I really waited a few months to write this review just to snap back to reality and actually think about what I wanted to write since becoming a client of this prestigious law firm. If there was a 10 star button I would select it in a blink of an eye. This law firm is nothing short of what it represents "Proper Defense"!!! I came to Sally when she was fresh on her own 6 years ago and man let me tell you that odds were against me and Sally always stayed profession and keep it real told me how it was and what needed to be done. Not once did Sally sugarcoat or attempt to deceive me most in society would. She is very professional and knows what she is talking about and Sally does not play around either. She comes off as a very understanding individual and actually cares about her clients and what truly happens it not about the money for Sally but the name that she stands on. Grateful to say that after a long time waiting Sally was able to successfully win my case and was excited to tell me the news that she woke me up out of my sleep on a Sunday!!! Llame a preguntar qué ocurrió, indicaron que habían problemas con las citas pactas, me pidieron que llame la siguiente semana lo realice nadie contestó, me volví a comunicar hoy me indicaron que saqué otra cita, antes de la fecha llame a ver si me agendaron o no 👎 muy mal servicio porque si uno llame, pregunta y decide sacar una cita es porque realmente está interesada en buscar este servicio. Me quedo con la mala experiencia ya que perdí mucho tiempo en esperar una cita que nunca se dio. Siento que debe haber una mejor atención, es más fácil ser honesto decir ya no tenemos citas este mes, ser honesto no hacer perder el tiempo a las personas.

Mr. Ball was enormously helpful during the entire process. He was very informative regarding the details of the discovery and pretrial mechanics and he worked vigorously and effectively behind the scenes to expedite the process as much as possible. I thought his preparation prior to deposition was detailed and appropriate. I had never needed a lawyer before so this was a new experience for me. Mike was recommended to me for my situation and I am very thankful. He was very personable, yet professional, and spent a lot of time researching my case to learn the facts. He wanted to know ME as well so obtained character references in addition to the two very experienced expert witnesses he obtained to support me. He was very open to my husband being involved (by phone, email and in person) and even included him as part of my defense. He was very good about "keeping me in the loop" as things transpired as the hearing approached and very quick to respond to my many email questions. Mike did his very best to represent me and I feel he did a great job. His calm presence and sense of humor during the hearing were added bonuses. When faced with termination without cause, I contacted and hired Dan to represent my interests.
