Lily Saffer is an excellent young lawyer with great legal skills, caring demeanor and strong customer skills. This young woman helped me defend against a Divorce proceeding being pushed by my wife's attorney. This attorney took advantage of my wife's health issues to push a case based on false information. The Divorce was eventually non-suited.
Lily helped explain many confusing legal areas, was prompt in returning calls and/or e-mails and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lily!

Was dealing with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute. Underage consumption of alcohol and possession of a weapon. Dark time in my life. I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. He offered to work on either an hourly or flat fee, which was helpful as well. He kept in constant contact with me regarding both the case status as well as any information he might need from me.
Mr. Frazer presented all legal options to me during the process. For example, should we have lost, it was wise to have a stenographer there so we would have a court record to appeal the decision.
When we arrived at court, he presented a very well researched, developed and precedented argument. The judge was very impressed and agreed my case was "very well founded."
John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with.
I'm positive he is not only a good lawyer, but a good man, and has a firm grasp of the Constitution and the applied law associated with it.

I originally booked a consultation last year with Pervaiz to discuss my options since I was going through divorce. I didn't have enough info for her during my 1 hour consultation so she cut my session short. So I ended up having a credit for 150$ from the 300$ hour consultation.
After I finalized my divorce amicably with my ex, I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation to write a Will. No Money was collected for this appointment, I just reminded them I had the credit still in my account and they confirmed. I called and emailed the day of my appointment to let them know I had a 103 fever and that I was very sick and I am not able to discuss anything related to a "Will". I mean how could you? With a high fever!! This is a serious topic and you need you full brain capacity to do so!!
Pervaiz refused to reschedule my appointment and they told me if I do not call at my appointment time that they will not allow me to reschedule.
I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and they can clearly tell I am not making my sickness up from the way I was coughing. I offered to send a doctor's note however she just decided to take the credit I have left with them instead of being empathetic with my situation! This clearly shows you that she doesn't care about people! And she just knew I had a credit and took it!
Sickness happens and this unpredictable. I will not recommend her to anyone especially after what happened to me!

I retained Michael Pritchard for the purpose of representing me in a OPM suitability allegation. I provided him with all the information that I had dating back several years. Mr Pritchard conducted an in-depth analysis of all the information. Conducted legal research on based on the allegations against me. He prepared a very detailed argument against their allegation with a very detailed backing. Once he completed the appeal he sent it to me for review & approval. I quickly approved his well documented appeal & moved forward with the process. After a waiting period, I received notice that my appeal was determined "favorable"!!
Without Mr Pritchard's assistance I'd likely be stuck on the outside looking in... I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Pritchard to anyone in need of legal assistance!!

Steven and his assistant Julia were and are the perfect professionals with the patience and expertise and experience to guide me through my first and hopefully last divorce. Jason Weis represented me in a post-divorce matter to look at spousal support. This case was a bit more complicated and required hiring a couple experts and Jason was awesome throughout everything. The experts he suggested were excellent and really helped our case. He and his whole team were extremely detail oriented, kind and polite to deal with (which makes a HUGE difference to me), and were really thinking about every angle and aspect to make sure we presented the best possible case.
