I was injured in a merchandise store because of their negligence. They refused to take any responsibility. We went to mediation and I was told I was likely to lose and if I recovered it would be less than 6 figures. My attorney Martin Little did an amazing job at trial and we not only prevailed, but I received significantly more than I was told was probable. I would highly recommend Martin Little. I was injured in a Las Vegas casino. The casino denied all responsibility and concealed video coverage of my incident.
Martin Little went to war for me. After many depositions and court battles with the casino's hired guns, he proved the casino destroyed evidence and got sanctions against them.
He then got me a significant 7 figure recovery.
I would highly recommend Martin Little to other injured victims. He is always available day or night to talk and advise. He visited me on multiple occasions and personally handled all aspects of my case.
I cannot say enough positive things about Martin. It felt as though Martin was the professor and the casinos hired guns his students. Martin genuinely cared about my condition and fought like hell to get me compensated.

Before I relate the excellent legal representation in a Civil/DV matter I was provided by Mr. Ellis, I think it is important that I first say that aside from the legal issues, I have not met an attorney who so genuinely listened and understood my predicament. As if it was he himself who was facing the legal challenges I presented to him, with all the emergency and dire consequences at his door.
The otherside had an attorney. I thought I could represent myself, my case facts and rights were clear cut, then I found myself in front of a judge who clearly allowed WIDE discretion to the oppossing counsel, I was about to get steam rolled not by the facts but by legal precedures. I was granted a 2 day continuance by the judge, barely. Mr. Ellis despite having been hired with only 2 days time to prepare for my case, successfully represented me in court and rescued me from my lack of knowledge about how the system and the the courts can be not the easyest of places to navigate by oneself. Most people instinctively know when an attorney is personally invested in their client, I knew that within the first 10 minutes of meeting Mr. Ellis. I was recommended by a friend of mine to Ryan earlier this year. I set up a consultation, discussed my business issues with him, and got a quote. He was very friendly, expressed his knowledge about my issues, and really knew what he was talking about. The meeting was great and i didnt feel pressured at all, like some of the other attorneys I visited with. Aer meeting with him, I did some research, called around, and found that he was a reputable attorney and respected by his colleagues.
I decided to hire Mr. Ellis. He walked. Me through the retainer agreement, took all of the documents I had with me and made copies, and asked me a few other questions regarding issues he brought up (that I didn't even I know I needed to talk about). He told me he would begin immediately and I left the office with a smile on my face.
I received an email from Mr. Ellis the next day with a copy of a letter he sent to the people who owed me money. Later that week, I got a call from Mr. Ellis to notify me that my case was settled and and I could either pick up the money I was owed or he could mail a check to me.
I have been trying to collect this money owed to me for so long, and it took Ryan around a week. He was always very professional and courteous to me, carried out all of his promises.
If any of you out there are looking for an attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Ryan Ellis. He is very knowledgeable, and if I ever need another attorney, I will absolutely be hiring Mr. Ellis again.

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close. This was all done under great time constraints. Rachel was tenacious, determined, resourceful, and brilliant! She is a great, great, lawyer!

Rachel literally held our hand through the process of losing a family member in death. I worked with a previous lawyer a few years ago that was horrible! I was referred to Christian Legal Society and found Mark . I actually talked to him last and on the day I was ready to make my move on getting custody of my daughter. After our consultation I knew he was our man. He is very knowledgeable about family law. He walked me through all the steps we would be taking and was honest about our chances. He was so easily accessible throughout the whole process. I would call or email him and he would get back to me promptly if I didn't reach him. I live in Texas and when we went to court I was granted custody of my daughter on the first day! I flew to Las Vegas immediately and was greeted with Mark at the airport to ensure the exchange went smoothly and to meet face to face for the first time. We talked for a while like we had known each other for years. He also helped me get my daughter enrolled in school following our return to Texas. I would recommend talking with Mark before making any decisions on attorneys, he is a great guy. I will continue to use Mark for in the future if we ever go back to court. When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. Tara was my neighbor and when I got into a car accident, I hired her to represent me. She settled my case for the insurance policy limits within ten days from taking the case. After she got me the maximum possible amount, we received a "subrogation claim" from my own health insurance company which meant reimbursing out of my settlement for my hospital bills and medical treatment. Tara explained to me that fighting the subrogation claim would be a long shot but might be able to prevail,her exact words were, “well, it is a long shot, but let’s fight them!” She wrote a very strong letter to the health insurance provider, and in response to her letter, they waived their subrogation claim. I was so happy - Tara saved me money that would have otherwise gone out of my settlement check and I ended up getting the full policy limit! Although I was hurt and in a lot of pain after my accident, having Tara as my attorney gave me absolute peace of mind. I certainly felt like a winner in the end!

I AM FACED WITH SEVERE PENALTIES CONCERNING A CIVIL MATTER. I WAS REFERRED TO AARON AND KRISTAN DUE TO THEIR IMMENSE EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPE OF LAW. Jim left no stone unturned when gathering the needed evidence to show that a financial broker did not have our brother’s best interest in mind. Our brother is medically disabled. The recommendations made by this broker were followed by our brother who trusted him implicitly. Jim and his team spent countless hours collecting documents and enlisted the aid of experts in the field to show sufficient evidence of less than honorable intent by this broker. As a result, a significant sum was recovered from the losses incurred by our brother as a result of the actions by this broker. It is because of Jim Christensen that our brother now has his medical retirement back on a reasonable footing and hopefully will keep him supported as he lives out his life in a nursing care facility. I hired James Christensen (Jim) in March of 2016 to resolve an ongoing situation I had with two other attorneys. My matter involved some ethics issues, a civil lawsuit involving a $250,000 insurance settlement and disputes over legal fees. After speaking with various law firms, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Jim.
I was impressed by Jim for multiple reasons. He was very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my circumstances and had a sense of the current legal trends in Vegas. He was not intimidated by my case like other attorneys I consulted.
Jim didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear instead he told me what I needed to know. He explained alternative approaches and realistic outcomes. He provided practical advice about what would be in my best interest even though this strategy meant a smaller fee for him.
Jim was diplomatically strong during negotiations yet was able to foster cooperation with the other attorneys involved. Strong interpersonal skills enabled Jim to work with extremely varied personalities and obtain a favorable outcome for me. His relationships in the legal community also helped him to resolve most issues outside of the court room.
