point, this is the second time they rescheduled me! I told the lady the that was unacceptable, she give me the option to come tomorrow and the I told her that I couldn’t be missing work, I already asked for the evening off so to please let me keep the same time and to find me another lawyer that could take care of my case. This lady proceeds to tell me “yes, let me see what I can do and I would give you a callback.” This happens at 10:23am for the rest of the day I never received a call, email, text, message , fire sign or anything from this person. So, if you are desperate, have limited funds and need assistance ASAP please AVOID THIS little piece of trash !! They would waste your time, resources, money, gas and words. Spend the extra fees in someone that actually follows direction, mean what they say and has genuine word, not this little circus. Do better , y’all playing with peoples lives and time. Shame on you and your ancestors!!!!

They used to be Cantafio and Hammond. Their employment lawyer Christine Breen took my case, when I was at my lowest, just let go after years of workplace bullying, and recently retaliated against for whistleblowing, and contemplating suing my employer. She promised to help, but then was MIA and refused to return calls. Yet she charged $2000 doing work no one asked her to do, as I already signed a severance agreement not to sue. She never wrote a demand letter. Never did anything substantial, except wrote 2 emails. I had to tell her to cease and desist charging me. I had to bring this case to the bar association. She immediately called, yelling, you agreed to pay this amount. We negotiated, and she reduced it by a few hundred. I should've gone to the bar association and got her disbarred. When you are at your most vulnerable, you cannot trust these people.

They used to be Cantafio and Hammond. Their employment lawyer Christine Breen took my case, when I was at my lowest, just let go after years of workplace bullying, and recently retaliated against for whistleblowing, and contemplating suing my employer. She promised to help, but then was MIA and refused to return calls. Yet she charged $2000 doing work no one asked her to do, as I already signed a severance agreement not to sue. She never wrote a demand letter. Never did anything substantial, except wrote 2 emails. I had to tell her to cease and desist charging me. I had to bring this case to the bar association. She immediately called, yelling, you agreed to pay this amount. We negotiated, and she reduced it by a few hundred. I should've gone to the bar association and got her disbarred.
