So happy to be able to check "get new wills" off the "to do" list. My husband and I had wills drawn up about 30 years ago when the kids we young (and we were too!). Needless to say many things have changed since then I knew the old wills were outdated but never seemed to get around to doing anything about it. A quick email to Mr. Schwemmer changed all that. Drafting, and filing the new documents, was easy and painless with with his guidance.

I've known Mr. Schwemmer since 2008. I've always regarded him as a very knowledgeable, and kind person. I was always welcome to ask him questions.
In late December, I was leaving my job. The day I told my boss when my last day was, my boss told me that I had to pay a fine, and lawyer bill from an incident that I had caused. I panicked. I did not make enough to be able to pay such money, and I didn't have anything saved up. After communicating with my family, I was told I should make sure I was legally obligated to do so, just in case.
I turned to Mr. Schwemmer for advice. I didn't know who else to turn to. I'm glad I talked to him. He was very attentive to my situation, and asked a lot of questions. He knew to get all the facts first. He was quick, and informative. He helped me even when it wasn't in his area of expertise. He made sure to cross-reference his information, and he gave me quotes of the information for my own use.
What impressed me most was that he helped me even though he knew we would not gain anything from it, other than my deepest thanks.

I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book.
When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago.
Thank God for Mr. DuBach's help- I wouldn't have my money without him. I'd recommend him and the entire law office to anyone in need of advice or legal help. Thank you again!

My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. He was a FANTASTIC advocate. I won my case at the hearing level and I owe that to the Hankey Law Office and Mr. DuBach.
The staff kept me informed during the appeals process. They helped with the paperwork, ordered my records and prepared me for the hearing. I was very nervous to go in front of the judge, but Mr. DuBach answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me.

Bob took on our case and filed an appeal for a custody judgement because he believed in our case and us. He is extremely qualified and knowledgeable in the law. Bob took the time to get to know us and our situation it made us feel good to know that he really cares about us and our family. Many, many times Bob took the time to listen patiently whether it was during a meeting, phone call, or before or after court to our worries, possible scenarios, and frustrations. Most busy lawyers like Bob wouldn't take the time to do that!
Our appeal ending up getting denied and together with Bob's advice we decided to file with the Supreme Court where our case was overturned. Thanks to Bob our family is now back together and we are very grateful for his services.
Throughout this whole process, Bob handled himself professionally and effectively. He took the extra time to research other cases to cite in our pleas. He never failed to communicate with us any updates in our case. Bob is a fantastic lawyer, a great person and family man and we highly recommend him.

I worked with Brian on the acquisition of our company by an overseas company. The negotiation on the sale/purchase agreement was fairly drawn out, and Brian gave excellent advice to us on the details of the agreement to make sure the deal ended up being favorable for us.
Brian has also advised us on many other matters including employee and contractor agreements, compliance with securities laws, supplier agreements, basically on all legal matters that most companies face.
We found Brian's legal advice to be well-thought out and pragmatic. We also really appreciate that he writes contracts in a more practical way than most attorneys, using more straight-forward language and structuring rather than traditional legal jargon.

I hired Patrick to deal with a matter. While it seemed to drag on and would never get any resolution due to the company I was suing, it did finally go to trial and I can't imagine any other attorney having such command of the courtroom. No matter what the final outcome I can be satisfied knowing he had my best interests in mind the entire time. Patrick is the one you want in the courtroom with you! I will forever be in his debt and he was most gracious with his billing. Not many lawyers give discounts but Patrick is one of them! I would recommend him to anyone.

I used Patrick McEuen to handle an insurance issue I had a with a local hospital. My surgeon tried to overcharge me due to his mis-diagnosis (refusal to take necessary tests prior to surgery). Patrick handled it with my insurance company, gathering all the details of their procedures in billing, and wrote several letters on my behalf to the hospital and also a collection agency. I was very impressed by him and how he took care of me even though it wasn't a huge case. I would definitely recommend him and his staff. He's very personal and I felt comfortable doing business with him.

I began working with Ted during a non-compete case with an ex-employer. I searched online for representation and thankfully I found the right person. My livelihood being at stake, Ted understood the importance and the determination on my behalf simply wasn't matched by the opposing counsel. I contacted Ted as an executive of an out of state business to help me maneuver a tricky mechanics lien situation that we encountered in Indiana. As I am not from the area I relied on Google research and hoped for the best. We feel like we made a great decision going with Ted and his firm. My wife and I met Brett when we hired his firm to initiate a very complicated law suit against my former employer. Syed Ali is currently working with my family in a case to help my son with autism in addition to many families of children with autism. My son attends an ABA center in which he is learning skills specifically tailored to his needs and level of cognitive understanding. His insurance company, which is mandated to cover ABA since our state has an autism mandate and ABA is considered an effective methodology for children with autism, is not covering the hours of ABA therapy that my son needs based on doctor and ABA specialist recommendations. Basically, our insurance company is breaking the law by making their own recommendations and cutting hours rather than covering the therapy based on expert recommendations. Syed Ali is trying to help my son receive the ABA hours that he so desperately needs and to maximize his ability to learn new skills and quality of life. Syed is a genuine attorney who is trying to help my son along with all children with autism who are of school age to receive the ABA hours that they need. While the insurance company believes that my son belongs in public school and should be receiving the services there, I personally know that this will not happen any time soon and that ABA centers exist for the very purpose of teaching skills to children like my son in a very specialized setting in which trained experts in behavior are working with my son one:one. He is learning skills, and this is the only documented method that has ever shown progress toward learning and attaining skills for my son. I know that Syed Ali is working toward making this a reality for my son as well as many other children who are similar to my son.
