I worked closely with Sheryl over a period of about five years from lawsuit filing through the trial and the appeal. We were plaintiffs on a breach of contract lawsuit for multi millions involving a major international corporation represented by a major firm that defended its client vigorously and aggressively. The case was lengthy and complex and turned on key documents, depositions and trial testimony for all of which Sheryl was the key player.
The jury awarded significant damages that were upheld.

The father of my child decided to file a paternity case in Texas (me and my daughter have always lived in California) and after talking to Matt on the phone - I knew he was the one to hire. We were both pretty much on the same page. Matt filed a Special Appearance on my behalf, wrote an amazing argument and I provided some exhibits. I was CONFIDENT that he would get it dismissed, however, we were really wanting to get the attorney's fees because of the dbag's wreckless behavior by filing the frivolous lawsuit. Matt was able to get the attorney's fees as well! It was VICTORIOUS!!! I did not have to make a trip to Texas. If you have jurisdiction issues in re: child custody matters, I would not hesitate to contact Matt! Apparently, he's done a few cases in regards to UCCJEA or state jurisdiction in general.

Jim and company represented me concerning a frivolous lawsuit.He was always punctual for meetings, hearings, court dates,filing of documents with the court, He was great with answers to my questions and when he was not sure of the answer Jim would take whatever time he needed to look up the answer, always returning phone calls,emails, and texts. Quick backstory, I was in an abusive relationship where my ex-husband essentially used all my personal information and buried me in debt that I had no idea about until I started receiving collection calls. He practically destroyed years of my life and after several law firms I was blessed to come across Weston Law, Nadeen Mahrous specifically.
