I am not someone who writes reviews, however on this occasion have to say that Robert Kern is one ROCK SOLID Contact Law attorney. I was referred to Mr. Kern by my attorney who was relocating out of state and was unable to represent me / my case. Robert Kern went right to work, he actually cared about the Breach of Contract and money I lost. He was very generous with his time and handled all documentation and communications like a master chess player. He was available to answer my questions expertly and made sense of the legal system regarding my case, that I thought was extremely complex (I believe it is the former school teacher in him). I was both glad and fortunate to have Robert Kern by my side from start to finish - he definitely knows his stuff and as a result I got money! I highly recommend Mr. Kern for Contract Law.

People make jokes about "honest lawyers" but I can say with all certainty that Robert Kern is definitely just that. He has been extremely helpful in helping me through my uncommon judicial foreclosure in Nevada. Attorney Tatum was very helpful in advising me of my rights and responsibilities when I was struggling with discrimination at work. I was very afraid on how to proceed, and although he advised me I didn't yet have a claim, he told me what to do in order to protect my rights if the behavior from my supervisor continued. I called HLC after my father passed recently. During my consultation, I spoke to Ms. Chu for over an hour. She took her time, listened and answered every question that I had. As you can imagine, in a situation like this, there were a lot of questions. A few hours after I spoke to her, I located a treasure trove of information and I would not have been able to understand any of it if she hadn’t taken her time and thoroughly explained the process and what exactly we were dealing with. She was knowledgeable, experienced and I could tell by speaking with her that she has that ‘thing’ in her that allows her to fight for her clients. She cares. I met Mr Anello the day after a DUI arrest. I was feeling hopeless going into the office but during the meeting he explained what was going on with my case and my options so I left feeling confident that I had a good competent attorney. Along with the DUI charges we also discussed how the arrest could effect a family law case that I was involved in at the time and his knowledge about those matters were a huge help to me. I only had to meet with him twice before choosing a plan that worked for my personal situation to move forward with my life without spending years in court or becoming financially exhausted. At the end of my case, the results were better than I initially expected so I was very satisfied with Mr. Anello’s work on my case. I was happy that I had found him and I don’t think any other attorneys in my town would have had the same knowledge and experience to help me with all my issues.

Mike saved our business. We went through a rough time with a business partner and were one the edge of losing it all. He came in and made it happen. The way he talks to opposing council, you can tell he knows his stuff. He’s very direct and professional. Doesn’t get walked on. From having a consultation to retaining Attorney Esposito he and his firm has been nothing more than perfect! He unlike other attorneys I have consulted with he did not make me feel belittled or demoralized in any way possible. He listened, gave legal advisement, referred, and pulled through.

I was injured in a merchandise store because of their negligence. They refused to take any responsibility. We went to mediation and I was told I was likely to lose and if I recovered it would be less than 6 figures. My attorney Martin Little did an amazing job at trial and we not only prevailed, but I received significantly more than I was told was probable. I would highly recommend Martin Little. I was injured in a Las Vegas casino. The casino denied all responsibility and concealed video coverage of my incident.
Martin Little went to war for me. After many depositions and court battles with the casino's hired guns, he proved the casino destroyed evidence and got sanctions against them.
He then got me a significant 7 figure recovery.
I would highly recommend Martin Little to other injured victims. He is always available day or night to talk and advise. He visited me on multiple occasions and personally handled all aspects of my case.
I cannot say enough positive things about Martin. It felt as though Martin was the professor and the casinos hired guns his students. Martin genuinely cared about my condition and fought like hell to get me compensated.

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close. Tara was my neighbor and when I got into a car accident, I hired her to represent me. She settled my case for the insurance policy limits within ten days from taking the case. After she got me the maximum possible amount, we received a "subrogation claim" from my own health insurance company which meant reimbursing out of my settlement for my hospital bills and medical treatment. Tara explained to me that fighting the subrogation claim would be a long shot but might be able to prevail,her exact words were, “well, it is a long shot, but let’s fight them!” She wrote a very strong letter to the health insurance provider, and in response to her letter, they waived their subrogation claim. I was so happy - Tara saved me money that would have otherwise gone out of my settlement check and I ended up getting the full policy limit! Although I was hurt and in a lot of pain after my accident, having Tara as my attorney gave me absolute peace of mind. I certainly felt like a winner in the end!
