Mr. Trichilo went above and beyond to help my husband and myself with his very challenging case. When we first contacted Mr. Trichilo my husbands case had been denied by the insurance company and he was able to have a Full Commission reverse the ruling. Because of that My husband received a substantial lump sum payment and MSA approved annuity to make sure all future medical needs are taken care of. This was our first case and involvement with any attorney and we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience and outcome.
We called and interviewed multiple attorneys when first deciding to hire a lawyer. Mr. Trichilo was the only one that told us what to expect and sent us the needed forms and engagement letter. He even followed up and asked if he could answer any questions.
Mr. Trichilo appears to be a gentle and soft spoken man when you first meet him. When it came time to go toe-to-toe with the big insurance company, we felt that we had the bigger dog in the fight! As a first time for sale by owner house seller I reached out to Rob based off of other reviews I had seen. I was not disappointed! He reviewed our contract before he even received the payment, always got back to us in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. It's hard to believe that a month ago I didn't even know Robert Pope. In the past few weeks, he has been the calm in a stormy sea. His manner has always been professional. His accessibility and competence have been reassuring during a most stressful time.

I retained Rathbun and Bateman in late September to assist with a commercial lease issue after multiple attempts at having it corrected with the landlord. During our six month court process...they were completely responsive and made me feel like I was their only client...even though I knew that wasn't the case. Dave Bateman presented my case efficiently and effectively. They were always available to answer my questions (which were many because I've never been in court), and presented me with all options available. After the case was over, he made sure I completely understood what had been granted, presented options, and scheduled a follow-up with me at a later date. As a business owner, having an issue with a landlord during an already stressful time has been daunting. Mr. Romanick and his associates work smartly and efficiently. We hired him for a collection matter that evolved into an adversary proceeding in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. These cases can be quite complicated and expensive. He always had a complete understanding of the complexities of our business. Lily Saffer is an excellent young lawyer with great legal skills, caring demeanor and strong customer skills. This young woman helped me defend against a Divorce proceeding being pushed by my wife's attorney. This attorney took advantage of my wife's health issues to push a case based on false information. The Divorce was eventually non-suited.

I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. He offered to work on either an hourly or flat fee, which was helpful as well. He kept in constant contact with me regarding both the case status as well as any information he might need from me.
Mr. Frazer presented all legal options to me during the process. For example, should we have lost, it was wise to have a stenographer there so we would have a court record to appeal the decision.
When we arrived at court, he presented a very well researched, developed and precedented argument. The judge was very impressed and agreed my case was "very well founded."
John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with.
I'm positive he is not only a good lawyer, but a good man, and has a firm grasp of the Constitution and the applied law associated with it.
