I had the good fortune to work with Ginger on a workplace issue involving discrimination. From the first phone call Ginger showed the utmost integrity and knowledge on the subject. She was patient and engaged in hearing about the situation, very upfront about my options, and throughout the process provided clear information to help guide my decisions. Let me begin by saying that I had consulted previously with a place I found from googling "top sexual harassment lawyers" that told me I had no case (too bad for them!!). I thought I would give it another shot (believing I truly had a good case), and found Ginger here on Avvo. She gave me such a sense of relief after our first point of contact. Not only did she explain all of my options, including but not limited to the ones where she felt I could rectify my situation without a lawyer, but she did so unbiasedly. I never felt that she was trying to push me in one way or the other, and she made sure I had adequate time to think about any of my steps moving forward. After deciding on pursuing my case, she set up a two hour zoom meeting where she heard every aspect of my story. I never once felt judged, or belittled. I could tell she was thorough in asking me the types of questions in order to get information I wouldn't have even though of mentioning prior. The compilation of events was put together in an extremely professional well-written letter to the harasser. Throughout the time of negotiations, Ginger was always prompt to fill me in with any news, answer any questions I had, and always gave her honest opinion on given situations. Long story short, in about 4-5 months we reached a mutually satisfactory outcome. I could not be happier with her effectiveness and professionalism. Ginger is not only a great lawyer, but a compassionate and caring individual. She fought so hard for me and made sure I would be happy with the results. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I happened to call Nancy looking for a female lawyer to help me with a medical malpractice case. She wouldn't take the case on personally, because she felt my specific case required someone with expertise in the area. However, she spent the next year finding me the best lawyers to talk to, she fought for my records and gave me the emotional and psychological support that was well beyond any call of duty. She gave her time, diligence and unwavering support because that's who she is, not what she does.
There are no words to describe the professionalism combined with true connection that Nancy brings to her clients-Heck, I wasn't even one!

Nancy is smart, knowledgeable of the law and very personable. She is tough and fights for your rights. I went all over Doylestown trying to find an attorney who would accept my case after my house was wrongly sold in a tax sale. When the other attorneys said to me you will never win and there was only one case where they overturned a tax sale. Nancy took the time to listen to me explain what happened and she said I cannot promise anything but I will help you! She was like an angel sent from God! I feel truly blessed to have found attorney Cheryl Garber. Throughout my case, Cheryl was consistent in her communication and professionalism, and was always empathic to my situation. Michael was the best attorney that I ever dealt with in my entire life! His fees were extremely fair and his service was top notch! He was able to handle my situation quickly and get results. I have read all the other reviews and I wish I could give 10 stars. I was with a larger law firm after a very difficult time in my life, and it was all about the money and the fact that they couldn’t make enough so they couldn’t take my case. It was like that saying when God closes a door somewhere he opens a window. It was then I found this incredible law firm and my attorney was Tiffanie Benfer. She walked me through everything. She called me. It was incredibly shocking because attorneys don’t call people. They have other people call you. The whole we will have our people call your people. I could ask a question in an email or text on the weekend and get a call back ON THE WEEKEND! Tiffanie was with her family but took the time to answer my question because I was concerned and scared. She would actually apologize if it took her a few days because she had been in court or have her staff call me to say she’s in court and then she would call me that night after a long day my Attorney would call me on her family time. She didn’t push me to accept settlements or decisions she knew were wrong just to get my case over with. The staff was incredible. It’s like dealing with people who really care about you.. Thank you.

In addition to handling our family's legal matters, Mr. Pratt came to my rescue when I received a phone call from a "Bucks County Sherif," claiming there were warrants out for my arrest if I did not pay the fine in full that same day. I freaked out. Richard received a call from my father, turned his car around from his drive to Philly for an event and made sure I was not in fact a fugitive with 3 different police departments. Scott taught me things I'll remember for awhile, the bond between an attorney and client who never even met in person was the most comfortable, and heavily appreciated experience I had in a matter like this so far. Unfortunately using this firm set me back years. I used Jessica Pritchard originally for my Custody battle and she pawned me off on Liz, who was basically telling me I will never have hope with getting what I want. I ended up switching to Melanie, for an adoption process that we started in August. Turns out that come end of October, not one thing was done. I was disgusted to learn that no work was ever done except for the initial paperwork and clearances and immediately upon hiring a new lawyer everything was filed immediately and things are well underway. The lawyer should be reported to the ethics board as she should’ve taken time away from her job as she was dealing with personal issues that completely affected her performance. But instead I was lead on for months and had precious time wasted. When another firm already has done so much more for us in less than a month. Do not waste your time with this firm.

Great at finding ways to run up fees. Their billing practices should be illegal!!! Do not hire!!! They will not have your back they only want your wallet.
