I had a family issue arise where difficult choices had to be made that could impact future generations. I found Mr. Betz to be wise and knowledgeable, and able to assist in looking at the options and long-term potential consequences of each one. Hello I am Reverend Michael Malouf , I would like to share a experience that we had with Mr Jason Miller . The year of 2010 was the most horrific year I have ever lived in the 62 years of my life. As most of the USA the foreclosures and laws changed dramatically. We were caught up in a very difficult situation as the Mortgage holder of a rather large valuable piece of property.
We had a rather nasty person who had quit making mortgage payments to us . This individual contested every way she could to try to steal this property from us and had it not been for Jason's wisdom and tenacious responses. We would have given up and lost our First note and deed of trust to a very dishonest person.
Jason knew every little legal maneuver and his timing was impeccable. I have had other lawyers and they were good but Jason Miller is leaps and bounds ahead every one I thought was good.
If anything ever goes sideways I can depend on this man to step up to the plate and he will hit a grand slam.
Jason is very honest and keeps me informed as to how the law works and at every turn. He has the correct answer.

I called because I was having issues with a landlord/tenant. I had called 10+ firms before them and all said they only side with landlords. Then I met Mr. Bradtke! I explained my situation, and was able to berate him with questions. Not only was he super helpful, he took time out of his day to reach out to other firms who have helped people in the same situation as I was going through. Seemed like a very nice person in the beginning, in the end - it is only about money. At almost $400 an hour, cases are not worth his time to litigate, I was told to go find a cheaper attorney. Incredibly entitled. Definitely in service to self, not others. Do not waste your time contacting him unless you're rich and can afford to pay him $50,000.

We came to Patrick with a lease termination and debt liability issue looking for a qualified opinion and guidance for next steps. Patrick has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable (at least for legal laymen like us). Mark was very diligent while fighting my case. Facing six felonies and three misdemeanors the outcome was not looking good. After hiring Mark, I was able to get only seven days in jail to be able to keep my job and participate in a drug court program. I was more than happy with the way he handled my case and would urge anyone with legal trouble to look into hiring him!

Emily Rysberg served as my divorce lawyer several years ago. I am 42 years old and am disabled due to a severe form of multiple sclerosis.
